12.05.2011 John Fogerty. El jueves 12 tocó el ex Creedence en el Luna Park por primera vez en el país. y porque estas cosas suceden en Buenos aires y en el interior del pais aveces no tienen la oportunidad de ver a estos grandes artistas , muchos se quedan con la ganas por razones de movilidad.
Hoy te traigo este concierto completo de una hora y media de verdadero Rock&roll.

En su desembarco en la Argentina después de 40 años de carrera, Fogerty mostró que sus canciones de la época de Credence -en su mayoría- y algunas de su etapa con The Blue Ridge Rangers, no tienen fecha de vencimiento y mantienen una descomunal vigencia a pesar del paso del tiempo.

Verdaderos "himnos" del rock y el country del estilo de "Mirando desde la puerta de atrás", "Banda viajera", "Quien parará la lluvia", "En la esquina", "Doblando la curva", "Ramble Tamble", "Corriendo a través de la jungla", "Campos de algodón" y "Especial de medianoche", marcaron los climas de la velada.

Mientras que "Born on the bayou", su versión personal de "Pretty woman" y "Moddy River", le dieron el toque de distinción ante un público fervoroso que no dejó de cantar y aplaudir cada una de las composiciones.

El músico norteamericano estuvo acompañado por una excelente y compacta banda integrada por el experimentado y arrollador baterista Jay Bellerose, junto a jóvenes y eficientes músicos como Buddy Miller y Hunter Perrien en guitarras, Demis Crouch en teclados y Chris Charey en bajo.
