Kerst 2021: Pinguïn #05

Hoi allemaal/ Hi everybody,

Hier een kerstkaartje in traditionele kerstkleuren met Eline's leuke pinguïn stempeltje.
De pakjes kleurde ik in passende kleuren met mijn Copics. Ik combineerde een restje van MD designpapier Classic Christmas met het mooie bloemen design van Forrest dream. Ik vond het tot vorig jaar zo zonde om die mooie bloemen te gebruiken maar zo af en toe een stukje... dan kan ik er langzaamaan afscheid van nemen en ik vond het zo jammer dat je er dan zo weinig van zag. Nu vind ik het precies genoeg wat er niet zichtbaar meer van is. Ik had nog een restje van een kerstslinger dus die drapeerde ik zo dat het net lijkt of de pinguïn bovenin hem goed vast heeft. 
Today I'm showing you another christmas card. This time in traditional colors and the cute penguins by Eline Pellinkhof who designs for Marianne Design. I colored the gifts with my Copics in the colors of the papers. I combined a piece of 'Classig Christmas' dp with the beautiful poinsetta papers of 'Forrest Dream' dp (both Marianne Design). I saved the poinsetta papers untill last year... I thought it's a waste to send it away and cover it up with lots of imanges or embellishments ;) Now I can say goodbye to the papers and piece by piece I use them on to my cards. One of the penguins is hanging the lights (which is a little pieve of left over of the complete decoration).

Het kaart model is ook al heel oud. Ik kocht het zo ooit kant en klaar (met volgens mij een Tim Holtz stans zo gemaakt) bij 'van den Akker' maar die zijn helaas al jaren failliet. Voor deze kaarten werd het hoog tijd om deze eens op te maken...
"ons ben zuunig" spreekt zo langzamerhand wel een beetje door deze kerst posts heen want ik ben echt eens aan het kijken wat ik op kan maken. En als je dan denkt dat je ze op hebt gemaakt... kom je zo weer 2 of 3 van die pakjes tegen in andere kleuren haha. Je zult ze dus nog vaker tegenkomen.

The model of the card is bought like this. In the craft store the made it with a Tim Hotlz die if I'm correct. This store doens't exist anymore. It's been 6-8 years now I guess, since I bought these card models. As you can see: I love to keep things in my stash for a long time and once in a while I'm in a modus of cleaning up my stash to finally use it ;) And then... when I think the cards are all used... I find another 2 or 3 packages with these cards in red and other colors LOL. So you'll see them more often this year ;)

Kerst 2020: Kleine lantaarn #01 in woodland stijl

 

Hoi allemaal/ Hi everybody,

Het schattige lantaarntje lag al even te wachten voor ik hem ging gebruiken.. 

Ik maakte er dit leuke kaartje mee.

Alle materialen zijn van Marianne design.

This cute little lantern was waiting to get used. I made this cute card. All the products are from Marianne Design.

De schattige Woodland animal 3D plaatjes lagen al heeeeeeeeeeel lang uitgeknipt klaar en nu mochten ze eindelijk op een kaart. Het papier is ook nog van het Woodland Christmas blok en Berry Christmas, beide ontworpen door Eline voor Marianne design.

The cute woodland animals ( 3D images) were waiting toooooooooooooooooooooooooo long to get used by me on a card. Now I finally did and I kept it completely woodland style. The papers and images are designed by Eline for Marianne design in the same colors and design.

JIJ #03

Hoi allemaal/ Hi everybody,

Een poosje geleden liet ik al wat JIJ kaartjes zien. Nu heb ik er weer één om te laten zien.
De leuke viooltjes heb ik iets anders gebruikt dan op steel. Omdat het designpapier nog zo'n mooi stukje versiering had rechts onderin heb ik besloten de kaart verder 'kaal' te laten. Anders zie je daar niks meer van. Dat vind ik dan ook weer zonde.

A while ago I showed you 2 card with JIJ on it. They were very floral and with summer colors. This one is so different. I like the colors of the French Roses designpapers So I combined them. In the lower right corner there's a piece of beautiful design so I kept it 'plain' otherwise you won't see it. That's a waste.

Beterschap 2020 #01

De laatste tijd ben ik veel met cardtoppers aan de slag geweest van Marianne Design.

Ze blijven zo mooi en kunnen op zoveel manieren gebruikt worden.

Ik ben de laatste tijd helemaal in de ban van de leuke cirkel mal die bij de shakers hoort maar hij kan ook goed zonder schudgedeelte op de kaart.

These days I use a lot of cardtoppers on my cards by Marianne Design.

They are easy to use, still beautiful and lovely for mostly every occasion.

At this moment I love the new circkle die also by Marianne design. It's designed to use with shaker parts but I also love to use them without the shaker parts. 

Kerst 2019: Don danst met een rendier

Hier nog een leuk kerstkaartje. Dit jaar heb ik Don en Daisy nog niet eens heel veel uit de verpakkingen gehaald dus hier is Don op zijn best: in de sneeuw dansend ;)

Ingekleurd/ colored with Copics 

Ik heb er voor gekozen om een kerstkaartje te maken aangezien ik er nog zeker 15-20 wil maken voor het tijd is om ze te versturen ;) Dus dit is er weer één voor de voorraad.

I chose to make a christmascard. I planned to make atleast 40-60. So I need to make atleast 15-20 more cards before it's december.

Ik ben aan de slag gegaan met de kerstbal van Marleen en de schattige stempel Don met de slee.

Ik heb hem vrij rustig gehouden. Niet iedere ontvanger houdt van een bling bling kaart :)

This is my creation for the challenge. I made a Christmasbauble. I kept it very simple without too much bling bling :)

Bugaboo challenge elke dag een kerstkaart dag #03 Kerstbal #01

Hoi allemaal/ Hi everybody,

Ik dacht het is hier toch te warm om wat te doen dus ik zit lekker binnen deze posts te schrijven vol 'coole' inspiratie, koelen jullie al een beetje af?

Dit keer laat ik een kerstbal van Marleen zien. Het 3D plaatje lag al sinds vorig jaar geknipt te wachten maar ik vond het een beetje 'oud' en nooit echt ergens bij passen... maar nu... ik ben helemaal blij hoe het uiteindelijk is geworden haha.

Wat een kaart al niet kan doen met de juiste papiertjes en plaatjes bij elkaar.

This time I'm showing you an ornament. The paperpieced image is one I have stand by for more than a year in my stash. Everytime I didn't like it to use it. Now I do. Love the combination of the Classic Christmas design papers and the image.

Ik maakte dus een mooie kerstbal. Dit keer weer zonder bugaboo plaatje.

I made an ornament for the tree because the theme is: Santa is coming to town so the tree needs to look at its best.

Winterse sferen

Hoi allemaal/ Hi everybody,

Vandaag een kaartje voor jullie om eens het tegenovergestelde van mijn vorige post weer te geven ;) Lekker winters.

Ik had deze kaart geknutseld en ik heb zelfs van de week al in de (nep)sneeuw gelopen bij de Intratuin op de parkeerplaats.. Dat was wel even vreemd.. bij mij thuis regende het maar daar had het kennelijk heeeeeeel hard gesneeuwd haha. Grootste lol met een vriendin om natuurlijk een selfie te maken voor zo'n besneeuwde boom haha.

Another holiday-season card but totally different season ;)

Past tuesday I went to a gardeningcenter (I don't know if this is the correct word for the thing I mean) with a friend and when we came there at the parking space everything was into a christmas/ winter scene. Lots of fake snow and christmastrees. So I had fun with my friend to take selfies by the snowy trees.

Hoi allemaal/ Hi everybody,

Ik heb nog zoveel kaarten te showen dat ik ze maar een beetje bundel. Deze 3 opkikker kaarten zijn in de zomervakantie gemaakt en inmiddels alle 3 al lang verstuurd. Ik ben al bijna klaar met de 2e serie dus daarom deze gauw maar eens posten ;)

I have so many cards to show you which I made a while a go. These 3 get better soon cards are made during my summerholiday and are send a long time ago to different people.
I'm even almost done with the 2nd serie of these cards so I have these to show now haha.

Vandaag start er weer een nieuwe challenge op het CreativeCornerChallengeblog.
Ons twee wekelijkse thema is wonderland. Best lastig vind ik persoonlijk als je bedenkt wat daar onder kan vallen. Als je denkt aan elfjes, kabouters e.d. dan zit je al gauw goed, dus doe gezellig mee ;)
