Create your own December Daily!

Hi there everyone. It's time for my post on the Limor Webber Blog!

I decided to make my own December Daily. I love the way it came out. I just plan on typing out my daily dos and layering them on the page. Simple but it will get done this year!  Here's some photos and there's a video below. Check it out!

I also took the little mini files that come with the card boxes from Michaels and added them as pages, just for another type of element to the pages.

Here's the video I hope you enjoy it.
Have a fantastic day!

New Challenge at Frosted Designs PLUS a New Video!

Hey there everyone.
Today I have a mixed media layout to share.
I have used lots of different textures. I just love textures and splatters.. I've been a little obsessed with them lately! :o)

This week over at Frosted Designs Challenge Blog we have a new challenge and the theme is Stamping. Go figure, I'd pick THAT as my topic, as I am hosting this challenge. I have used the GORGEOUS stamp from Prima Marketing. Jamie Dougherty's Bloom Girl Stamps are simply amazing and you have so much room for experimenting with Copics! I LOVE IT!
I have used the Frosted Designs August Kit, 'Summer's End'. I've also used Gelatos and molding paste. I just love all of the layers using all of these different mediums. Here's a little video on putting my creation together. Enjoy!

Frosted Designs Challenge - Stitching and Flowers

Hello out there in the crafting world.
I have a layout to share with you. I've use my Frosted Designs Enchanted Kit! So many goodies in there! :) This is my youngest daughter Katie's 1st grade school photo. She will be in second grade this year.. wow! Still can't believe it. Isn't she super cute!

I used the Kaiser Kraft Butterfly stamps and embossed some of them onto the gorgeous Bo Bunny Paper. I then, tore a few pieces of the paper and layered them onto each other. The cheese cloth in the back ground gives it a sewn on effect. I really LOVE the way this came out. Of course I added lots and lots of flowers too!

I hope you will be able to join us for our Flowers and Stitching challenge at Frosted Designs!

A little something different and some news!

Hello friends!

Today I have some wonderful news to share. I'm now a Design Team Member at Frosted Designs. I'm so excited they have such amazing kits. I think this will give me a creative outlet to expand my creativity. My life has become so repetitive from work to my classes and I think right now I NEED different. So I'm very excited about this!

Here's some products I used from Frosted Designs.
Studio Calico Wood Hearts

This week over at Frosted Designs Blog we have a Sketch challenge.
Here's my take on the sketch.

I used a 12x12 piece of cardstock and painted the center in white paint, very streaky. Then I placed my layout together and added some more paint on the wood pieces. Then I took my white chalk distresser and dabbed on the chalk tape and around the edges of my papers.  I used my Lili of the Valley Stamps, yes Lili of the Valley. They have a wonderful assortment of collage type stamps and beautiful scriptures.

This gorgeous paper is by Marion Smith Designs it's called Mad Hatter.
The Flowers are from Wild Orchid and Live Love Crafts.

I Love that Little 'Drink Me' I had to make sure that was in there!
After I had everything glued down I decided to add some distressing with my Distress inks!

I love, Love, LOVE this and I will be getting a shadowbox and it's going up in my house! :)

Some Challenges I'd also like to enter in are:

Scrap Around the World - Mood board (bottles, using a quote, hot air balloon)

Here comes Middle School.. :(

I love this layout. I cannot believe Belle is going into Jr. High. Where does the time go...

I made this layout using my Marion Smith, Mad Hatter Papers. These papers are GORGEOUS! All of the designs have such different pattern and gives your projects so much texture.
The big flower is made using Marion Smith's Bloom Impressions die and tool. I love this little gadget.

I hope you like my layout. My Belle, sure is growing up!

A Merry Little Layout - Fancy Pants Designs.

Hello there!
Here's a Fancy Pants Designs Christmas Layout I made. These photos were actually taken a year ago in my daughters kindergarten class. They made gingerbread houses .. super fun! I let her do whatever she wanted. Part of me wanted to make it look neat and tidy. By the end of the decorating she was just taking handfuls of candy and dumping them on the house. She certainly made the house "her own". :)

Hope you like my layout. I've used the following Fancy Pants Products.

A Little Gift Set.

Hello! Hope you're having a great weekend.
Today I have a card and box to share. I used Fancy Pants Designs Collecting Moments Collection.
This was another project I had mad for the Fancy Pants Booth at CHA. I used the Iris Twist Technique on the card. The little box was fun to cover and decorate, it even has a little magnetic snap to close the box.

It's that time of year.. almost.

I really can't believe it's almost Christmas already. It seems like just a few weeks ago I was taking these photos in the layout. I love Christmas, the tree, decorating. I get all my decorations up Thanksgiving weekend. I listen to Christmas music constantly and sing.. LOUD! When I was a kid my sister and I would watch the Mickey Mouse Christmas Sing along in the Summer.. drove my mom nuts! :)

Here's a layout I made for the Fancy Pants Booth at Summer CHA. It was pretty exciting seeing my layout on the display. I've used the new Merry Little Christmas Collection. I LOVE this collection and all of the bright colors in it. The patterns are gorgeous, too!
