A Release Day blog hop with Girlie~tude

Hello there friends!

Well, we've made it through a week of AMAZING previews...what do you guys think? What better way to kick off RELEASE DAY than with a BLOG HOP? Sound good? We thought so!

Thanks for sticking with us and today we are definitely making it worth your while! Not ONLY can you shop til you drop RIGHT NOW at the TGF Store, Team Anya has a special Design Team blog hop for you today and ONE LUCKY WINNER will take home ALL THREE Rubber releases! That's Creeper Monday, Wednesday, and the NEW Oliver/Amelia set, "Journey".

For my card, I used Creeper Wednesday...

She has such girlie tude!!! and I was totally inspired by Melyssa's fantastic hair colouring on Creeper Jack I thought I would have a try. Although I don't have the same copic colours but gave it a go! I have used Mercy's fabulous sketch. So, Elaine has these gorgeous new Basic Grey papers in and they just happened to skip and a jump right into my shopping basket tee hee along with these pretty prima centres and a few other crafty things... The Flower I have cut from Denim I like the texture, but screwed one up too much and it's very fraying now. You may also notice the stunning lace washi tape. Oooh it's so smooth and easy to apply, it doesn't destroy your paper if you place it on a little squiffy. Think that's enough chitter chatter you can carry on with the hop now tee hee, straight on over to Traci's stunning sample...

Be sure to stop by the CLUB ANYA & FRIENDS blog for the beginning of the hop if you're just getting here now, and just in case you get lost, here's the order:

Oh Alice ~ Mad Watch with Mercy's sketch

Challenge #17 Mad Watch over at Oh Alice is a steam punk jewellery inspiration piece very pretty....

I have followed Mercy's fabulous Sketch - #78  too. These Alice Charms are found at Disney family, I love sites that have fun crafts like this, myself and Dillon will spend hours making stuff together!
Also I was so very lucky to win the monthly challenge over at Tickled Pink Stamp Challenge #1 and received 5 of these gorgeous, stunning, beautiful new Lil Lolita Stamps, Thank You Kellie :)
A little creative experimenting... I thought I would try stamping her directly onto canvas and coloured using my copics. Well.... they bleed like no-body's business and the colour is so, so, so much stronger then on paper. It was good fun, I have embellished the piece with some die cut gears and bits.

Supplies: Patterned Paper: Pink Paislee: 365 Degrees; PTI: Kraft; Inkjet shrink plastic; Sticky back canvas;
Stamps: Lil Lolita: Ivy; The Greeting farm: Spotlight kit: sentiment; watch(from an old set);

Dies: Spellbinders nestabilities: circles; Sizzix: gears; Martha Stewart: border punch;
Other: Tim Holtz: paper clips; brads; safety pin; jump rings; 3D foam;

Embellish it with Butterflies :)

Hello I wanted to quickly post this card.... I thought I had nearly missed the deadline for the wonderful colour challenge over at Embellishmagazine...

I love using my PTI stamps and when I do get the chance I generally find my cards are pretty quick to make using them... My card design is based on Mercy's fabulous sketch. I totally love building the background patterns, think the flower softens the argyle a touch. Ashley has sooo got me  into twine I think I have more varieties now then before the twine embellish issue... hahaha! The lighting is all off in my pictures... rushing to post you see!

Supplies: Patterned Paper: Basic Grey: basics kraft; PTI: cardstock;
Stamps: Papertrey Ink: butterfly dreams; sweet pea; a little argyle; background woodgrain;
Ink: Archival: black; distress inks: frayed burlap, peeled paint, black soot;
Dies: PTI: butterfly;
Other: adhesive stones, twine; 3D adhesive foam;

Wanted to mention that my artwork was not selected for exhibition in the RA Summer Exhibition.. never mind :( I will have to try harder to create something better, something to totally blow their socks off next year... tee hee!
Managed to finish 33 images coloured using copics a commission for Claire, phew! and also wanted to give a link to the pretty bag in my previous post... so thanks for stopping by HuGs Kim :)
