Colocar el elástico por debajo, dejando una superposición de 2 o 3 mm.
Coser a máquina a 1/4" (6mm) del borde de ambos lados
y luego recortar para que quede poco margen de costura.

Con éste, vas a salir a pasear sin darte cuenta!!
Se necesita:
un rectángulo de cuero de 1 5/8" x 4 1/2" (11.5cm x 4cm) yo lo saqué de un muestrario de tapicería.
5 cm de elástico de 3cm de ancho.
Cortar el cuero de la medida indicada y hacerle una marca del revés a los 4.5cm del borde.
Doblar el otro extremo hasta la marca.
Con tijera, redondear los bordes inferiores y también sacarle arriba como indica la foto

With this one, you will.
You'll need:
leather rectangle 1 5/8" x 4 1/2"
2" of 1 1/2"elastic tape
Cut the piece of leather and mark it at 4,5cm from one border
Fold the other border to the mark
Cut the elastic tape under the fold. (overlaping 2 o 3 mm)
Sew with 1/4" seam allowance both sides, and cut it near the stiches.
Round the top and the bottom borders like in the photo
