The design team is sharing a fun little image from the shop today called CB Monkey.  You can find this image in the Bugaboo shop HERE . For my one layer design, I masked half of the card then sponged the clouds using a die cut as my template.  The image was colored with Copic Markers.  The sentiment is from Verve Stamps . I'm so excited that Verve is bringing back their monthly inspiration challenge starting this month and it's all about Green.  I have also included the current sketch from Viva la Verve into my project.   Of course, I'm featuring the adorable digital set by Verve called Lucky Day .  Be sure to check out Verve's 30% off sale as well. So, green is a color that I use very often.  But I used this as a challenge and sifted through my paper stash until I found these coordinating papers in the Lost & Found Rosy paper pad.  A little watercolor splash was added to the sentiment and Stickles on both images.  The card with finished with a machine stitched border and ribbon from Stampin' Up. Tonight I am sharing a card for a couple  of challenges. If you haven't heard, this will be the final challenge for the Mojo Monday sketch .  :( It is sad, but yet I completely understand  that Julee needs to devote more time to her sweet family which includes twin boys.   That takes a lot of energy and faith! I LOVE sketch challenges and the weekly inspiration from Julee will be missed. I also recently discovered the Gerda Steiner " Share your Designs " challenge.  Long story short - I've seen the Gerda Steiner digital scooter image out on blogland AND finally purchased it recently. Is this adorable or what?? It's called Dog on Scooter Vrooming by .  The image was printed onto Stampin' Up! Where has the month of July gone?!! I missed the Verve sketch challenges this month but have a few days to submit a project using the Diva Inspiration for July. My card features a fabulous set Scripture Medley 1    A clean and simple 4.25 square card which focuses on the comforting scripture. I'm fairly new to Verve Stamps and just discovered a couple of new-to-me challenges that they host monthly. Viva la Verve May Sketch #1 has lots of layers but it was really fun to play with!  I've combined designer papers from the MME Reunion paper pad with a fun digital stamp set created by Julee Tilman for the Coffee Lover's Blog Hop.
