THE THANKSGIVING DAY XXX-TRA STUFFING MYSTERY BAND

Recorded,mixed,and mastered by G O D ,at W.G.O.D.studios,Thanksgiving day 1995.The band is listed ,thusly:Tom Turkey-guitars & breasts,Scralph-laughing and burping,Flip Step-vocals,crib DBS(the brother and sister team)vox,keyboards,guitars,yams, Doogles-laughing,guitar,legs,Kool Breeze-drums and smokes,Garlic Nuts-vocals,Pie Pie Face-keys,pumpkin pie.
A tryptophan trip thru 14 "songs",of turkey,stuffing,pie,and that overwhelming urge to sleep.Parts of this sound like a garage band tuning up,some parts of this resemble The Residents,Throbbing Gristle,Einsterzende Neubauten,and other industrial and electronic giants.Just thought I'd get this posted before the holiday,as I'll be cooking and eating,and putting up xmas stuff ,next Wednesday thru Saturday,so I'll be on a short break.I will try to post a few more things before then!Enjoy this,and ruin your family get-together on Thursday!Just play this tape at any gathering you may have!Guaranteed to seperate the men from the turkeys.

the 6TH STREET MUNTUS-tie the dog loose!

3/29-30/96 is the date,5455 is the place,the muntus are in full effect!me,joel,and vance start it out,vance leaves after 3 songs,and jessica steps into his place,for the remaining 5 pieces.as always,very experimental,and different from the other muntu tapes,every session we ever did had it's own sound.this has a lot of sampling,electronics,as well as your standard bass,guitar,drum thing,the meaning of life is on here,and i think the last track utilizes a few toy saxophones.really trippin' stuff,definitely a desert island band,lots more to come from these greats!

this is a compilation of rrrecords bands,doing elvis covers,and it's pretty good!only 200 copies made,it's rare,haven't seen it posted.the king himself is on here,with some of his best work ever!from lowell,MA,run by ron lessard,one of the first u.s. labels to feature experimental/noise/electronics.also included are 2 bonus tracks which were submitted at the time this comp was being put together,by charles rice goff III and killr "mark"kaswan,and were rejected,making it all the more obscure.elvis fans(and industrial fans) ,rejoice! no cover for this tape,i did the art,thanks!
