A weekend full of stampin'.....

Happy Sunday everyone!!!

I had a wonderful stampin' weekend.....

First I would like to share a card with you I made Friday afternoon....it is a *multi-task* card - LOL!!!

Here are the challenges I crammed onto this one....the original idea was for the fabulous CCEE ladies who were so sweet to feature my *sparklegirl* name as their Challenge - you can read about it right HERE. Next is the LSC243 - make a *girly girl* card (compliments the CCEEC), the layout is from the VSOCT09E Sketch (last one), and the square card idea is from the ssnotime110. This card measures 5 1/2" x 5 1/2".

The super sweet *Dahlia* image is from The Greeting Farm.

I inked the image in Memento Black and colored it with Copic Markers. For my birthday my sweet hubby treated me to the Copic Airbrush Starter Kit and the square BG was sprayed with it!!! I definitely have to practice some more :).....it's a very fun tool to play with!!!

The DP is from the Pawsitively Prints and I matched it with the Raspberry Fizz color. At last I added the Raspberry Fizz Ribbon, the Glitter and the fabulous Silver Pearls.

Oh...... before I forget my super duper awesome *BOWS* are easily done with the *Bow-Easy*....a must have tool!!!

******************************************

Next are two card are a bit more serious....I made them both for the CAS37 - With Sympathy plus a few other Challenges.

For this card I used the CPS37 Sketch. The sentiment is from the ODBD Set Praying for You and I inked it in Chocolate Chip.

I used the beautiful *Blue Awning* DP from K&Company. The card base is a Textured Creamy Caramel CS. At last I added the halfback Pearls.

******************************************

The layout for this card is from the VSOCT09B Sketch (second one). I used the ODBD Set With Deepest Sympathy. The sentiment was also inked in Chocolate Chip.

I used the same *Blue Awning* DP and my card base is Vintage Cream. I finished the card off with a matching Satin Ribbon and halfback Pearls.

Thank you for stopping by today!!!

OCC Sketch Challenge, IC179 & LSC219 Happy Tree Day

Happy Saturday everyone!!!

Thank you for all the well wishes - I'm feeling much better!!! Unfortunately my middle daughter has caught the stomach bug and I had to pick her up from school yesterday....it's definitely making the Ledlow-Family round - Yikes!!!

Anyhow - are your ready for an awesome Sketch??? Well, Robin has cooked up a fun one and I hope you'll play along?!? Stop by the OCC Blog for all the Samples and on how you can play along to win this weeks prize sponsored by Jennifer Meyer's new Stamp line - Stamps and Smiles!!!

Here is my card for it.....

I used the gorgeous SU Blossom Abound Set. I can't believe I own this Set forever and this is my first time inking it up - crazy - huh???

The colors I used are - Pale Plum, Perfect Plum and Kiwi Kiss.

The DP is from PTI Guide Lines Collection. I bedazzled the blossom with Dazzling Diamond Glitter. I also added some Silver Brads.

The sentiment is from the SU All Holidays Set. I inked it in Perfect plum and pierced right below it. The vertical Perfect Plum CS was scored in 1/8" intervals.

Are you ready for a second card with the same Sketch???

*****************************************

This time I used the super cute and fun Happy Day Set from There She Goes!!! I made this card for today's IC179 - Bonjour Mon Coussin. This store is featuring some funky pillows - LOL. I was inspired by this pillow - I really liked the colors together!!! Which gave me the idea to combined it with the LSC219 - That's a Holiday???. I chose the Love a Tree Day Holiday - you can read about it HERE!!!

I inked the tree image twice with Memento Black. I created a 3-D look by cutting the second image out and raising the leaves up randomly. I used Copic & Prisma Markers to color the tree - E47 (Dark Brown) and PM-197 (Green Tea).

The DP is from the So Saffron Patterns Designers Series Collection. The second color is Wild Wasabi. I again scored the Wild Wasabi CS.

The birdies were also inked twice and raised up . I colored the birdies with the Prisma Marker - Jasmine PM132.

The sentiment was also inked in Memento Black. To dress the card up I chose the Silver Brads.

What do you think - are you ready to play now???

Thank you for stopping by !!! I hope you will have a wonderful weekend!!!

LSC218, WT216 Fresh Cuts

Happy TGIF guys!!!

Here is a card I whipped up quickly for the LSC218 - Border Crossing and the WT216 - using black on your card.

I was looking for an image that already has a border on it and I still had my SU Fresh Cuts on my table - I thought it's perfect for the Challenge!!! We got a bonus point *wink* if we use a flower image - so double points for me - LOL!!!

My card measures 5 1/2" x 5 1/2". I inked the image with Basic Black and then layered it randomly using Black and White CS. Each panel was raised with Stampin Dimensionals.

To dress it up I used a Styled Silver Label Holder tying it off with some Black Satin Ribbon.

Have a wonderful weekend and I hope to see you for the OCC Challenge tomorrow!!! ~TFL~

SC225, LSC217 Tea for Two

Happy TGIF everyone!!!

We have been pretty busy here at the Ledlow household....Our girls have the CRCT Testing this week and we've been making sure they sail right thru it!!! I must say I'm very proud of my two older daughter's for being awesome students thru out the year!!!

Since the girls have to go to bed earlier this week I had some extra stamping time - wahooo :)!!!

I thought the LSC217 was fun and I haven't had many opportunities lately to play along, so tonight is the night!!! The theme is *to create a card after a room in your house* - well with three girls I had to go with the girls room. We have lots of pink and softer color to match.

For my card I used the SC225 Sketch from this week. The fabulous Tea for Two Set is from There She Goes. This Set always reminds me of the fun little *Tea Parties* we used to play.... :) great memories!!!

The DP is a mix between the SAB Delicate Dots Collection and the Occasions Mini Walk in the Park Collection. I limited my embellishments to the buttons and the SAB Ribbon Bundle - So Saffron. The punched border is a MS Punch. The teapot was colored with a Copic Marker - G94.

I couldn't help myself and I had to go ahead and use my new Bigz XL - Bag with Scallops Die!!! I used some Pretty in Pink Textured CS for it. I filled it with some tea bags - isn't it a cute little giveaway ???

Hope you like it?!? ~TFL~

OCC May God Bless you...., IC172, TECC60, LSC212, SDDC6 Mother's Day Card

Hello everyone!!!

This Saturday Kim has created an awesome *Sketch* for us to try. For all the Samples and to see *who* our Guest is please stop by the OCC Blog.

Here is my take on it.

This beautiful *Special Blessing* Set was also one of my *must have* items from the SU Catalog. The Old Olive DP is from the *Walk in the Park* Collection that is featured in the upcoming Occasions Mini Catalog and it will be available April 1st. I used the Oval Spellbinder Nestie's to create the focal image and the Tag Nestie for the sentiment. I tied the tag with a Satin Ribbon. And what can I say - I'm addicted to those fab Silver Pears - LOL!!! The little flower by the cross was punched out with the Trio Flower Punch.

Now it's your turn to show us what you can created with this beautiful Sketch!!! For more inspiration please visit the rest of the OCC ladies - Cindy, Jennifer, Lori, Kim, Vicki, Frances, Robin, Loretta and Jenny.

**********************************************

Here is my card for the IC172 - I chose this super cute little dress. As well as the TECC60, LSC212 and Stamper's Dream *SDDC6* - casing a Design Team Member.

I decided to case by BFF Denise - I chose this super cute card of hers. I like how Denise used the *recess window* on her card. That's what inspired me to use my Bigz Top Note Die and the Oval Nestie to create the recess window on my card.

Next, I used a different layout - the TECC60. I changed the colors - here is where the Inspiration Piece comes in - not only does this dress remind me of a beautiful summer, but I really like the colors - I used - Pretty in Pink, White, Rose Red, Certainly Celery - I added on top ot them - Yoyo Yellow, Plum Pudding and Lavender Lace.

At last I chanced the main image from a swing to flowers - here is where the LSC212 comes into play - using flowers on my main image plus the colors from the Soft Subtlet Collection (Pretty in Pink, Certainly Celery and Lavender Lace) . The Stamp Set is from the new Papertrey Ink March Release called *Life* - isn't it fab??? The sentiment is from the PTI *Women of Life* Set. I couldn't resist adding some Dazzling Diamond Glitter onto the flowers....plus the white and purple flower with the Filigree & Rhinestone Brad.

Anyway -hope that wasn't toooooo confusing - LOL?!? But now you know how this card came about.....I will be mailing this card to my mom for *Mother's Day*- since she lives in Germany - I had to plan ahead.... - hope she will like it?!?

Have a wonderful weekend and thank you for stopping by!!!

LSC218 My first Sarah Kay image, There She Goes Dollar Find Friday....

Happy TGIF everyone!!!

If you are looking for my LSC210 card please go down a bit further.

Today is my turn to host the *There She Goes* Dollar Find!!! Jessica started this fun little idea a while back. She started transforming items that she had bought fairly cheap into awesome little projects and cards!!! HERE is the link to all the items that Jessica and the TSG DT has transformed so far!!!

I have to admit I was a bit nervous about this project...I hope you all like what I have cooked up in my little craft room?!?

I went to Target a couple weeks ago and found these Valentine Treat Bags in a Clear Container. The original price was $1.99. I bought them for 75% off - that comes basically down to $0.50. I emptied out the treat bags and stored them for next year.

I really liked the *Clear Container* and I figured it would make a really nice *Gift Card* Box. So I ran with that idea!!!

Here is how I started - first I trimmed off the longer end that was sticking out.

Next I decorated the outside of the box by adding the Tangerine Tango CS. The color choice was inspired by the *Stamper's Dream* Challenge I saw the other day - you can view it right here. The theme was to create a *monochromatic* card, once you go down a bit you will see the matching cards I have created and where my inspiration really kicked in - LOL!!! On this outside sheet I randomly inked the flowers from the *Flowers of Happiness* with Versamark and embossed them with White EP.

Then I created a scalloped band and a centerpiece for the top.

This is the complete transformed box.

Here are the matching cards I designed for the *Gift Card* Box. Once I had my color idea going I had to choose a fairly easy design, so I went back in my gallery and found this layout. I continued with the *Flowers of Happiness* Set, but chose a different flower on each CS.

I randomly inked the flowers with Versamark onto Tangerine Tango CS, Pacific Point and Kiwi Kiss CS. I embossed the flowers with White EP. At the end I added the Pearls, the different matching Ribbons and the sentiments which are also from different Set's - Nature of Friendship, Holidays Galore and the Branches Set.

Here are the matching cards close up.

I hope I have inspired you to transform inexpensive stuff too!!! Keep your eyes open when you go to Target or the Dollar Store and have fun transforming your found treasures!!! ~TFL~

Now to the fun part - DO YOU WANT TO WIN MY *GIFT BOX*???

Leave me a comment on this post and I will select a *WINNER* this Sunday evening!!! US, APO and Canadian Addresses ONLY please!!!

****************************************

Here is my card I made for the LSC210 - to create a card less than 30 minutes - ohhh this was so up my alley - LOL!!!

I chose the TECC57 Sketch - which didn't require much layering. The image that was given to me by my friend Michelle - thank you Michelle!!! It's the super cute Sarah Kay image *Country Girl* from Stampavie . This is my very first Sarah Kay image and it was so fun to color. I used several different Copic and Prisma Markers. The sentiment is from the new SU *Really Retro* Set inked in Basic Black. To finish it off I added the fab little Kaiser Chocolate Pearls and the yummy Satin Chocolate Ribbon. Voila!!!

Have a wonderful weekend and thanks for stopping by!!!

GIVEAWAY IS CLOSED AND WE HAVE A WINNER!!!!

LSC207 Daffodils

Happy TGIF!!!

Thank you for all the well wishes for my daughters!!! Unfortunately both are still sick and hopefull will recover over the weekend...!!!

We are still completely off schedule and have turned the night into day - YIKES!!! Thank goodness the girls are on *Winter* break next week and we'll try to get back into the groove then!!!

I was stalking the LSC207 and I'm so happy to play along.....Judy has really put us to the test!!! I didn't have to think very long to figure out what I wanted to create....a card out of my comfort zone!!!

If you all have been following the Flourishes Design Team you already know about the Sneak Peek. If not - this is the third day of showing the newest Set's and all of them will be released tonight!!! Don't miss the Release Party over on SCS!!! Flourishes is featuring the *Sign of Spring* Set today!!! For more info and all the Samples please visit the Flourishes Blog .

I designed a similar card for the Timeless Tuesday Challenge the other day - you can view it right here. Like I said and if you know me.... this is usually not a card I would create - I like them clean, simple and fast....- LOL!!!

For this Limited Supply Challenge - we had to use at least *two* or more things we don't do so often or are a *stretch* for us.....Well - I used 4 layers and that's without the sentiment - LOL!!!! This is my second time using a *Recess Window* - still getting used to it. I also like buttons, but for some funny reason I don't use them that often - did I mention I have tons?!? This is definitely a card out of my comfy zone!!!

I used the new SAB Designer Paper *Delicate Dots*. The frame was created with the Bigz Top Note Die and in the center I used an Oval Nestie. The colors I used are -Bashful Blue, So Saffron, Kraft and Whisper White. The pretty Border Punch is from Martha Stewart. I inked the daffodil and the sentiment in Memento Tuxedo Black and colored it with Prisma Markers (Green Tea, Jasmine).

On the senitment I used the small and large Oval Punch plus I added some piercing right below it. At the end I added a Button (unknown source) and the DS Wild Wasabi Ribbon.

Hope you like it??? If you like stop by again tomorrow for the OCC Challenge!!!Have a wonderful weekend!!! ~TFL~

TSG Sneak Peek, #3, LSC205

Happy TGIF!!!

Today is the last day of *There She Goes* Sneak Peeks!!! Hope you've enjoyed all the cards you have seen so far?!?

This beautiful Set is called *Flowers of Happiness* and it was partly designed by Petty Utley.

The layout I used is from Jen del Muro's SFYTT Sketch this past Saturday!!! I think it worked perfectly with this image!!!

The colors I used for this card are - Pink Pirouette, Chocolate Chip and Whisper White. The image and sentiment were inked in Memento *Rich Cocoa* and the leaves were colored with the Prisma Marker - Green Tea. I don't know if you can tell....but I stamped another image from the same Set onto the Pink Pirouette CS using the same color Ink (click on the photo for close up). I had to add the yummy Satin Chocolate Chip Ribbon. Right below I attached some Copper Eyelet and some Halfback Pearls.

*******************************************************

Here is a quick card I made for the LSC205 this morning. I love simple white cards and of course I had to squeeze this one in - LOL!!!

I randomly inked this new *Flowers of Happiness* Set in Baja Breeze, Kiwi Kiss and Tangerine Tango. The sentiment was also inked in Baja Breeze. Next I added the cute little Styled Silver Ribbon Slider and tied the Tangerine Tango Ribbon - voila!!!

FFFC4,LSC201 With Graditute

Happy New Year and TGIF!!!

I can't believe a new year has started.....boy oh boy time flies by fast!!! I don't know about you, but I totally failed on my last years resolution - I wanted to lose 30 pounds....well, I was somewhat good and had lost 17 pounds, but as the girls started *Summer Break*.....these hard lost pounds creeped right back on...at least 12 of them - LOL!!!

Well, another year another try - I have no idea where my willpower has gone....LOL??? Has anyone seen it??? Please give it back to me.....I really need it - LOL!!!

Hope your resolutions for this new year will come true!!! I keep my fingers crossed for you and me!!!

Anyhow - my card is for the LSC201 - *My Favorite Things* and the *Flourishes Friday Challenge* - FFFC4 - use something *NEW TO YOU*.

I must have been a really good girl this past year....Santa has brought me a whole bunch of new goodies!!! I love Santa - he's the best - he,he,he!!!!

I used my brand spankin' new Papertrey Ink CS *Raspberry Fizz* plus Ribbon!!! I also received a new box of the SU *Pretties Kit* - I love those hat pins and had to use a new one on my card!!!
The base of my card is Pink Pirouette CS. I inked the large sentiment image from the *Thank You* Set in Pink Pirouette. Next I created the scalloped edge with the SU Punch. The flower was inked in *Raspberry Fizz* - I colored the inside with the Ink using a Blender Pen - and the stem was inked in *Kiwi Kiss*. The sentiment is from the same *Thank You* Set and was inked in Versamark then I embossed it with some White EP. Next I tore the right side of the Whisper White CS and distressed the other corners. The flower image was layered onto Kiwi Kiss CS and raised with Stampin Dimensionals. ~TFL~

TECC47 Get well soon.....

HAPPY TGIF!!!

Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas???

Ours was peaceful and relaxing. I'm still full from all the yummy foods and desserts we had!!!

We had a little scare Tuesday....our Miriam had the sniffles for a couple of days prior and we thought it's Allergies...our farmers around here were harvesting the last cotton and burning off their fields...well poor little Miriam came down with Pneumonia!!!

Thank goodness I took her to the doctor right away, since her fever didn't go away and it had spiked even with Motrin....a couple x-rays later, the Radiologist confirmed Miriam had Pneumonia.....anyway she is much better now and sassy as can be - must be the side effects of the medications - LOL!!! So after all I'm glad we had a low key holiday.

Like most of you I haven't had a chance to stamp and I was sooo happy to see that Taylor is hosting the Limited Supply Challenge #200 today - making a non holiday card!!! Isn't that fun - LOL???

I used the *Tea for Two* Set from *There She Goes*. The DP is from the SU *Windsor Knot* Collection. The Sketch is from Taylor VanBruggen's TECC47.

Hope you like it??? ~TFL~

FINALLY.......

I can tell you the awesome news!!!

I was asked to be on the *Friends of Flourishes* Blog Team!!!

How fun is that??? I still have to pinch myself now and then....LOL!!!

Of course I had to get crafty right away with my new Stamps and show off two cards I made for the special occasion!!!

Please stick with me...this is a longer post and you don't want to miss all the fun at the end!!!

First I want to share my fabulous Teammates with you - I'm surrounded by so much talent - Becca Feeken, Betty Wright, Christine Okken, Cindy Haffner, Dee Jackson and Kimberly Crawford!!!

Here is a little info about my cards - I used the Pacific Point Patterns DP on both cards as well as the Pacific Point, Bashful Blue and Whisper White CS.

The flower on my first card is from the gorgeous *Thank You* Set. I inked it in Black Stazon and colored it with the Peacock Blue (PM-125) Prisma Marker. The Sketch is from the WSC15. To dress it all up I pierced a double row on the left side, added a White Sheer Ribbon and some Silver Pearls.

My second card is so to speak a bonus card....I used the gorgeous Silhouette image from the *Spring Ephemerals* Set. I inked it in Pacific Point and the sentiment in Bashful Blue. I actually trimmed the sentiment and raised it with Stampin Dimensionals. The layout for this card is from the WSC19 Sketch. I added some matching flowers I've found at Walmart and added a new *Filigree* Brad in the center. If you look closer I pierced right below the flower & DP!!!

Now - here is the fun Challenge that inspired me to make my cards!!!

Don't be so "blue" this holiday season! Join us for week three of the *Festive Flourishes Friday* Challenge! The theme is just as it sounds ~ "You'll be doing alright with your Christmas of white but I'll have a blue, blue Christmas!" Grab your favorite Flourishes stamp set and dress it up with a dose of blue! It doesn't have to be a Christmas card! Any style will do! Remember, you can join into our challenge at any time and, if you make up past challenges and complete all four - your name will be thrown into the hat for a free stamp set of your choice! Link your card to the *Flourishes Blog*, to a blog post or your SCS gallery. Don't forget the keyword *FFFC3* on Splitcoast! Of course, we'd love it if you added the FLLC keyword too so that your work shows up in the company gallery!!!

Don't forget to check out my Teammates cards - we all played along!!!

I know - I did mention there will be a surprise!!! OH YEAH!!! Listen up my stampin' friends -*Flourishes* was so generous to give me two Stamp Sets -Thank You and Spring Ephemerals for *BLOG CANDY*!!!

Here is what you need to do.....Please tell me *your* favorite *Flourishes* Stamp Set !!! I will pick one lucky Winner and what ever Set is her/his favorite Set - I'll add this Stamp Set to my new Collection and show off some cards!!!

LSC198 Crafty Taglines, CCEEC Worship the Lord

Hey you all!!! This is not my LSC card - you have to move down a bit to see it!!!

I finished this card earlier today to participate in the CCEE Challenge!!!
Do you all know these fabulous ladies??? Click right here to check them out!!!

I couldn't resist to play along this week....it's about using a *Our Daily Bread Designs* Set. Even though I don't have the particular Stamp that this group is using, but I just received one of the newest Released Stamp Set's called *Worship the Lord*. What can I say I just love, love, love this Set!!! If you have seen the slide show over on the ODBD site - you can understand why!!!

Anyway - for my card I used Real Red, Wild Wasabi and Whisper White!!! The main image was inked with Black Stazon. The sun was created with the Summer Sun Ink. I also used the gorgeous Candle Light Shimmerz on it to make it sparkle even more!!! I used a Prisma Marker (Green Tea) on the tree image plus I layered the main image onto Wild Wasabil!!! The rest of the card was also colored with Copic & Prisma Markers. I bedazzled the card with Dazzling Diamond Glitter. For the snow effect I used *Liquid Applique*. The BG DP is from *Ski Slope*.

Hope you liked this card??? Here is the card you've been looking for!!!

This is a trio of cards I made for the LSC198 with the super fun *Crafty Taglines* from *There She Goes*.
Make sure to check them out - I think you would love them!!!

I still have plenty of *Love Notes* (So Saffron, Purely Pomegranate and Wild Wasabi) from SU left over....- this is where the recycling part kicks in - LOL!!!! I thought these would be fun to use...... As you can tell I used different layouts for each card. I piercing all of them differently and added some Silver Brads. I even reused some of my lost Staples to the So Saffron card !!! Does it count that I added a cute little recycled flower - he,he,he??? I also used a Craft Scissor from way back when....on my Wild Wasabi card!!!
Hope you like them???

Have a wonderful weekend!!! ~TFL~

OCCC, IC157 LSC197 - I'm back!!!

Hey everyone!!! Sorry I've been missing for a couple of days...but life and the Holiday's got in the way!!!

My girls also signed up for Basketball Tuesday's and Thursday's!!! I'm so glad they finally decided on doing something...KWIM???

Anyway - I'm back in the stampin' business and as you can tell I went straight to do some fun Challenges!!!

The fabulous Julee Tilmann came up with this awesome Sketch for today's OCC Challenge!!! Click here to check it out!!!

I used one of the new Stamp Set's from Treehouse called *Make a List*. In this case I made my *Wish List* for Santa!!!

I used the *Ski Solpe* DP from SU for the BG. As you can tell I trimmed the Wish List down a bit to make it fit for the Sketch....I inked the List in Basic Black and layered it onto Old Olive, Whisper White, Real Red CS. I added some DS Blue Bayou Ribbon on the side. The pretty snowflake is from our LSS (Anna Griffin). I finished it all off with some Silver Brads (Michael's).

Like I said it's been a really busy week - I only had a chance to stamp twice this week....so as soon as I saw the IC157 posted last night I ran straight into my craft room and started stampin'!!!!

I chose this gorgeous pendant as my inspiration piece!!!

The main image is called *Agapanthus Cluster* from *Stampendous*. I bought it at our Local Hobby Lobby!!! Here is another card I made recently with the same Stamp.

I love black and white cards - they are so dramatic!!! I started out inking the Cluster with Versamark and embossed it with White EP. Next I added some Silver Brads on the right hand side and raised the whole panel up with Stampin Dimensionals!!!

The beautiful sentiment is from the gorgeous *Here for You* Set from *There She Goes* and it was inked in Basic Black. To finish it all off I added the Black Satin Ribbon (Michael's).

This is my card I made for the LSC197.

Pretty simple - I used Watercolor CS for my base to match the beautiful Anna Griffin DP!!!

I simply love the embossed snowflakes on the DP!!! I added a Silver/Grey Ribbon and stamped the sentiment from the *Fundamental Phrases*!!! That's all....

Have a wonderful weekend!!! See ya soon!!! ~TFL~

How could I resist making a *pink* card - LOL???

I used the super stinkin' cute new *Owlentine* Set from *Treehouse Stamps*. This Set will be released on December 1st!!!

Here is another card I made with this same Set the other day.

First I inked the owls in Timber Brown Stazon and then I colored them with a Copic Marker (Putty), a Dark Brown Prisma Marker and the Regal Rose SU Marker. Before I placed the image onto the White CS I layered it onto Chocolate Chip CS then added 3 Mini Gold Brads and raised it with Stampin Dimensionals. Next I inked the sentiment in Timber Brown and beautified it with the 5/8" Regal Rose Ribbon from SU.

Here is my bonus card!!!

I used the soon to be released (Dec 1st) *Let's get together* Set from *There She Goes*.

If you click right here you will see all the cards made so far with this fun Set.

For my card I used the *Ski Slope DP* from SU. For the matching CS I used - Real Red, Baja Breeze and Whisper White.

The image was stamped twice. I cut and layered the second one for the 3D look. The sentiment in the middle was inked with Real Red. I used a Dark Brown Prisma Marker to color the *coffee* on top. I also pierced the Whisper White CS to make it stand out some more. The center panel was raised with Stampin Dimensionals. At the end I added some Medium Silver Brads plus the 5/8" Real Red Ribbon from SU.

Have a wonderful weekend!!! ~TFL~

LSC195, WT193 and SDDC2 Happy Thanksgiving

Happy TGIF!!! Hope you have great plans for the weekend???

My hubby is taking me out for a movie and dinner - oh yeahhh - looking forward to it!!!

We have some sweet friends that are willing to watch our three diva's.....they just love our girls to death!!! It's so cute - they cook for them and really make a big deal when the girls come over!!! Of course our girls love that too - LOL!!!

Anyway - we have some good challenges going on this week over on SCS. I missed the WT193 - adding Pearls yesterday and then I did a bit of blog hopping last night and saw this fun challenge over on the Stamper's Dream blog - SDDC2 - to create a *Fall* card with a view. So I tried to combine all of those in one LSC195 card....

I used the super fun *A Tree for All Seasons* (sorry I thought it was retired, but it's still on the Dormant List). I inked it in Timber Brown Stazon. Then I colored it with a Blender Pen using - Pumpkin Pie, Chocolate Chip and Old Olive Ink. My card measures 4 1/4" x 4 1/4".
The image itself was stamped on a 2 1/4" x 2 1/4" Very Vanilla CS. Next I used Chocolate Chip CS and started creating a hole with the 1 3/8" Circle Punch. Then I trimmed around it so I would have a 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" Square!!! Next I pierced around the CC CS. Before I layered it all together and added the Pumpkin Pie CS - I used Stampin Dimensional to raise each panel up. At the end I added the Chocolate Chip Satin Ribbon and the Gold Pearls (Michael's).

The sentiment is from the *Holidays & Wishes* Set and I also inked it in Timber Brown Stazon!!!

Have you seen my *Guessing Game* yet??? Since we are going out tonight.... I have to postpone the drawing of the Winner to tomorrow morning 10:oo am!!! Thanks for playing along - I have to giggle at all the answers - he,he,he!!!

LSC194, WSC66 Tea for Two

Happy TGIF guys!!!

Loved playing the LSC194 - using *Acrylic* Stamps only!!! Perfect for what I had in mind today.....Remember I was telling you I'm on the DT for *There She Goes* now???

Well, Jessica has sent me this fun new Set called *Tea for Two* and I've been wanting to use it, but couldn't think of anything cute and simple until I saw Beate's WSC#66 Sketch. So - this is how my card came together!!!

The image was inked in Basic Black and watercolored with Riding Hood Red Ink. I only used Whisper White and Riding Hood Red for my CS. To finish it all off I added the RR Ribbon and the pretty new *Flower Brads* from SU.

Hope you like it??? ~TFL~

Now I'm off to see what Taylor VanBruggen cooked up for us...see ya later!!!

About my card - I made it for today's LSC193. The Sketch is from the Verve Holiday Release Sketch #2. I actually made this card for a SCS friend that just lost her son you can read all about it on this thread right here.
The gorgeous Set I used is from *There She Goes* and it's called *Here for You* .

This card is for the Verve Holiday Release Sketch #3.

I used the *Punch Pals* Set. The DP is *Ski Slope* and I added the new Red Riding Hood Taffeta Ribbon as well.
The trees are inked in Basic Black and I colored it with Baja Breeze and Red Riding Hood using a Blender Pen.

To finish it off I added Silver Brads and bedazzled it with Dazzling Diamond Glitter.
