My take on Finn's June Art Recipe

Hello All!

I am dropping by to share my take on Finnabair's June rt Recipe. So Ia'm not going to lie this one was really tough for me but that is why I really wanted to do it. But its also the reason its a mini canvas, I figured why not if I hate it I can toss it no big loss.  It wasn't the products it was the color combo that was giving me such a tough time. I couldn't get my mind away from the patriot Red White & Blue. 

But I gave it my best I hope you like it, I actually really like how it turned out.

I couldn't bring myself to leave any white space.... again the whole Red, White & Blue thing. So I painted everything with Metallique  Paints and Used  Finn's White Gold Wax for the Cream color.... Hey close enough right?

LIVE Strean YouTube Battle with Nelly!

Hello Everyone!

I wanted to share my project that I created yesterday during a live stream with Nelly. We were taking part in a live stream YouTube hop with several amazing artists. Each artist was teamed up for a craft battle of their choosing. Nelly and I chose advantages and disadvantages. As you know I love flowers, Nelly not so much. If you've seen Nelly's work you know she loves skulls and me not so much. Lol! 

So after creating a mold using easymold silicone putty and the Halloween ghoul. I poured a resin skull and was ready for the hop.

 I dug in my stash to find a collection to fit this Angelique Corset Set. After much debate I decided on Prima Lavender Collection. Yes its an old one but its still in my stash! 

  Regrettably I didn't record my process altering this little corset.

 I was too busy chatting with some amazing ladies.

Lots of little bits of sparkle are mixed thought this project

The Lavender Collection is full of beautiful roses and butterflies that I just had to fussy cut.

A few resin pieces tucked in to build up these beautiful Roses!

Scrap Your Heart Out YouTube Hop 2020

Hello Everyone!

As some of you may know Saturday is National Scrapbooking Day!

As for myself I created a mixed Media canvas featuring on of my favorite pictures of my girls from a  cruise that we took long ago. 

I primary used April's Limited Addition Kit from My Creative Scrapbook, its an amazing kit full of the New Capri line from Prima. 

I am going to miss my subscription so much but I only had a 3 month subscription, it  was a Christmas gift.
