Monkey Birthday Cards

Some Adorable new cards in the Etsy shop HERE this week.  These cute little Monkey Birthday Cards. 

I created the Monkey/Chimpanzee with punch art which is so much fun I may do a series of tutorials on these and other cute little characters. The leaves came from a Tim Holtz die set and the Greeting is Hero Arts.   I did add an embossed background,  thank you to everyone on my Instagram and Facebook Stories that voted for this one! It worked out perfectly! 

I think I'm in love with that little face!  Aren't you?

February Punch Art Class Preview

Punch Art Class Tomorrow

Here is another card from the Punch Art Class for Tomorrow(Thursday) at Craft Fancy.  There are a couple spots left for this class, be sure to call today.    He is so Batty he cracks me up I can't help it I laughed the entire time I was working on him.   This is going to be a fun fun class. 

It's been a busy week here and apparently not slowing down.  I should be working on items for the craft fair we're doing at Conant but there has been no time.  Not that I have nothing but I had so many plans what exciting new items to create.  EEEK.......  I see lots of long sleepless hours in my future.  Hope everyone is having a productive week so far.

More Cards From Punch Art Class Thursday....

Here we have a Bride and Groom from the Punch Art Class I'm teaching at Craft Fancy this Thursday.  She cracks me up I can't stand it and he's quite handsome as her beau.  There is a post HERE of more of the cards from this class.   All you need is your Basic Tool Kit.  There are a few spots left for this class, you can sign up by calling the store.

This is my last Halloween Class for the year the next classes will be Fall Themed including Thanksgiving.    I'm kind of excited I have a few ideas for Halloween cards that didn't really fit in anywhere so hopefully I'll get some additional cards created.   

It's Monday and it's going to be a rough week.  We all had a shock over the weekend with Dianne's husband Jim passing.  Tomorrow is the Wake and Wed. is the funeral.  Our Hearts and Prayers go out to the family and especially to Dianne...

Peak At the October Punch Art Class

Here is a quick peak at the October 4th Punch Art Class @ Craft Fancy.   These cards are adorable and can be shared with everyone Adults and Kids alike.   The samples are actually in the store now the schedule should be in the store soon.    There are a few more cards in this group I'll share more later....

Flowering this Saturday

The weekend is here,  Dave has headed to Wisconsin  for an Event in Boscobel he was excited.  The girls and I played all day yesterday.  Today they are tucked away in their rooms playing.    So I'm catching up on the Olympics and cleaning in the Scrap Room.  

In keeping with the weekend floral theme....  Here is a flower I made out of a little battery operated tea light.  These would be perfect lined up down the center of a table for a garden party.

Papers are Anna Griffin and Bazzill Cardstock.  The punch is EK Success.  The tea lights are from the drug store.

Cutest Bunnies - Penny Black Challenge

This week I decided to participate in the Penny Black Saturday Challenge  it was a sketch, which is below my card.  Here is my card and interpretation of the sketch.

I used a new Penny Black we have over at Craft Fancy actually Dianne let me borrow her stamp today!  THANK YOU DIANNE!    Isn't adorable.  I  then colored the image with the following copic markers(B000, W1, W3, W5, R20, RV14, YR09, YR18, YG03, E08, E19, E97 and E99).  The image is cut out with Spellbinders Mega Ovals LG and put onto a Spellbinder cut out of Labels 10. Sentiment is SU, SU Oval Punch & Spellbinders Fancy Tag.   Punch is Martha Stewart,  Ribbon is PTI Twill Berry Sorbet,  Cardsotck is Bazzill and Patterned Paper is Scenic Route and Memory Box.  Flowers are my own using a Retro Flower Punch and scrap papers and a little Stickles.

  The card measures 6x6.
