KAAGOOTAABAA - Fuckin' Kill Yourself In A Shit-Eating Gay Bar

North Carolina's own Kaagootaabaa, is back with yet another release ,this time trippin' effects pedals and different instrumentation, other than his usual electric guitar ,which is also featured. This artist keeps pushing the boundaries of diy/indie rock ,further and deeper into the underground . Plus he is the first person to submit a Cat Machine cover song for the upcoming Cat Machine tribute disc! (he did the song "Paul Kline" ,in a minimalist fashion!)

COUNT ZEE

This was sent to me free when i ordered some 7"'s, back in the early 90's,(if I remember correctly,it was GG Allin and also some Redd Kross boots),a hardline straightedge punk band, with metal trappings. Some is trippy effects guitar solos with crazy undecipherable lyrics.Lotsa instrumental breaks, acoustic guitar ,and such.not your typical straightedge, not aping Minor Threat,or 7 Seconds, and not like NYHC,but a thrash metal sound of their own.It was on a blue flexi, which accounts for some surface noise.Highly rare and sought after collectible amongst straight-edgers,world-wide! 11 tracks, the longest is,3:o6,next longest,1:42,all the rest 1 minute or less! They ain't no Minutemen though,I can assure you of that.

NOISEKILLR-7

there's a break in the sequence of noisekillr tapes!i could not locate noisekillr 6 anywhere in the vault, may require a deeper search, for now here's number 7.mostly centering on t.v.,but also utilizing a 1990 mustang's inner workings, all run thru,of course,a digital delay effect pedal, the core of noisekillr's bane.from 11/26/94,solo as always, continuing on in the great noisekillr tradition.great backround stuff,to think to,but just as swell jammin' at the backyard b-b-q!clear the hall with this great release, drive everyone home!and tell them to leave comments!!dammit!!

NOISEKILLR #5

this is volume 5 in the series of noisekillr.feb.26-27 of 93 this took place.vance joins me on track 5,"fuck you, gary",and the last 3 tracks almost get out of hand ,as the effects and the repetitiveness of the power electronics, take a toll on your feeble minds.like hypnotic snake charmer music, this will lull you into an altered state of conciousness.all these tapes sound slightly different, and improve with each new release, yet still retain that noisekillr sound, that no one else can (or would want to)lay claim to.don't take this lightly,it will cause you severe mind trauma,so be forewarned.
