Apparently, there's a TV show out there called Gossip Girl, which is not, to the best of our knowledge, based on the Lolly Parsons, Hedda Hopper, Dorothy Kilgallen, Sheila Graham, or even the Liz Smith story. It does, however, feature a poutalicious actor named Penn Bagdley, who turns all of 22 years old today.
