Felt Bookmark

Hi friends!

Today we will make a very simple bookmarks, using thick felt and our Big Shot.

We will use Tiny Tabs & Tags and Flower Layers & Leaves Dies to make a bookmark in the form of label.

You Need:

• Your Big Shot
• Tiny Tabs & Tags Die
• Flower Layers & Leaves Die
• Felt 
• Fabric Glue 
• Ribbon 

Cut the pieces of felt, you can trim the felt to the accurate measurement of the shape you want to cut, place it on the desired shape in the die and cut all the pieces of different colors in one pass.

With the fabric glue paste the flower and the rings on the label, let it dry with a weight on top.

We spent the double ribbon through the hole, knotted, cut to length and stick the other end closing the small piece. Let it dry with a weight.

 What do you think? This bookmark is ideal for serial, because their implementation takes a few minutes.

Oggi faremo un segnalibro molto semplice, usando feltro spesso e la nostra Big Shot.

Useremo le fustelle Tiny Tabs & Tags e Flower Layers & Leaves per fare dei segnalibri a forma di etichetta.

Materiali

• la vostra Big Shot
• Tiny Tabs & Tags 
• Flower Layers & Leaves 
• Feltro 
• Adesivo per stoffa
• Nastro

Tagliare tutti i pezzi in feltro, potete ritagliare il feltro alla misura delle forme che vi servono e sistemare i vari pezzi sulla fustella, in questo modo si risparmia materiale e in una sola passata si tagliano tutti i pezzi necessari.

Con l'adesivo incollare il fiore e gli anelle all'etichetta, lasciar asciugare con un peso sopra.

Passare il nastro doppio dal buco e fare un nodo, tagliare alla lunghezza desiderata ed incollare nell'altro estremo il pezzo piccolo di chiusura. Far asciugare con un peso sopra.

Che ne pensate? Questo segnalibro è ideale per lavorare in serie perché si fa in un attimo.

 Hoy haremos un marcapáginas muy sencillo, usando fieltro grueso y nuestra Big Shot.

Usaremos los troqueles Tiny Tabs & Tags y Flower Layers & Leaves para hacer un marcapáginas en forma de etiqueta.

 Materiales

• Vuestra Big Shot
• Tiny Tabs & Tags 
• Flower Layers & Leaves 
• Fieltro 
• Cola para tela
• Cinta

Cortar todas las piezas en fieltro, se puede recortar el fieltro a la medida precisa de la forma que se quiere recortar, colocarlo sobre la forma deseada en el troquel y cortar todas las piezas de diferentes colores en una pasada.

Con la cola para tela pegar la flor y los anillos sobre la etiqueta, dejar secar con un peso encima.

Pasar la cinta doble por el agujero, anudar, cortar al largo deseado y pegar en el otro extremo la pieza pequeña de cierre. Dejar secar con un peso.

 Qué os parece? Este marcapáginas es ideal para hacer en serie, porque su realización lleva pocos minutos.

Pink and Gold Treat Bag with tag

Hey there! Anna here today with a quick project for all you.

I cannot believe we have reached September already! In Italy it’s back-to-school time. Today I have a project for small gift for the student in your life. In fact, I share a tutorial step-by-step on a really fun gift or treat bag with perforated designs so glam!

This was made for Sizzix using the new Thinlits Plus Die Set 8PK - Bag, Tall for Big Shot Plus (A4 size). I just love and adore this die! It's the perfect size to fill with treats!

 

 

 
I started by making the treat bag using the Thinlits Plus Die Set 8PK - Bag, Tall.
 

 
Once the bag was assembled and filled, I cut out a banner to close the gift bag.
I then used the Bigz die to create the tag base.
I have embellished the tag with the sweet white Bear. I added to composition another small tag cut out with Thinlits Plus and the word "Smile" from Best Friends collection by Craft Asylum (as the bear).
I simply threaded baker twine through the tag hole, and I secured with a pink mini cloth peg.

Ehilà! Sono Anna e sono qui oggi con una nuova ispirazione.

Non riesco a crederci che siamo già a Settembre! Manca davvero poco all'inizio della scuola. Ci vuole quindi un regalino per superare lo stress da rientro. Per questo motivo, oggi condivido un tutorial passo-passo per realizzare un sacchetto regalo davvero favoloso, perchè ha dei disegni traforati a dir poco irresistibili! 

Il sacchetto è stato creato utilizzando la nuova Thinlits Plus Die Set 8PK - Bag, Tall per la Big Shot Plus, in formato A4. Adoro questa fustella! E' estramamente versatile, perchè possiede due diversi disegni traforati da scegliere ed alcuni dettagli per la chiusura, compresa una piccola tag. La dimensione poi è quella ideale per caramelle o dolcetti! ;)

Ho iniziato creando il sacchetto con la fustella Thinlits Plus Die Set 8PK - Bag, Tall. Ho scelto il disegno traforato con i fiori e l'ho posizionato all'interno della fustella, per creare un decoro su un solo lato del sacchetto.

L'ho assemblato e riempito con il regalino scelto, ho quindi tagliato un banner “doppio” da usare come chiusura. Il sacchetto è così finito!

Ho poi utilizzato la fustella Bigz per creare la base della tag.

Ho abbellito la tag con un dolce orsetto bianco. Ho aggiunto poi alla composizione un altra piccola tag tagliata sempre con la Thinlits Plus e la parola "Smile" della collezione Best Friends by Craft Asylum (così come l'orso).

Ho infilato lo spago attraverso il foro della tag ed ho fissato il tutto con con una mollettina. Finito!

Bene, spero vi sia piaciuto il mio progetto di oggi e che possa ispirarvi per la creazione dei vostri regalini.

Summer tags for friends

Hi Sizzix friends!

Today I want to show you a little detail I’ve made for a friends summer dinner. It’s quite easy to make with a beautiful result. 

I have used the tag die to die-cut a chipboard tag, then to decorate it I’ve used colourful scraps of dots and strips papers and pieces of cardstock to die-cut the flowers.  

To personalize them I’ve added the initials of each other. 

At the back side I’ve play with the acrylic paints and stamp a beautiful message similar to “Live, dream, laugh and love”

¡Hola a todos!

Hoy os quería enseñar unos detalles que preparé para una cena con amigas. Son unos detalles muy rápidos de hacer pero con un bonito resultado. 

Con el troquel de Tags troquelé las etiquetas en cartón gris prensado, para que tuvieran más cuerpo. Utilicé restos de papel de topos y rayas para decorarlos y luego utilicé cartulinas de colores que combinasen para troquelar las flores. Para acabar de personalizarlas le añadí la inicial de cada una.

En la cara posterior jugué con las pinturas acrílicas y también estampé un bonito mensaje " Vive, sueña, ríe y ama"

Here is a new series of three cards with an unusual combo for the festive season which is turquoise blue, anise green and white! The whole sprinkled with a bit of glitter!

The cards are worked on the smooth side of a white cardstock. I had fun colorizing the backgrounds with my Stabilo68 felt-tip pens and my Izink inks.

The small tag is colorized with dyes of the same colour range; then it is embossed with a snowflake embossing folder. Then I printed one of my favourite festive stamps. Add volume with a dyed cloth piece and small wood snowflakes.

The second card is stamped with a large Tim Holtz typewriter stamp. A tiny circle tag is glued with 3D adhesive and will be colorized in blue. A tiny snowflake with an enamel dot is cut out of turquoise blue glitter paper with my Big Shot.

The third card is realized with the Fresh Blossoms alphabet. The letters NOEL are cut out of turquoise blue glitter paper.

Then they are sewed with white thread to add some texture.

A little piece of dyed cloth, a pretty snowflake and a heart come as a completion.

Une nouvelle série de trois petites cartes déjà sur le départ cette fois ci dans un combo non conventionnel pour les fêtes à savoir bleu turquoise, vert anis et blanc ! Le tout bien entendu relevé de quelques paillettes !

Les cartes sont toutes travaillées sur un cardstock blanc côté lisse, je me suis amusée à coloriser les fond avec mes feutres Stabilo Pen68 et mes encres Izink.

Le petit tag est colorisé avec des teintures de même couleurs, il sera ensuite embossé avec un die flocon, puis imprimé avec mon tampon fétiche des fêtes. Rajoutez du volume avec un morceau de tissu teinté et des petits flocons en bois.

La seconde carte est imprimée avec un grand tampon machine à écrire Tim Holtz, un petit tag rond est ajouté en 3D il sera colorisé en bleu, un mini flocon réhaussé par une pastille ronde est découpé à la Big Shot dans un papier pailleté turquoise.

La 3ème carte est réalisée avec l'aphabet Fresh Blossons, les lettres NOEL sont découpées dans un papier paillété turquoise.

Elles sont ensuite cousues pour rajouter un peu de texture avec du fil blanc.

Un petit morceau de tissu teinté, un joli flocon et un coeur viennent compléter ma carte.

To make my layout more textured I cut borders using Venice and Flower Garden w/Scallops dies. I glued them onto my layout. I used spray all over these elements. And I outline the edges of the borders  after sprays dried.

Also I used Tiny Tabs & Tags die to cut tag and tab.
I love different banners. I cut triangle banners using Banners #2 dies and I made arrows from these banners.

Сегодня я со страничкой.

Для создания этой странички я использовала бордюры Venice и Flower Garden w/Scallops. Мне нравится использовать бордюры, т.к. мне кажется они добавляют фактурность в работу. Я побрызгала поверх них спреем, и после высыхания обвела края.  Так же я использовала нож Tiny Tabs & Tags, чтобы вырезать тег и таб (в окошке таба стоит дата). Еще я использовала один из любимых (в последнее время) наборов Banners #2. Я вырезала с его помощью треугольные баннеры, и сделала из них стрелочки.

Multi-layered scrapbooking page with Janna Werner.

Hello everyone, it´s Janna here. I have a framed scrapbooking page to share that I created for my father´s birthday. We went on a trip together and I took this picture of him on the first day of our mini vacation.

I have to admit that I have a few favorite dies to use on scrapbooking pages:  Tag & Bookplates, Tiny Tabs & Tags and Filmstrip Frames. That is because I love tags on layouts. It is so easy to create dimension and an interesting focal point by adding tags. You can stamp or sew on them, use paint medium, distress them... there is nearly nothing you can´t do with tags.

As you can see, I used a lot of layers on this page. I started with a paint layer, then I added papers and embellishments. If you´d like to add movement to your mulit-layer layout, try bending the edges of the paper, just like you can see on the picture below.

Although you can hardly see it, I used the Filmstrip Frames twice: with black paper and with tranparent vellum (both placed left of the photo). It is so much fun using Sizzix dies with vellum, you can also stamp or stitch on vellum - very versatile.

Ich muss gestehen, dass ich ein paar Favoriten unter den Dies habe, die ich gerne beim Scrapbooking einsetze: Tag & Bookplates, Tiny Tabs & Tags und Filmstrip Frames. Das liegt daran, dass ich Tags auf Layouts liebe. Es ist sehr leicht, mit ihnen Dimension und einen interessanten Focal Point zu erschaffen. Man kann auf ihnen stempeln, nähen, sie mit Farbe bearbeiten, distressen.. es gibt fast nichts, was man nicht mit ihnen anstellen könnte. 

Ich habe recht viele Layers auf der Seite untergebracht. Begonnen habe ich mit einer Farbschicht, dann habe ich Papiere und Embellishments hinzugefügt. Wenn ihr eurer vielschichtigen Seite mehr Bewegung verleihen wollt, probiert es mal mit dem Hochknicken der Papierränder.

Obwohl es nur schwer zu sehen ist, habe ich die Filmstrip Frames zweimal verwendet: mit schwarzem Papier und mit transparentem Vellum (Pergament), beide sind links neben dem Foto platziert. Vellum mit Sizzix Dies zu stanzen macht mir sehr viel Spaß, man kann es auch bestempeln oder drauf nähen - es ist sehr vielseitig.

Hello Spring!

Welcome to another friday with Sizzix!
Today, I am sharing a scrapbooking layout with you!
Spring?  What spring? Despite brutally cold temperatures, I am moving forward with my spring scrapbook ;)

How to make:

 

1- Use blue light cardstock for page base. Mist the orange color.
2- Trim two piece of 6,5x15 cm from patterned papers and attach to left edge, in the center of the page.
3- Cut a piece of white cardstock (6,5x15 cm) and emboss using the flowers embossing folders. Attach it to right edge. Add the sequins and layer the paper vellum. Attach the journaling tag and add a photo aligned.
4- Sew around with white yarn.
5- Die cut the following: two banners from patterned papers, one circle from the notebook paper, one big tag and one small tag from the Tiny Tabs & Tags Die.
6- At the top right corner of layout, adhere a half piece of doily followed by two banners. Sew.
7- At the lower left corner of layout, adhere a half piece of doily followed by a circle of notebook. Layer a piece of Bazzill border scallop, the mini tag, two sequins. Sew.
8- For the title: write the word “spring” on a piece of paper. Then hold it over the Tag and pierce holes through both the lay­ers. Makes it so much eas­ier to stitch!
9- Add also the washi tape.
10- Accent the page with some sequins and embellishments to finish.

Procedimento:

1 - Utilizzare il cartoncino celeste come base della pagina. Spruzzare il colore arancione lungo la diagonale.
2 - Tagliare due pezzi di 6,5 x15 cm dalla carta fantasia e incollarli partendo dal bordo sinistro, al centro della pagina.
3 - Tagliare un pezzo di cartoncino bianco (6,5 x15 cm) e con la Big Shot embossare i fiori. Incollare al bordo destro. Aggiungere le paillettes e il pezzo di carta da lucido. Attaccare l'etichetta per il journaling e aggiungere la foto allineata.
4 - Cucire tutt'intorno con filo bianco.
5 - Con la macchina Sizzix tagliare le seguenti forme: due bandierine di carta fantasia, un cerchio dalla pagina di registro o notes, una tag grande e una piccola (fustella 657188).
6 - In alto a destra del layout, incollare la metà di un centrino di carta seguito dalle due bandierine. Cucire.
7 - In basso a sinistra del layout, incollare l'altra metà del centrino di carta seguito dal un cerchio tagliato in precedenza. Sovrapporre un pezzo di bordo scallop Bazzill, la tag mini, due paillettes. Cucire.
8 - Per il titolo: scrivere (o stampare) la parola "Spring" su un pezzo di carta. Poi appoggiare il foglio sopra la Tag tagliata in precedenza e con un punzone o ago praticare i fori attraverso entrambi gli strati. Così sarà più facile cucire a mano! Scegliete un filo da ricamo in tono e cucite lungo i fori. Infilare nella tag il twine e incollare quindi la tag sul bordo della foto.
9 - Aggiungere anche il washi tape sopra alla tag del titolo.
10 - Completare la pagina con alcune paillettes e abbellimenti a piacere.

For my project today I created a little gift with a very masculine feel: It’s a Bookmark Card.

I made this card so when you remove the Bookmark part, you still have a complete card.
I downloaded a map for background from the internet.

How to make:
1- Print or stamp a arrow in the white paper. I created a arrow with words “you are here”, you can download it.


2- Use Sizzix machine to cut out pattern with Framelits Dies Frame, Ironwork (657556). Cut an other for the back, to make bookmark extra sturdy.


3- I partially cut the arrow from the center of the bookmark: I positioned my die and my plates as shown in the photo, so that only the portion of the die that's between the plates will cut.  The rest will remain intact. 
4- Glue the front into the back. The Bookmark is finished.
5- Cut a stripe of white cardstock of 15x21 cm. Fold the paper in half to make your card blank.
6- Cut a rectangle 9 cm x 14 cm from map. Cut a slot to insert the bookmark. Adhere the map in the center of card blank.


7- Spray the black color ink in the lowest position to the right.
8- Sew around with black yarn.
9- Apply two pieces of washi tape. Stamp.
10- Cut out the fabric heart with die 657691. Cut also the heart from paper.


11- Sew together the hearts, leaving a gap to lightly stuff him, before finishing off.
12- Glue the heart in the card
13- Add a tab using the Die - Tiny Tabs & Tags. Some sequins to finish it.
14- Insert the bookmark for your sweet gift.

You could use this method with pretty much any Framelts dies to create bookmarks with any theme or style.

Ciao, spero abbiate trascorso una bella settimana!

Per il mio progetto di oggi, ho creato un piccolo regalino per la mia dolce metà, quindi ho usato uno stile maschile, quasi metropolitano, direi!

Non è una semplice card, ma una card con segnalibro annesso! Vi piace l’idea?

Quando si rimuove il segnalibro, rimane comunque un biglietto con una sua decorazione.

Ho scaricato una mappa da internet per lo sfondo, ma se volete sapere come creare il resto di questo simpatico biglietto "interattivo" dovrete leggere le istruzioni qui di seguito:

Procedimento:

1 - Stampare o timbrare una freccia sul cartoncino bianco. Io ho creato una freccia per l'occasione,  è possibile scaricarla, se volete.

2 - Utilizzare la vostra Big Shot per tagliare la sagoma del segnalibro con i Framelits 657556. Tagliare un altro pezzo uguale per il retro, per rendere più robusto il segnalibro.

3 – Ora dobbiamo tagliare parzialmente la freccia sul segnalibro: per fare ciò posizionare la fustella e i tappetini da taglio come mostrato nella foto in alto, in modo che solo la parte della fustella che si trova tra i tappetini taglierà. Il resto rimarrà intatto.

4 - Incollare la parte anteriore alla parte posteriore: il segnalibro è terminato!

5 – Realizziamo la card. Tagliare una striscia di cartoncino bianco di cm 15x21. Piegare il foglio a metà.

6 - Tagliare un rettangolo di 9 cm x 14 centimetri dalla mappa. Tagliare una fessura per inserire il segnalibro. Incollare la mappa nel centro della card vuota.

7 - Spruzzare il colore nero nella posizione più bassa verso destra.

8 - Cucire tutt'intorno con filo nero.

9 - Applicare due pezzi di washi tape. Timbrare qua e là.

10 - Tagliare il cuore di tessuto con la fustella 657691. Tagliare anche un cuore dal cartoncino bianco.

11 – Cucire i cuori, lasciando un'apertura per inserire poca imbottitura, prima di terminare la cucitura.

12 - Incollare il cuore nella card

13 - Aggiungere una mini etichetta ritagliata con la fustella 657188. Aggiungere alcune paillettes per rifinire.

14 - Inserire il segnalibro per il vostro dolce regalo.

È possibile utilizzare questo metodo con quasi tutti i Framelits per creare segnalibri con qualsiasi tema o stile.
