Grab a KISS from Paper Secrets!

Hello All!

I just wanted to make sure you all know that Paper Secrets has their first sketch up for the month and its another great one!

Here it is:

Word: Kiss

Now remember you must include items, colors, brands, etc. beginning with each of the letter of the word - KISS.  You must use a different item for each letter ( for example you CAN NOT use white cardstock to represent "w" and "c" as "w"hite & "c"ardstock).

Here is my take on Kelly's sketch:

K- Key
          I- Ink Splatters
    S- Sequins
      S- Stitching

Here are some details just for fun:)

Some Carta Bella & American Craft Thickers..

My little key to meet the challenge requirements :)

Here you can almost see my transparency that is
stitched in place to hold the sequins and glitter.

Now its your turn make sure you link up your layout over at Paper Secrets by Feb 14th for your chance to win a $10 Gift card to shop in the store!

By the way if you like some of the products I used to create my layout, hop on over to the store and shop the manufactures I used!

Thank you so much for stopping by today!

A big Smile for American Crafts Cut and Paste

Hello All,

I just wanted to stop in today to share my first project with this months 3 Scrappy Boys Main Kit. This kit is packed full of American Craft's Cut & Paste Collection and lots of other yummy goodies. I just loved pulling it out of the box and flipping and planning what I am going to create with all the goodies.

While I was flipping through the papers I was reminded of a bit of a bonus that American crafts gives each of us with every paper purchase. What you might ask, the flip sided of the bar code strip of coarse.

With those strips of paper in mind I went right to my note book of inspiration.  A few months ago I saw Creative Scrappers Sketch number 252 and  I just loved  it. But I didn't get a chance to play along, so I tucked it away in my notebook for future inspiration.  Here is my layout based on the sketch.

Products Used: 3 Scrappy Boys Main Kit - American Crafts Cut and Paste Collection, American Crafts Stamps & Thickers and  a few spatters of Mister Hueys Mist.

Some of my details just for fun :)

Thanks so much for stopping by today!
