Vandaag weer eens een kaartje van mijn hand.

We were allowed to choose ourselfs aswell and I chose this cutie:

Het was moeilijk vast te leggen: ik had haar schoenen, vleugels en voelsprieten met glossy accents bewerkt.
It's hard to see on the picture's but I tried to show you here the glossy accents on her shoes (wings and headband).

 Mijn kaart heeft nog geen eindbestemming vandaar dat er ook nog geen tekst op zit.

My card doens't have a destination yet. That's why I left it still without a sentiment.

Card in a box #01 met Daisy

Hoi allemaal/ Hi everybody,

Hier issie dan eindelijk, de kaart die ik 2 weken geleden aan mijn moeder gaf voor haar 61ste verjaardag!
Hij staat nog steeds te pronken op de kast :)
Ze kan hem de hele Lente laten staan, zo slim was ik dan ook wel weer haha. Zo'n box card is een hoop werk en nu kan ze er extra lang van genieten. 

Finally here's my card I made for my mom. 2 weeks ago, it was her 61st B'day.
It's still showing off on her side tabel. I made a Springtime scène so she can keep it on her side table all spring (and summer ;) )

Toen ik met mijn tante 'project box card' ging uitvoeren liepen we meteen al tegen het eerste probleem aan: we konden hem net niet stansen uit kaartkarton voor 13,5 x 13,5 cm.
Het moest uit a4 papier (mocht je dat niet standaard in huis of bij de hand hebben zoals wij, dan kom je thuis van een koude Kermis).
Aangezien ik bij mijn oma ging knutselen hadden we het niet bij de hand. Gelukkig heeft mijn oma zoveel knutselspullen dat ze 'ergens' nog wel a4 karton had.
Thuis heb ik het ook wel bij de hand maar ja, ik was bij oma.
YES gelukkig had ze nog a4 kaartkarton in allerlei kleuren dus viel ons plan niet in duigen.

When my aunt and I started 'project box card' we bumped in to a few problems... The first is that we didn't had a4 papers... The dies of the boxcard weren't small enough to get them out of the standard linen crafting papers which we use for our card (27cm x 13,5 cm).
Luckily my granny has lots of 'forgotten' craft supplies, she found the papers we needed and could even choose from a big scala of colors ;) YES!

Na een hoop geëmmer met knijpers (omdat hij steeds losliet) hadden we een hoop pauzes nodig voor hij volledig af was. Die tijd konden we weer handig gebruiken om te kletsen, pinterest uit te kammen naar nog meer leuke ideeën of de stansjes te bewerken met inkt of brushpen/ Copics.
Uiteindelijk thuis de laatste hand aan de kaart gezet en dit is het resultaat geworden.
Ik ben er super blij mee en mijn moeder dus ook nog steeds :) Daar doe je het voor haha.
It took a lot of patience of me while making it. Everytime I wanted to add something, the box fell a aprart... So with some clothespins I had to keep it together :)
And pause every time... I could use that pause for chatting, pinteresting, coloring or inking the dies.
Eventually I took it home to finish. I am very pleased with the results and many of these will follow, I'm sure... I love these projects!

Hoi allemaal/ Hi everybody,

Vandaag weer n kaartje van mijn kant. Vandaag weer 1 voor CCC waar de uitdaging door Stitchy Bear wordt gesponsord. Ik heb de digi met de eend gekozen.
Verder is mijn kaart heel simpel: washi tape en 2 stempeltjes beide van Marianne Design.

Today another card from my side. This time for a new challenge over at CCC: Baby. Sponsored by Stitchy Bear. I chose the duck to work with. Further my card is pretty CAS: only used washi tape and stamps from Marianne Design.

Patchwork#1 Vlinders

Hoi allemaal/ Hi everybody,

Hier weer een kaartje van mij!
Allereerst bedankt voor de leuke reacties op mijn DTkaart met vlinders!
Nu nog een kaart met een vlinder maar in een hele andere setting.

First of all I want to say thanks for the lovely comments on my DTcard with butterflies!
Now I have another one to share with you but totally different.

Hebben jullie dat ook wel eens... dat je een kaart maakt naar aanleiding van een challenge en dan geen "tijd" kan vinden om het bericht te posten??
Zo gaat dat bij mij deze periode voor de zomervakantie wel vaker en ook nu was dat weer het geval. Afgelopen zaterdag zat ik heerlijk te knutselen en was ik heerlijk in m'n flow na 3 weken niks aan te hebben geraakt. Er stonden nog 2 posts ingepland dus deze moest nog even wachten.. en tsja dan denk je ach... dat komt wel na de wedstrijd Ned-Chi maar nee toen ging ik aan de rapporten en plakboeken voor de kleuters en savonds om 23uur dacht ik.. help... de deadline is over een uur. Maarja als je al knalkapot in bed ligt ga je ook niet meer een post schrijven dus ik heb 'm voorbij laten gaan.
Zelfs de afgelopen twee dagen waren andere dingen belangrijker dus ja... dan verloopt er nog wel eens wat.. Maar hij kan nog ergens meedoen ;) dus dat scheelt.
Do you have this too?... I happen to make a card and then afterwards I don't have the time to post the blogpost till after the deadlines of some challenges..
I know you can plan the challenges but you still have to link them at them time you're behind the computer which mostly these days is after the deadlines :(
Luckily not all the deadlines I want this card to participate is past yet so... I'm not allowed to complain ;)
