CHIHUAHUA ZYCANTAH

The first compilation of one of Justin (Horrordactyl)'s other bands ,Chihuahua Zycantah. Imagine if you will ,Chrome and the Butthole Surfers meet up with some squat-punk bands ,and they all collaborate with Crass on some Subhumans(u.k.) type tunes! Sound good? It does to me! Flux Of Pink Indians and The Dead Kennedys are covered and I'll let Justin fill you in on the rest:

ONE FELL SWOOP - The Highway Is Your Girlfriend

Back-to back tapes on Oct. 8 ,1991! Between 5:30 and & 7:30 a.m. we did this tape covering Jonathan Richman and the Modern Lovers ,"Roadrunner" ,an ode to a "Chinese Marlo Thomas" ,and we watched and commented on the Ren & Stimpy episode ,"Marooned"! 3 tracks of fun , about 24 minutes into "Marooned" ,Ed blows chunks ,as Joel & Chipmonk giggle like school girls! This is one of the funnest tapes we ever did ,maybe more fun to make than for you to hear,but then again ,maybe not! We were ripped & wasted! Good times!!

ONE FELL SWOOP - The Lust Detector

This was a busy week for OFS. The title of this release was drawn from a 1986 porno ,listed in the worst films of all time , The Lust Detector. The girl on the cover art ,seen above ,is Bunny Bleu ,one of the stars of this monstrosity. Mimi , an old girlfriend of mine ,was present for this recording ,and sings on the last track ,"Some French Thing". And Mimi looks almost exactly like the girl pictured above ,lucky me ,huh?. There is a cover of the "Log" theme ,from Ren & Stimpy ,as we were big fans at the time. All the recordings up til this one ,were done in Joel's room ,at Cat Machine House , while this ,and the next few ,were done in Ed's living room,in Lehigh Acres,tanked up on beer and smoke, Recorded October 6th ,1991 ,20 years ago today!

MAGIC NOSE GOBLINS 1

we loved ren and stimpy,so we formed 2 bands called,"magic nose goblins",and distinguish them by calling them 1 or 2.

both are duos,this one is me and joel,in his room,at gramps's(cat machine house).we were supposed to be recording the 4th one fell swoop tape,but the night before chipmunk stole his mom's car,and wrecked it,all highed up. we went downtown,the next morning,where he worked for his mom,and he said,"my life is over",which of course wasn't true.so me and joel went back home and recorded this semi tribute to our fallen bandmate.the last track is funny as we give him a stern talking to.good lyrics,rockin' music,joel sings a few,i sing the rest,and it all turns out like crap,with a cherry on top!forget about the other bands using this name,we were the originals back in 1991.click here for the real magic nose goblins 1:http://www.mediafire.com/file/h4m1ynwkmzf/magic nose goblins 1.zip
