Spring Chickens

I've been messing about trying to finish this card for weeks now and eventually managed to piece it together this morning.  It uses a super Di's Digi and some of my favourite MME papers.

MAWTT - Sketch Challenge

Today's challenge over at MAWTT is to use a super sketch drawn by the lovely Carole from Design Team A, and I don't know about you, but I love sketch challenges - probably my favourite!

So here is my card, using a super male digi from Di's Digi's which I got in their $1 sale a few months back - what a bargain! (Just checked folks - Sale still on!) Papers are a right mix from my scrap box and the hearts were bought last year in Germany!

Today's card features another gorgeous pre-coloured Di's Digi - won a few weeks back, and it was perfect for the current challenge of flowers every where!

Ice-Cream

Today's card features a gorgeous sweet image from Di's Digi's of three mice assembling an ice-cream sundae, and doing a rather splendid job of it I might add!

... And as the image is so sweet, I just made it nice and big to fill the front of my card, coloured it with Promarkers and accented a few bits.  Then the card was finished off with a spoon, some pearls and a tag sentiment.

Grown With Hedgehog Love

It's a long time since I've posted a card daily, but I've managed this week cause the weather was so rubbish at the weekend.  Instead of being out in the garden as I had hoped I was stuck in doors, so what else was there to do but craft!

So, another card using a pre-coloured Di's digi today - this time it's "Grown With Hedgehog Love", a sweet image which I've added to a kraft card base.  Now this time, I'm using papers which were sent to me by my lovely friend Sue, I've had them over a year now, and never quite got round to using them.  Obviously I was keeping them for best, and I'm glad I did cause I think the colour fits perfectly with this image and my kraft card - hope you agree!

Izzy's Spring Stroll

I'm so loving my new pre-coloured Di's Digi's - so easy to turn into gorgeous quick cards.  Never before have I won images and got them all on cards so quickly.  I can't thank Diane enough for her generosity as it's certainly given me a helping hand when it comes to filling up my charity card box - all in aid of Cancer Research UK.

The Purrfect Day

Wasn't sure if I was going to manage a 2nd card this week with both our boys being home for Easter, but they are both at uni reports/thesis/revising, so once I'd caught up on all their washing and ironing, I found a bit of spare time!

Today's card is another quick make to go in my sales box using a pre- coloured digi, this time from Di's digi store.  I won a super $12 prize the other week and when I explained to Diane that I was wanting coloured images for quick makes to sell for charity, she waved the extra charge and wished me well with my fund raising.  So thanks Di, your generosity and support is much appreciated and here is the first of 4 makes using my prize images.

Photo Inspiration @ MAWTT

Morning everyone - as I type this up its a gorgeous Spring day - the sun has already appeared but no sign of my son & husband, who are still in the land of nod!

A perfect time to schedule a post for this weeks challenge over at  MAWTT.  This week it's the turn of Pami to set the theme and she has posted us a super inspirational picture to work from,

So it's up to you what you choose to use from this picture.  My thoughts went to Easter, eggs, and flowers - I'm also not a huge fan of pink so I chose to go down a Spring route rather than a sugary pink!

So here's my card;

The image is a Di's Digi I won a while back - this year I decided to positively use digi stamp prizes as opposed to simply collecting them! I'm please I did too as I love this image - very sweet!

The paper is old Tim Coffey, then the dies a Memory Box Pippa butterfly and flower border.

Hi folks and welcome to the latest challenge over at an Oldie But a Goodie.  Today, Helen is in the driving seat and has set the theme as

So it's up to you how you interperet this - I went with Spring & Spring cleaning - the washing!  I used a fabulous digi I won from Di's Digi's and LOTV papers for this one along with a lovely bunny ribbon & button.
