Quixotic Paperie, CPS and Copic Creations...

Hello...  hope you had a fun week so far! I wanted to stop by with a card I made using some fabulous goodies found in Quixotic Paperie shop.

I bought the stunning My Mind's Eye - 6x6 Paper Pad - Stella & Rose - Mabel because I loved the gorgeous patterns and the fabulous colours!

But for a change I thought I would stamp the edges of the paper with Stempelglede - Grunge Collection using distress ink.

When I saw this adorable set Oliver & Amelia - Little Dreamer from the Greeting Farm, I just knew I wanted to create a starry scene.

Oliver has been coloured using copics and the airbrush system, which I'm sooo new at, but I'm loving!!! This was my second attempt as my mask lifted at the edges on the first and Oliver got very blue ears LOL!. I think the colours are quite warm so I'm entering this or Copic Creations Challenge #44. The sentiment and Star is from the same set too.

I used the fabulous sketch from card positioning systems #206 for inspiration.
Thanks for stopping by today, have a lovely creative day!

Autumn digi Fairy, CPS, CCC,

Hi a quick post today to show you a card and to tell everyone that today is the day that the digi Fairies are being released over at The Greeting Farm store. Woo Hoo when they first peeked onto the Greeting farm blog I just knew that I HAD to have them...
Have you been enjoying all the gorgeous previews on The Greeting Farm's blog this week? I just adore these images and if you haven't already done so, go check them out, you're going to simply love them!!!

I have covered a couple of challenges on this card, the sketch is CPS #142 and the colours follow (as close as I could) Copic Colour challenge #40. Autumn fairy is a dream to colour in and sooo shimmery you might just be able to see it if you click on the close up. For the glittered leaves I have cut some glitter paper, then inked with my copics.

Supplies: Patterned Paper: Cosmo cricket: earth love; Stamps: TGF; Autumn fairy digi; Anya says; Ink: Printer: hp; Copics: markers; glitter spica; archival: black; Tattered angels: marshmallow glimmer mist; Die's: Spellbinders: squares; Sizzix: leaves and branches; MS: border punch; Other: 3D foam;

Thanks for stopping by, hope you enjoy your Thursday I will hopefully have another card show tomorrow, BiG HuGs Kim :)

Mystery Monday and CPS...

I created this card for the Club Anya mystery Monday challenge... using Heather's fun Sketchy, Sparkly, DSP recipe (which I have already uploaded it to my gallery) and I used the fabulous sketch 138 on card positioning systems but turned it on it's side.

One decorative scrap paper was a tricky one for me I'm hoping I got away with the tiny extra I used for the paper piecing as it's the same colours just glittered. The core'dinations cardstock for the base I have sanded the edges to let the blue through. The leaves are cut using the coloured side of the core'dinations as is the tag.

Mermaid Anya just HAD to be glittered... her hair flowing in the water LOL! I have paper pieced and coloured the rest with copic markers and my favourite Spica glitter pen. I've cut her out and instead of raising her on foam pads I used some plastic packaging which I heated ever so slightly to press around a large pen to create a curve. You should be able to click on the thumbnail below for a close look.

Supplies: Patterned Paper: My Mind's Eye: laundry line; Core'dinations: whitewash; 10'tations; Stamps: TGF: Mermaid Anya; my guy (sentiment) Ink: Memento: Black; Copic: markers; Spica; Dies: Sizzix: jelly tags; branch and leaves; Nestabilities: ovals; WRMK: corner chomper; Other: adhesive jewels; stones; glossy accents; glass pebbles; plastic packaging; 3D foam; Clear foam pads;
Thanks for stopping by, there's still a little time to have a go at this weeks challenge. Have a wonderful weekend, HuGs Kim :)

Colour Challenge & CPS

Best Wishes

I combined two challenges here The colour challenge on SCS and the card sketch on CPS

I think this patterned paper from AAM follows the colour combination as close as I can get. I stamped the car from clear stamps & the sentiment from HOTP with Brilliance coffee bean ink and went round the edges with cocoa.

The Ovals and the tab I die cut with Big Shot and inked, I placed with 3d foam to give dimension. I liked this sketch will probably use it again!

Thanks for looking!

CPS #23

Card Positioning System #23

I thought I would have a go at the sketch on CPS I used my Fancy pants Pollen dust stamps, Amethyst Floral Prints paper by Kate Knight, Ribbon's from my own stash and coloured card stock.

I stamped image with black embossing powder, trimmed patterned paper to fit and applied ribbon tucking it under some of the flower that i cut. Quite a simple card and I would probably like to change the colour of the card stock. Thanks for looking.
