Hello Studio75 fans! It's Tracey here to share a shabby mixed media card featuring the gorgeous Studio75 Hello Spring paper collection along with fabulous chipboard from the store. The Up in the Air stencil by SnipArt adds amazing texture to the background as well.

Tips and Techniques

What gorgeous papers to work with! I adore the birdhouse image, so used this Anemone Birdhouse Frame from the store along with the little bird from the Scrapiniec Spring Prodigy Bird Ave Set. These gorgeous flowers from Little Birdie coordinate perfectly with the background paper. The fabulous watercolor leaves are fussy cut from the Hello Spring 07 page.

A close-up of the flowers. You can see some of the flowers I fussy cut from the Hello Sping 06 sheet to tuck in around the edges of the cluster and stamens which I bunched together to add a bit more texture. The molded gear is brushed with gold art wax to coordinate.

I painted this sweet birdhouse portion of the frame with a wood grain to coordinate with the sweet birdhouse on the paper. I left the little bird untreated. The Scrapiniec chipboard hearts are painted in coordinating colors as well with this one strategically placed over the opening to the birdhouse.

Tekturkę budkę pomalowałam we "wzorek drewniany" nawiązując do wzoru na papierze ;)
Serduszka śa pomalowane w kolorze dobranym do  brzoskwiniowych odcieni na papierach. 

The delicate flowers and leaves around the frame are painted and shaded. I adhered small rhinestones to the center of each flower using Bambino Glue. The background is stenciled with white gold icing paste using the fabulous SnipArt Damask Stencil.
Kwiaty i liście pocieniowałam i lekko podkolorowałam. Wszystko przyklejałam za pomocą kleju Bambino. Damaski z szablonu są wykonane z złotej pasty lodowej. 

I added a little cluster to the bottom corner that includes a snippet of Organza Rose Trim.

This sentiment from the Hello Spring 08 page is colored with Distress Ink and the heart is fussy cut from the 6x6" Hello Spring paper set. 

The card front is adhered to a 6x6" Blank Card from the store. I just adore these sturdy card bases that hold the weight of my mixed media creations so well.

Hi Studio75 fans! It's Tracey here to share a floral mixed media birthday card featuring the gorgeous Forever In Love Collection that includes such beautiful images that are perfect for fussy cutting.

Tips and Techniques

The Forever In Love paper collection includes such fabulous neutral background papers with delicate designs like this one from the 6x6" set. I've fussy cut flowers, leaves, and a darling heart to pull in the colors that are prominent in the collection and then found flowers in my stash that are a perfect match to this color palette. I dry brushed the dimensional flowers with white gesso to soften the color.

Kolekcja Forever in love zawiera fantastyczne, neutralne tła z delikatnym wzorem,, ja użyłam małego bloczka 15x15 cm. Wyciełam kwiaty,  listki, i serduszko i połączyłam z gotowymi kwiatami.

To create texture on the background I mixed Antique Bronze Cadence Metallic Paint from the store into pearl icing paste to get this fabulous rose gold color to stencil. I also spattered peach color spray and white ink for visual texture.

Here's a close-up of the fussy cut flower cluster.

This gorgeous Scrapiniec Lavender Mist Frame is heat embossed with bronze embossing powder which looks so great against the stenciled background.

I used glue to adhere beaded texture around the bottom of the cluster as well as a few microbeads scattered across the flowers. I tucked in gears and metal flowers from my stash and rubbed them with gold and copper metallic art wax.

The card is adhered to one of the 6x6" Studio75 White Card Bases. It's so handy to start with 6x6" patterned paper and have these sturdy card bases on hand that are a perfect fit!
Kartkę wykonałam na  białej bazie o wymiarach 15x15 cm, co jest bardzo wygodne, kiedy pracuje się z papierami z małego bloczka.

Czy mówiłam Wam już, że zakochałam się w cudnej pastelowej kolekcji Hello Spring? Oczywiście, że tak! Ostatnio tworzę tylko z niej, a to dlatego, że bardzo, ale to bardzo przypadła mi do gustu:)

Na dzisiaj przygotowałam zestaw, który będzie (wraz z dodatkiem w postaci butelki dobrego wina) stanowił prezent urodzinowy dla koleżanki. Bazy przygotowałam samodzielnie i okleiłam je delikatnym papierem Hello Spring oraz kilkoma elementami z arkusza elementów do wycinania.

Przygotowałam także kilka kwiatów z foamiranu, aby dopełnić nimi kompozycję, dodałam także białe perełki w płynie. 

W ten sposób komplet urodzinowy dla koleżanki jest gotowy:) Bardzo chciałam, aby było delikatnie i pastelowo - z kolekcją Hello Spring taki efekt uzyskuje się bez problemu. Mam nadzieję, że skusicie się i wypróbujecie tę nową kolekcję jak najszybciej, jestem pewna, że pokochacie ją tak jak ja:)
