NOISEKILLR - Righteous Noise Wall Brothers - NOISEKILLR 40,MVMT 85

Has anyone ever attempted ,to make a harsh noise wall, from the songs of The Righteous Brothers?? Well,I finally have done it! Found an old tape in a box of garbage, rani it thru the Noisekillr machine, and it came out like this!! Better than expected! You can hear trace elements and brief snatches of melody and vocals here and there, but not enough to distract from the glorious harsh noise wall, that these Brothers never fully realized they could've made themselves!! I dont know what songs these are,but they make a lot of noise,If this played in church, more people would go! Just one almost half hour track says it all, everything you ever want to hear from the Righteous Brothers!

SLUGGISHA'S THRIFT STORE - Volume # 12

More music from the piles of records I've collected over the years. None of this stuff will ever be on cd or even found on the web! Preachers, music machines, children's records,(including a song I would like to dedicate to my friend Food , "Hey Food!" ,by Cookie Monster & The Sesame Street Beetles) , high school marching bands, electronics,Redd Foxx singing! from 1957!, yodeling cowboys, christian music,Mister Rogers,("I'm Angry" ,one of his finest!),bar bands, instrumental combos, orchestras, and more! There's always something for everyone on these thrift store comps, and it would take you years of searching to find all these songs ,and compile them in this manner. I should know ,I'm doing it! Thanks ,and please comment!

SLUGGISHA'S THRIFT STORE - Volume # 10

What can I say? Mel Henke ,synth/moog stuff, christians that are dumb, soundtracks from movies you'll never see, harpists, hippies ,men's fashions, comedians, children's records,Chubby Checkers' illegal brother , "Tubby Chess",washboards,Dracula,Us Airforce KP, Anthony Newley (with a rendition of "Pop Goes The Weasel" that I personally guarantee to be the best you'll ever hear in a life time!!) ,and tons more foolhardy picks from my massive collection of thrift store records. Man , I remember the good ol' days ,walk up to the thrift store counter ,with a huge pile of discarded vinyl ,and offering up 10 or 20 bucks ,and filling the trunk of my car with said goodies! Trust me ,those days are gone! Get your culture right here friends!!

WINTER GARDEN - Summer's End

This was mastered at Morrisound Studios in Tampa ,by Jim Morris ,once the #1 studio and producer of Death Metal ,across the globe. It was recorded in Hudson , the next town south of me ,and I believe this band once(still?) lives there. If you enjoy the melancholy strains of Amy Lee fronting Evanescence ,or maybe Tori Amos ,you will like this. Alt-rock ,goth stylings ,and a Dali painting in the insert. Upon further investigation ,I found the singer of this duo (husband/wife or brother/sister?) had released a new album ,which appears from the cover art to be around the same perimeter as Sheryl Crow ,and her ilk. And I found some stuff which points to the fact that these folks are christian musicians. Maybe this is slightly before that period of their lives ,in 1997. Not bad for what it is.
