Oh Christmastree... oh Christmastree {Christmas Decoration}

Hello there...

this week i've been in a christmas mood.
Only a few days and it is time to let the christmas thing in...

Lets welcome it with handmade decoration...

The first thing i made this year is a christmas tree - and it is so
easy - your kids can make it too...

All you need is:

Sizzix Framelits Die Set 6PK - Hearts
Sizzix Framelits Die Set 5PK - Stars
Wire,
liquid glue
glitter, glitter, glitter

Cut out 6 hearts each size, 6 stars (the smallest one), fold them and glue
them together (there you can use normal glue).

Model the wire (i wound it around my pencil). Put it into the tree and fix
the star on.

Now run the liquid glue all over the tree and put the glitter on.

you are a star... a transparent card...

Hello there...

today i want to show you a card i made with favorite dies - Stars
(Sizzix Framelits Die Set 5PK - Stars)

But it is not a usuall card - i made the front out of a transparency..

The white star on the top is made out of the backside.
Every single star is fixed on another star....
And the bigger stars are glued on the transparency....
(to hide the gluepoints on the back of the transparancy i added some smaller stars
on the inside..)

Hallo Ihr Lieben,

heute möchte ich euch eine Karte zeigen, die ich mit meinen liebsten Dies gemacht habe - den
Sternchen (Sizzix Framelits Die Set 5PK - Stars).

Aber diesmal ist es keine gewöhnliche Karte - die Vorderseite ist mit transparenter Folie gemacht...

Der obere weiße Stern ist aus der Rückseite der Karte entstanden.
Jeder weitere Stern ist an einem anderen Stern fixiert...
und die größeren Sterne kleben auf dem Transparency...
(die Klebeflecken auf der Rcükseite habe ich mit kleineren Sternen versteckt....)

just an experiment....

as you surely know, watercoloring is the newest trend - and of course
this is a trend i have to try...

All you need for this experiment is:

Sizzix Big Shot Plus Starter Kit (White & Gray)
Sizzix Textured Impressions Embossing Folder - Chevron Texture
Sizzix Framelits Die Set 5PK - Stars
Watercoloring Paper, Watercolors and of course water...

First of all you have to emboss the paper.
I choose the Sizzix Textured Impressions Embossing Folder - Chevron Texture.

But this time you do not only dry embossing - first you add
water and color onto the embossing folder - wet embossing quasi ;-)

Then i added the paper and put it into the the Big Shot...
a little decorating.... perfect...

Zuerst müsst ihr das Papier embossen.
Ich habe mich für den Sizzix Textured Impressions Embossing Folder - Chevron Texture entschieden.

Aber diese mal wird nicht einfach trocken embosst.
Zuerst muss noch Wasser und Farbe in den Folder - Nass Embossen sozusagen ;-)

Papier rein und durch die BigShot kurbeln.
Ein bisschen dekorieren, fertig....

Good afternoon Sizzix Friends!

Today I'd like to share with you a new pretty gift package idea.

I decided to use two colours perfect for summer: neon yellow and light teal.

They are so wonderful mixing together!

Let's start!

You need:

Sizzix Big Shot Plus Starter Kit (White & Gray) (660515)

Sizzix Movers & Shapers L Die - Pillow Box w/Labels (658268)

Sizzix Accessory - Premium Crease Pad, Extended (656159) (I've the Extended size but Stardard size is okay too!)

Sizzix Framelits Die Set 5PK - Stars (657567)

Sizzix Thinlits Die Set 3PK - Happiness Phrases (66080)

Neon yellow cardstock

Teal glitter cardstock

Double-sided tape

Scissors

Stripped ribbon

Alphabet stickers

Multi-sized hole punch

 

Die cut a start  from Sizzix Framelits Die Set 5PK - Stars using a neon yellow cardstock.

Die cut the pillow box using Sizzix Movers & Shapers L Die - Pillow Box w/LabelsSizzix Accessory - Premium Crease Pad, Extended and the same cardstock used before paying attention to the start position.
Cut a piece of teal glitter cardstock and fix it behind the star with some pieces of double-sided tape.
Arrenge the pillow box using double-sided tape.

Realize two hole on the box using the multi-sized hole punch and then close the box.
Take a white card and die cut the word Hello from Sizzix Thinlits Die Set 3PK - Happiness Phrases.
Add some stickers in order to compose the word Summer.

Cut a piece of neon yellow cardstock and fix it behind the card using the double-sided tape.

Realize a hole on the card with the multi-sized hole punch.

Add a stripped ribbon in the three hole (two on the box and one on the card).

Make a knot and a box.

Cut the excess of ribbon.

That's it!

Fustellare una stella del Sizzix Framelits Die Set 5PK - Stars usando un cartoncino giallo neon.

Fustellare la scatola a busta usando Sizzix Movers & Shapers L Die - Pillow Box w/Labels , Sizzix Accessory - Premium Crease Pad, Extended e usando lo stesso cartoncino usato in precedenza facendo attenzione alla posizione della stella.

Tagliare un pezzo di cartoncino glitterato ottanio e fissarlo sul retro del ritaglio stella usando del nastro biadesivo.

Componete la scatola usando del nastro biadesivo.

Realizzare due buchi sulla scatola usando la perforatrice posizionata sul foto più grande e infine chiudere la scatola.

Prendere un biglietto di cartoncino e fustellare la scritta Hello presente nel Sizzix Thinlits Die Set 3PK - Happiness Phrases.

Aggiungere alcuni adesivi fino a comporre la parola Summer.

Tagliare un pezzo di cartoncino giallo neon nella stessa dimensione del biglietto bianco e posizionarlo sul retro fissandolo con il nastro biadesivo.

Realizzare un foto sul biglietto con la perforatrice.

Aggiungere alla scatola un nastro a righe inserendolo nei 3 buchi (due sulla scatola e uno sul biglietto).

Fare un nodo e infine un fiocco.

Tagliare l'eccesso di nastro.

Cosa ne pensate?

Semplice ma carino, no?!

Summer gift box



Hello Sizzix friends!
If you've always dreamed of a summer party with a huge jar of lemonade, some blankets on the lawn, the sun and lots of good healthy food this gift box maybe is perfect for you.
I realized it dreaming of my ideal summer party and it would be a pretty favor for friends and family.

 

You need:

Sizzix Big Shot Plus Starter Kit (White & Gray) (660515)

Sizzix Thinlits Die Set 9PK - Layering Frames (660476)

Sizzix Framelits Die Set 5PK - Stars (657567)

Cardstock gift box

Summer cardstock

Light blue cardstock

Glitter cardstock

Scissors

Adhesive dots

Ribbon

 

Arrange a gift box and fill it with a present.

Die cut the cardstocks (light blue and that with strawberries) using a die from the Sizzix Thinlits Die Set 9PK - Layering Frames.

Die cut the smallest star from the Sizzix Framelits Die Set 5PK - Stars using a silver glitter cardstock.

Paste the paper decorations on the gift box using adhesive dots.

Add a stripped ribbon on the box and make a knot.

Cut the ribbon.

 

The summer gift box is done, so easy and lovely!

Fustellare i cartoncini (quello azzurro e quello con le fragole) usando una delle fustelle contenute nel Sizzix Thinlits Die Set 9PK - Layering Frames.

Fustellare il cartoncino glitterato argento usando la più piccola fustella presente nel Sizzix Framelits Die Set 5PK - Stars.

Attaccare le decorazioni di carta sulla scatola usando i punti biadesivi.

Aggiungere un nastro a righe, fare un nodo e tagliarlo in modo preciso.

 

La scatola regalo è fatta, pronta per essere regalata!

when I (Julia) got the Sizzix Big Shot Plus a few weeks ago *eeeks* I was so excited to make my first all die cutted backgrounds with this beautiful machine. So let´s see what you need:

White Cardstock and Pattern Paper, Sequins and some Thickers or Alphabet Stickers

Ooooor… You can make your own using the cool Alphabet Dies from Sizzix

Woah, at this point I realize that I definitely need some for myself! Do you have any suggestions? Which one do you prefer? :) 

But let´s talk about this Layout. I am a dreamer! Totally. And I will be a dreamer forever. Life would be so boring without our dreams, right?

Fun fact: with the Big Shot Plus you can make your really own pretty DIN A4 backgrounds for Scrapbooking Layouts! This is sooooo much fun! I will make a lot more, that´s for sure. Just cut a piece of Cardstock into your needed size. This Layout measures 8,5 x 11 inches. PERFECT! 

Then you just have to put it onto the cutting pads and placing your Dies where you want to get a shaped hole. With some old washi tape I fixed some pieces of colorful Pattern Paper on the back of it and yeah, you are done! :)

die Big Shot Plus ist ja vor einigen Wochen bei mir (Julia) eingezogen und ich bin einfach total verliebt in dieses Maschinchen. Die Möglichkeiten sind einfach noch mal um ein vielfaches gestiegen und ich wusste das ich damit unbedingt ein paar Hintergründe für Scrapbooking Layouts machen wollte.

OOOOODER ihr macht euch eure eigenen Buchstaben mit den Alphabet Dies von Sizzix

Woah, hier merke ich auch gerade das ich unbedingt welche für mich selber brauche. Könnt ihr mir welche empfehlen? Oder welche gefallen euch am besten? :)

Aber lasst uns über das Layout sprechen. Ich bin eine Träumerin, absolut. War ich schon immer und werde es immer sein. Ohne Träume wäre das Leben ja auch total langweilig, oder?

Für das Layout habe ich mir wie erwähnt meinen eigenen Hintergrund mit Ausstanzungen gemacht. Dafür Legt ihr euren zugeschnittenen Cardstock auf die Cutting Pads der Big Shot Plus und legt die Sterne darauf aus. Mein Layout sollte das Format 8,5 x 11 inches haben, also absolut die perfekte Größe für DIN A4 Layouts! Tja, dann durchnudeln und das wars. :) Ich hab das zweimal gemacht, weil ich eben nur begrenzt Stanzen hatte, aber das ist ja nicht so schlimm. Geht super schnell!

You are so loved... a card

In May usually there are a lot of festivities to celebrate - birthdays, weddings, the sun... the
whole live - and i am a little afterwards in making cards....

Here is an idea for a quick an easy one you can do with a lots of different dies...

I took my so loved stars (#657567) and speech bubble (#660801) dies and some paper leftovers

Of course you can leave the paper leftovers and use all speech bubbles for greetings...

Mai ist bei uns der Monat mit den meisten Festivitäten - Geburtstage, Hochzeiten, die Sonne,

To realize a perfect Easter egg shape I used a die from Speech Bubbles Die Set.

You have only to cut a small piece of this bubble to get an egg.

Per realizzare la sagoma dell'uovo ho usato una delle fustelle presenti nel kit Speech Bubbles.

Vi basterà tagliare una semplice parte della sagoma per trasformare il fumetto in uovo. Facile!

Quali colori avete scelto?

Io ho optato per colori pastello utilizzando washitape e carte regalo colorate, sono sempre una garanzia!

star shaped treasure box tutorial

Hi there,

i hope you are celebrating a wonderful great easter with your family.

If you need a little break between egg hunting, family cake parties and easter dinner
i have a little tutorial for you...

I made a little star shaped treasure box for you...

First i made four stars using the second largest die of the Sizzix Framelits Die Set Stars (#657567).
One side of a ray measures 3cm - this measure we need later.

Than i embossed one of the stars with dots using the Sizzix Textured Impressions 
Embossing Folders Houndstooth & Stars Set (#659745)

Than i added watercolor...

During the watercolor dries i built the box.

I cut a strip of paper, 31 cm long
(5 rays with two sides - each 3 cm - makes 30 cm... + 1 cm for fixing)
and 5 cm wide (left and right 1 cm for fixing).

Every 3 cm i fold the paper strip...and i clip small triangles for making the fixing straps.

Than i glued one of the remaining stars to the strip.

Then i used the third largest die and the third star for building a framed star..
I laid it on the box and marked the overlaping paper.
Then i cropped it and fixed the framed star.

I fold the fourth star and glued two rays on to the box.
Now the other three rays are the lid.
I fixed a small magnet for closing the lid.

The box is finished.

Decorating time!!!! Remember the first embossed star...
I decorated it with Stamps and leaves and fixed it on the front of the box.

Hallo ihr Lieben,

heute habe ich ein kleines Tutorial für euch.
Eine sternförmige Geschenkbox.

Ihr braucht:
Sizzix Big Shot Plus Machine (#660020)
Sizzix Framelits Die Set Stars (#657567)
Sizzix Textured Impressions Embossing Folders Houndstooth & Dots Set (#659745)
Sizzix Bigz Die - Garden Greens (#659436)
Cardstock in weiß
Wasserfarbe und Gedöns zum Dekorieren.

Zuerst schneidet ihr euch vier Sterne aus - ich habe den zweitgrößten aus dem Sizzix Framelits Die Set Stars (#657567) genommen. Die Seite eines Strahls ist 3 cm lang - dieses Maß brauchen wir später.

Einen der Sterne embossed ihr mit den Pünktchen aus dem Sizzix Textured Impressions Embossing Folders Houndstooth & Stars Set (#659745).
Ich habe das Ganze dann noch mit Wasserfarbe bepinselt.

Während die Farbe trocknet, schneidet ihr euch einen Streifen Papier aus.
Der muss 31 x 5 cm sein (die 3 cm von vorhin x 10 Seiten + 1 cm Klebefläche).

Den Streifen faltet ihr alle 3 cm und schneidet euch kleine Dreiecke in den Rand um die
Klebelaschen zu fertigen.

Dann klebt ihr einen der restlichen Sterne an eurem Rand fest.
So entsteht schon mal eine kleine Box.

Aus dem dritten Stern macht ihr einen kleinen Rahmen zusammen mit dem drittgrößten Die.

So könnt ihr euch schon mal die überlappenden Papiere der Box abmessen und diese dann
abschneiden.... Dann klebt ihr euch den "Rahmenstern" auf - das sieht schöner aus.

Den vierten Stern faltet ihr nach zwei Strahlen und fixiert diese zwei Strahlen auf der Box.
Die restlichen drei Strahlen sind der Deckel. Ich habe einen kleinen Magneten angesetzt, der die
Box geschlossen hält.

Jetzt geht es ans Dekorieren des embossten Sterns... Blätter, Stempel... was ihr mögt.
Dann klebt ihr den Stern auf die Vorderseite der Box....

Fertig....
