Just Magnolia and Roses on Paper Challenges!

I REALLY love the way this card came out. I really took my time when coloring this and added quite a few coats giving it a very detailed touch. I use my Aqua Painters and SU! ink to color the images. The Kitty is from Sugar Nellie "Kitty" stamp. The sentiments stamp is from Whimsy Stamps. I used my Big Shot and basket and blooms die and birds and blooms die to make the flowers... maybe I got the names of the die mixed up... hmm. If you look really close I used my texture plate on the card base.

The Just Magnolia challenge for this week is to use a critter (bug or animal) and the Roses on paper challenge is to use Pink, Green and Yellow. The 2 challenges together came out adorable.. well to me :)

There's a new site coming out, Belles and Whistles, which is Roses on Papers "Sister" site with adorable stamps by the very talented Elizabeth Bell. There's a call for guest designers You can view the info on the call here.

You can also visit the site Belle's and Whistles, and their Blog!

Have a wonderful day!

Sugar Bowl Challenge!!!

Well here's my Sugar Bowl Challenge this week. I think think it came out pretty good. This card was so exciting for me because it's my very first time using COPICS!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE them and I'm in some serious trouble.. I know I have tons of tricks to learn with these but for my VERY FIRST time using I think I did a good job with my shading. I cant wait to go play with them again today.
