To the Office..

Hello, fellow bloggers! I have a card for the new challenge over at Cute Card Thursday. Our challenge is At The Office. I didn't really have any stamps to fit this so I went to the first place I normally look when I don't have the right image, Mo's Digital Pencil. I found this adorable image and thought it would work perfectly! I seen many people doing this technique lately where they use a lighter outline or ink. Since I don't have a lighter Memento ink pad I just lowered the opacity on the digi. I, of course, asked Mo if this was acceptable before I posted this. Thanks Mo! I just love the look you get and will be doing this technique again!

It's time for another challenge over at the best Magnolia Store EVER, Magnolia-licious! Magnolia-licious Highlites September's challenge is Fall or Back to School. I love Fall, it's probably my favorite season, so I decided to go with Fall using Tilda in Autumn Leaves Stamp from Last Year's Autumn Collection. I used Distress Inks again. I really like the way it came out too.

This card is also for Cute Card Thursday, the challenge this week is pinch n punch. I decided to pinch my ribbon all around my image and punched the sentiment with my Spellbinders die.

A Monochrome Challenge at TOMIC!

Today I have a card to share for TOMIC! Our challenge is Monochrome. I decided to use browns. This was the first card I made since returning from my visit with Angie (thank you again for such a wonderful time). Her work is truly amazing, I just loved seeing all her cards in person. She really inspired me to pull out my Distress Inks when I came home. It's been about a year since I've painted with them. Don't you just love when you haven't used something, then when you pull it out it's brand new all over again! :)

Hello everyone! I'm back from my visit with Angie. We had such a great time!! We went to a few craft stores and a stamp show. She had her monthly card class that I guest-instructed, not very well :) LOL! It all came together in the end though. This project I am showing you today is what we made. I wanted to go with VERY GIRLY and PINK cause it's me!

This is also my project for Little Darling's new challenge. Which is Back to School. I adore this image Go Team Go. She's so pretty and I love coloring her. The sentiment is Whimsy Stamps new Sentiments, which are on sale over at Love to Stamp today!

Hello and happy Monday! Today is my week over at TOMIC along with a few of my Magnolia Sweden DT friends. So there's a new Challenge over on the TOMIC blog. This week our theme is to make a scene without masking. Which was so difficult for me since I LOVE to mask. I made my card a few weeks ago, and after seeing what my oober talented dt buddies did I had gotten so many ideas. SO I just know you are all going to be blown away when you see the creations.

First time using La La Land Stamps!

Hello again! Here's my second card for today. This is the first time I've ever used a La La Land stamp. They are very Copic friendly and fun to color. This little cutie is Marci with Flower. I was asked by my dear friend Suzanne Dean if I would like to make a card for Copic Creations Challenge blog. I said yes of course and thought is was a guest spot, then realized I was filling in for Suzanne! The pressure was on, cause those are some big ole stylish shoes to fill! :) I hope everyone at Copic Creations likes my card. The challenge is to color something white.
