Shake Your Booty Reindeer!

These two cards are for my next class at Main St Stamp and Stationary in Tigard.

The reindeer is from Art Impressions Shake Your Booty collection. When you flick the reindeers rump it jiggles and makes the bell ring. Its very funny!

The trees are from Elizabeth craft designs and the papers are from Bobunny.

I hope this class does well.

I am having it the 24th of this month. 

The top card also uses the same paper collection. I made it using some scraps and also dies from Elizabeth Craft designs.

Art Impressions Santa Card!

I wanted to make a card with this santa that was not a spinner card. So this is what I came up with.
I used the sketch from Retro Sketches Challenge! (Yeah, I learned how to copy and paste on this computer!).
I used BoBunny Dear Santa Festive designer papers layered with red cardstock on a white card base.
I added some ribbon across the card with a bow on the side and some rhinestones. Also the santa suite and his beard have Clear Wink of Stella on top and his fur has glitter on it.
This is one happy santa!!

My Last AI Posting!

This little kitty is called Kat. She is from Art Impressions. I colored her with copic markers and used some of my kitty papers I have had for along time that are from SEI.

I am entering this card in the Sweet sketch wednesday challenge. I have added some ribbon and a couple of flowers.

I have used this cute little big for my challenge and used some paper from my stuff with dragon flies on it. I wanted it to look like bugs flying around the stinky pig. The sentiment is also from AI.

Valentines in July!?

I ordered this from Art Impressions and didnt realize it was a valentines stamp. So I cut off the words that went around the edge talking about Lifes a Breeze and Happy Valentines day. Then I made it into a Happy Anniversary card!
I used the sketch from sketch saturday for the layout on this card. Colored it with copic markers and added some rhinestones and they greeting from SU's Teeny Tiny Wishes set.

Easel Card Challenge at AI!

Today at Art Impressions blog challenge it is an easel card. I used the Party Girls set #4131. They just look like they are having a great time. I wanted to add some sparkle to them so their blouses are all glittery. I colored them with copic markers. I added some flowers and ribbon. Also some great glittered drops from Recollections.

Art Impression Monday!

For my card this week, I have used Watercolor series 7 . I used stamp pads for this card but there are lots of times that you would use markers to color the stamps. But since I didnt need to use to colors on any one stamp I just used the pads. I used a new die from Impression Obsession for the fence and my favorite floral oval die behind the image. You cant see the arbor very well. I used Mementos London Fog because I didnt want the arbor to be really bold with black and I wanted it to be a white vinyl arbor. But I didnt realize it didnt work out so well until I was done and I didnt want to re do it.
So I am happy with the way it turned out otherwise.

Metal Accents At AI!

Today at Art Impressions Blog Challenge , the challenge is metal accents. So I have some metal like screen behind the chicken and the little squares under him with dew drops on them are metal also. I just happened to find these two packets of  metal tags and things when I was organizing my stamp area last week. I pulled out the birdie and egg carton stamp but cut off the egg carton and put some straw under him for his nest to sit on.
I used the sketch fromsketch saturday . I had this chicken paper already also.

Thinking of You!

I made this little guy into a thinking of you card. He looks a little under the weather doesnt he?
I used the sketch from friday sketch challenge . I used some papers from the new Nitwits collections. There is a link to them on my sidebar. I love the soft delicate blues in these papers and I am not really even a blue fan. But with the soft flowers and stripes I thought it would go perfect with this little guys jammies.
You can find the stamps I used at Art Impressions . They are sick bear and thinking of you .
I colored him with copic markers stamped a little random stamp around the edges of the image.
I added some flowers that werent on the sketch and the ribbon. The cardstock and ribbon are stampin ups Marina Mist.

Same Card Different Papers!

I made this same card last month but wanted to make it again with different papers. So I colored it different and used all different papers for it.

Gift Card Holders for AI!

Today at Art Impressions blog we were to make gift card holders. I decided to use the Tea Time set.
I colored them with copic markers. I wanted some white dots on the tablecloth and used my white liguid applique and then got carried away and started doing white dots everywhere but they seem to only show up very well in the picture on the pink dress.
I used the sketch from sweet sketch wednesday for my layout. I used two different papers for this. The flowered paper is from Memory Box and the other is from the Vanilla Sky collection from SEI.
I didnt have any gift cards so I just put my Red Robin card in there.

Happy Monday again! I am really happy this monday because I am off work all week!!
This week for Art Impressions blog I have used this cute little kitty Friends Fur Ever . Arent they cute together???

Make Us Giggle!

Today at Art Impressions Challenge it is to make us giggle. So I choose this busy cow. I think she has either gone thru someones clothes line or else everyone she knows is sharing their clothes with her. I made this card using the sketch at sketch saturday . I used the clothesline cow  for the image and the sentiment are both from Art Impressions .

Man Card for Art Impressions!

This week for the challenge at Art Impressions blog , it is a man card or fathers day. I have used this cute bear called Grizzly . I think he has a bit of a dazed look on his face, but I like to think he is deep in thought about somebody. Maybe his papa bear! I colored him with copics and used the thinking of you sentiment. I love the font on this. I used some paper I had picked up somewhere. I know I need more manly papers but they just arent as much fun to buy. But I liked the colors in this one. I actually used one of my very first corner punches on this. I believe it is a Marvy punch. I added some dew drops and some new SU ribbon on the side.

Art Impressions Monday!

I used this cute little Beanie Whoot set  again for this card and some more of my pink owl papers I got awhile back. I know I have done another card with the owl in pink but for some reason I bought a bunch of these papers, and who can go wrong with pink and brown right? I love the sentiment with this card. It is fun!

I used the sketch from The Sweet Stop . I had to change their oval image to a circle image for this little guy. I color him with copic markers and had to add the googley eyes again. I just love the eyes on these cards because I think it makes them look so real.

Art Impressions Weekly Challenge!

This week at Art Impressions the weekly challenge is Fitness, Workout, Dieting. I have used Out lunch Set . I love the sentiment on it. So one it looks like they are trying to diet and need more weight watchers points. I have used the sketch from Friday Sketch Challenge . I used some pretty flowered paper from K&Co and the polka ribbon looking stuff I picked up at Craft Warehouse with the paper is called Washi tape I think. Seems to be the new thing to use. I bought a few colors and will see what I think.

Art Impressions Monday!

These girlfriends are having fun having coffees together. Maybe they just went bowling together like I did yesterday with a friend and Kati. We had a great time. But then I sprained my foot somehow and it threw off my last game when I was just starting to get warmed up/
Anyhow on to the girlfriends. These gals are from Art Impressions . They are from the Girlfriends line . They have them for a whole bunch of occasions. The papers I used on this card are from the new Stampin up catty. I thought it would be fun and funky just like these ladies. I colored them with stampin up markers and my watercolor brush. I also used the sketch from sketch saturday .

Art Impressions Weekly Challenge!

This weeks challenge at Art Impressions is seeing spots. I used the Lingerie Shoppe from the Shoppe Windows set. I liked the spots on the little outfit and I also went with the Swiss Dots embossing folder with the dots on it also.
I used the sketch from The Sweet Stop. The image was supposed to be a circle but I changed mine into a square. I didnt think it would fit into a circle but looks like I had lots of room and it really would have. I found some old paper in my stash that I thought looked appropriate for lingerie. Added some fun embellishments and was done.

Operation Write Home Blog Hop!

Operation Write Home is having a blog hop with a sketch. So since Art Impressions is teaming up with them I am combing my Monday morning Art Impressions card with OWH. I have used Little Whoot on my card today and have made it Patriotic in honor of Memorial Day and our Heroes. Since I have a little hereo of my own it makes this day even more special. I have decided to also make it a thank you for the heroes by using one of the sentiments from the Beanie Whoot set. I already had this patriotic paper. I followed along with the sketch but it wasnt until after I was all done of course that I noticed whoever made the sketch was nice enough to add the dimensions for all the layers. But oh well mine is just a little bigger.
