Glitz-Go Green

Hello Glitz fans, we are going green, green is my favorite color!  I was so happy to create for this weeks challenge!  I luv using the color green, but I also like using recycled items too.

I am a huge fan of the Glitz Teeny Alphas, I use them every chance I get.  I paired the teeny alphas with the large peek-a-boo ampersand to make my own sentiment. I really like the way my card turned out, lots of green...*grin*.

Supplies Used:
Glitz Designer Paper: Color Me Happy
Glitz What Nots: Love You Madly
Glitz Peek-A-Boo: Uncharted Waters
Glitz Teeny Alphas: Uncharted Waters Aqua Stripe

I had such fun going green, I used a Starbucks coffee sleeve to make my sweet little birthday tag.  I used lots of the color green on this one too, so cute!

I used the Uncharted Water Teeny Alphas to make the birthday sentiment.  Glitz Tape, button, lace, doily, and burlap string.
I created the back too, I could not stop creating!  I cut out a heart, added a giant rhinestone, and sweet tickets.  I hope you are inspired to create summin and use those things we throw away to get you started!

Have a wonderful day, be sure to sprinkle it with a little Glitz!

Thinking Of You

Hello peeps, I am so glad it is the weekend, I have had a super busy week!  I have been in the studio creating all day, I wanted to create something to share.  I went with a quick CAS card using the awesome CAS(E) sketch.  I also wanted to use my favorite color, green; I have not been able to put green down lately.  Did you know that green is the first color mentioned in the Bible?  It is, the scripture is below.  Green is my dh's favorite color too, we agree most times when it comes to color. I like green paired with another favorite color...pink...*grin*.  My inspiration for my card today came from those colors....green and pink!  Have a wonderful evening...enjoy!

Also, to every beast of the earth, to every bird of the air, and to everything that creeps on the earth, in which there is life, I have given every green herb for food”; and it was so.                                                     Genesis 1:30
