Hi all, just popping in with a quick make today, I have just returned from holiday, so lots of washing and sorting to do, but I made this tag this morning using this cute image from Rick St. Dennis.
Whilst on holiday I managed to get lots of colouring done, so I wanted to use one of these images before my crafty mojo takes a dive!
The image is called Mermaid in a Teacup, and you can find her in Rick's Zibbet store here. I coloured her with Polychromos pencils, and the tag was inked with distress inks, then stamps some sea themed images from Designs by Ryn.
I added some stickles to her hair for some sparkle, and layered her up with foam pads. Sentiment is from one of my old Waltzingmouse sets, a company no longer in production (sadly).
I would like to enter this tag into the following challenges -
Sparkle & Glitter - Anything Goes
Your Scrapbook Place - Anything Goes
That's Crafty - Anything but a Card

Alice Amongst the Flowers
Hi all, I am sharing this card I made for the Rick St. Dennis challenge on his Facebook group, which is to include something metal on a project using an RSD image of course! I had this lovely image already coloured, and decided it was time she made it onto a card, with the onset of spring (despite Storm Katie last night!) I thought she looked quite spring like amongst the flowers.
I coloured her with Polychromos pencils, and she is layered onto a piece of mirri card, that I clear embossed with a flourish design to imitate the look of hammered metal.
I also added some metal and pearl brads to the corners. The pretty paper is from a magazine freebie, and the sentiment is from Visible Image.

Angelina Who??
Morning all! I have a card to share with you today, using this FAB-U-LOUS image by Rick St. Dennis - she's called Angelina Who?, and very apt, as I took the kids to see the new Maleficent movie yesterday. The film was great, and it's nice to see a different take on the Sleeping Beauty story.
I coloured Angelina Who? with Promarkers, and went for the traditional Disney colours for her. I also did a non-Disney colour scheme, but I will post that one when I have made her into a card.
I used Spellbinders dies and accents to frame her, and some thick stripy black ribbon from Stampin' Up!. The sentiment was computer generated using Zapfino font. I didn't have a suitable sentiment to go with her, so I did a little internet search, and came up with this - very fitting I thought!
I added lots of gems and white pearls for this card.
I would like to enter this into the following challenges:
Addicted to Stamps and More -Make your Mark, I used Promarkers.
Craftitude - Dimension, she is popped up on foam pads.
Crafty Catz - Anything Goes

Art Deco Elagance..
Happy sunny Sunday all! What a beautiful weekend we are experiencing here in the U.K! This morning I made a card for the Rick St. Dennis Facebook Group challenge, which is anything goes, and runs out on the 21st May.
I have used the very beautiful and elegant lady called Deco la Scala 1931. I coloured her with Promarkers a little while ago, and finally got round to getting her onto a card today.
I have used some Art Deco style papers from Docrafts, and used Art Deco style dies from Spellbinders for the side accents, corners and little sentiment label. The sentiment is from Waltzingmouse Stamps Putting on the Ritz set, a suitably Art Deco themed stamp set.
For some extra sparkle, I added some black gems to the corners, and as the papers are foiled I left it at that.
I would like to enter this into the following challenges:
Sister Act Card Challenge
Crafty Girls Challenge
Through the Craftroom Door Challenge

Lovely Lady..
Good Sunday afternoon all, it's a gloomy and wet day here in West Berkshire, after the lovely blue skies yesterday, I knew it couldn't last lol!
Anyway, I've been doing a bit of colouring this morning, and created a card for my Mother-in-Law for Mother's Day.
I'm having a bit of a purple phase right now, so she had to have a purple hat, and the jewel in her brooch has to be a big amethyst, one of my favourite stones.
I coloured her with Promarkers, and added some glamour dust to her hat trimmings and around the jewel. I used some lovely papers from Trimcraft called New Bloom.
I bordered her with some die cut flourishes from Tattered Lace called Ornamental Rose, cut twice in cream card and twice in purple, then layered together. I then added some butterflies cut using Memory Box dies.
Inside the card I have used a sentiment from Waltzingmouse Stamps, and two little floral butterflies from Stampin' Up!.
Finally I added a little circular sentiment from Love Circles set on the front using a Wild Rose Studios sentiment, and some Prima gems to her hat pin and the butterflies.
I love this card, and my daughter loves it too, it will be hard to part with but I know it will be going to a good home!
For anyone who is interested, here's the list of Promarkers I used for the image:
Hat: Sorbet, Amethyst, Red Violet, Lilac, Winterberry, Umber.
Bird Wings: Warm Grey1, 5, Grey Squirrel.
Hair: Burnt Orange, Spice, Terracotta, Henna, Cocoa, Black.
Skin: Satin, Pastel Pink, Oatmeal. Lips - Dusky rose, Antique Pink, Rose Peach.
Eyes: Apple, Forest Green, Sea Green.
I would like to enter this into the following challenges:
Crafter's Cafe - Shabby Chic or Vintage
Southern Girls Challenge - Bling
Digi Galore - Things with Wings
4 Crafty Chicks - Things with Wings
The Stamping Boutique - Use a Punch or Die Cut.

I treated myself to some fabulous images by Rick St Dennis yesterday, and this lovely lady was the first on my wish list! Oh she is gorgeous! She reminds me of Lady Mae in Mr. Selfridge (it's on tonight yippee!) and I couldn't wait to colour her in. She's called 1906 Hat, and you can find her HERE
