"Joyful Days in Rome" Layout

How can we capture a happy day of our life??

Thanks to the Big Shot and to the fantastic Sizzix dies!!

In this work I wanted to remember a few days spent in Rome with my husband.

I used a lot of dies and I had so much fun with autumn colors.

to create a floral background on the white cardstock.

I used Sizzix Framelits Plus Die Set 15 PK - Circles 660838

to die cutting the photos.

Sizzix Thinlits Die Set 3 Pk - Happy Trims 660868 and

Sizzix Bigz Die - Flourish, Floral w/Leaves 656520

to die cutting many leaves of various colors.

 I used Sizzix Bigz Die - Love Birds 3-D Rose 660834

to die cutting three 3D roses. I die cut the "Joyful" and "Holiday" words

with dies includes in Sizzix Thinlits Die Set 11 PK - Handwritten Holidays 660979.

I cut off "Holi" from the "Holiday" word.

I assembled everything and created this beautiful layout!!

Fall in love with a pillow box

Hello Sizzix Friends,
I'm totally in love with autumn warm colours and today I share with you my last gift package idea.

 

You need:

Sizzix Big Shot Plus Machine Only (White & Gray) (660020)

Sizzix Movers & Shapers L Die - Pillow Box w/Labels

Sizzix Accessory - Premium Crease Pad, Extended (656159)

Sizzix Framelits Die Set 4PK - Frames, Decorative (657936)  

Sizzix Framelits Die Set 8PK - Circles (657551)

Sizzix Framelits Die Set 8PK - Circles, Scallop (657552)  

Brown kraft cardstock

Autumn patterned cardstocks

Double-sided sticky tape

Double-sided foam pads

Scissors

Jute and twine cording

 

Realize a pillow box using a brown kraft cardstock, Sizzix Movers & Shapers L Die - Pillow Box w/Labels and a crease pad.
Arrange the box using double-sided sticky tape.
Die cut the paper decorations using different dies (Frame, Circle and Circle Scallop) and different patterned cardstocks.
Fix the paper decorations together using double-sided sticky pads.
Paste a stickers on the white circle.
Put the tag decoration on the pillow box and fix it with the jute and twine cording.

Realizzate la scatola a cuscino usando il cartoncino marrone, Sizzix Movers & Shapers L Die - Pillow Box w/Labels e il crease pad.
Componete la scatola usando una striscia di nastro biadesivo sottile.
Fustellate le decorazioni di carta mixando i diversi cartoncini a disposizione.
Fissate le sagome insieme con due gommini biadesivi.
Sul cerchio bianco attaccate un adesivo.
Ora che la decorazione è pronta applicatela sulla busta senza fissarla, semplicemente avvolgete dello spago da un lato e fate un fiocco.

Enjoy the new season card

Hello Sizzix Friends,
I'm waiting for the new season and in these days I love working with warm colours.
Here is one of my last card, so cute!
I hope you like it.

You need:
Sizzix Thinlits Die Set 23PK - Floral Wreath (660256)
Sizzix Framelits Die Set 8PK - Circles (657551)
Cream Card
Cardstocks
Stick glue
Dots glue
Double-sided sticky foam pads
Label maker
Black felt-tip pen
Sticker

Die cut the leaves using several cardstocks in autumnal pattern and the dies from Sizzix Thinlits Die Set 23PK - Floral Wreath (660256)
Die cut a circle frame using together two different sizes of circle framelits dies from Sizzix Framelits Die Set 8PK - Circles (657551) and a kraft brown cardstock.
Paste all the leaves cutted on the frame using stick glue.
Fix the seasonal wreath on a cream square card using glue dots.
Now you are able to decorate the wreath as you like.

My decoration:

I fixed a glittering star from Christmas decorations putting a glue dots under the paper wreath.
I die cutted a banner using the banner die from Sizzix Thinlits Die Set 23PK - Floral Wreath (660256) and a white cardstock.
I decorated the banner using a black felt-tip pen and I fixed it on the wreath with sticky pads.
I pasted a sticker with the word 'season'.
I realized a label with the label maker with the word 'enjoy' and I fixed it on the banner with two sticky pads.
That's it!

Fustellate alcune foglie usando diversi cartoncini e le fustelle a foglia presenti nel Sizzix Thinlits Die Set 23PK - Floral Wreath (660256).
Fustellate una cornice circolare usando contemporaneamente due fustelle circolari di diverse dimensioni presenti nel Sizzix Framelits Die Set 8PK - Circles (657551) e un cartoncino marrone kraft.
Incollate tutte le foglie sulla cornice usando della colla stick.
Fissate la ghirlanda di foglie su un cartoncino quadrato color crema usando alcuni punti adesivi.
Ora siete pronti per finire di decorare la ghirlanda come preferite.

La mia decorazione:

Ho fissato una stellina glitterata di quelle che si comprano da mettere sui pacchetti o sull'albero di Natale con un punto adesivo posizionato sotto la ghirlanda di foglie.
Ho fustellato un banner di cartoncino bianco usando la fustella presente nel Sizzix Thinlits Die Set 23PK - Floral Wreath (660256).
Ho decorato il banner con dei tratteggi di pennarello nero a punta fine.
Ho fissato il banner sulla ghirlanda con alcuni gommini biadesivi.
Ho incollato sul banner l'adesivo con la scritta 'season'.
Ho realizzato una etichetta con la parola 'enjoy' e l'ho fissata sul banner con due gommini biadesivi.

Some tips?!

- Use the Die Brush to remove the excess paper. It is so easy and quick with it!
- Decorate a cheap kraft cardstock envelope with you favourite wrapping paper (mine with little hearts is from Primark).
- Use several paper sheets in different pattern but same colours..you're gift package will be creative but cute!
-Remember YOU ARE CUTE ^^

Alcuni suggerimenti?!

- Usate il Die Brush per rimuovere l'eccesso di carta dalle sagome fustellare.
Sarà semplice e super veloce! Tutti i pezzi di carta andranno sul tappetino e potrete facilmente usarli per mixare colori e cartoncini nelle vostre sagome.
- Decorate una semplice busta regalo in carta kraft con la vostra carta regalo preferita (la mia è di Primark)..tutto sarà subito più carino.
-Usate più di una carta/cartoncino in diverse fantasie ma colori simili..il vostro pacchetto sarà creativo ma elegante.
-Ricordate sempre che YOU ARE CUTE ^^

You make me happy Card

This week I spent some amazing days in Ellison Office in Wrehxam.
It was such a beautiful experience!
I met some other Sizzix bloggers (Karine, Quim, Paula, Gerry and Annika) and I had the opportunity to working with them and all the Ellison Team.

Today I'm here to show you a new card made with some new products from Tribal Adventure collection by Craft Asylum.
These dies are so great and this card is dedicated to my Sizzix fellows.

You need:

Sizzix Thinlits Die - Happy Birds (660497) new!
Sizzix Textured Impressions Embossing Folder - Chevron Texture (660506) new!
Sizzix Thinlits Die Set 3PK - Intricate African Florals (660498) new!
Sizzix Framelits Die Set 8PK - Circles (657551)
Sizzix Accessory - Die Brush & Foam Pad for Wafer-Thin Dies (660513)
White card + Envelope
Cardstocks (pale violet, pale pink, light blue)
Double-sided tape
Double-sided foam pads
Scissors
Stapler
Washitape
Paper decoration


Paste the washitapes on the white card.
Die cut the flowers from Sizzix Thinlits Die Set 3PK - Intricate African Florals (660498)  using the pale violet cardstock first and the pale pink after.
Keep the violet flowers and the pink pistills and leave the rest.
Die cut two circles from Sizzix Framelits Die Set 8PK - Circles (657551) (the two smallest sizes) using the pale pink cardstock.
Emboss the circles using Sizzix Textured Impressions Embossing Folder - Chevron Texture (660506).
Die cut the leaves branch from Sizzix Thinlits Die Set 3PK - Intricate African Florals (660498) using the pale violet cardstock first and the light blue cardstock after.
Keep the violet branch and the light blue details, leave the rest.
Paste some pieces of double-sided tape behind the branch and fix the light blue details on the branch (the tape will keep the paper pieces fixed - do not remove the tape plastic film).
Die cut the phrase 'You make me happy' from Sizzix Thinlits Die - Happy Birds (660497) using the pale violet cardstock first and the light blue cardstock after.
Keep the violet cloud and the light blue letters (remove the letters using the die brush), leave the rest.
Cut the cloud in a uneven shape using the scissors.
Paste some pieces of double-sided tape behind the violet uneven shape and fix the light blue letters on it (the tape will keep the paper letters fixed - do not remove the tape plastic film).
Fix a paper decoration on the card using double-sided foam pads.
Paste the two circles embossed on the card with the double-sided tape.
Fix the two flowers on the card fixing in the middle (back) two double-sided foam pads (they will keep the pistills fixed).
Fix the branch with a thin piece of double-sided tape behind the big flower.
Fix, using a stapler, the white card on a violet card.

Incollate i washitape sul biglietto (come in foto).
Fustellate i fiori di Sizzix Thinlits Die Set 3PK - Intricate African Florals (660498) usando il cartoncino viola prima e quello rosa successivamente.
Conservate i fiori viola e i pistilli rosa, eliminate il resto o conservatelo per un lavoro futuro.
Fustellate due cerchi usando Sizzix Framelits Die Set 8PK - Circles (657551) (le due più piccole dimensioni) usando il cartoncino rosa.
Goffrate i cerchi usando Sizzix Textured Impressions Embossing Folder - Chevron Texture (660506).
Fustellare il ramo di foglie di Sizzix Thinlits Die Set 3PK - Intricate African Florals (660498) usando il cartoncino viola prima e quello azzurro successivamente.
Conservate il ramo viola e i dettagli in azzurro, eliminate il resto.
Attaccate dei pezzi di nastro biadesivo sul retro delle foglie e fissate i dettagli in azzurro all'interno delle foglie (il nastro manterrà i pezzi in posizione- non eliminate la pellicola protettiva del nastro).
Fustellate la frase 'You make me happy' della fustella Sizzix Thinlits Die - Happy Birds (660497) usando un cartoncino viola prima e quello azzurro successivamente.
Conservate solo la nuvoletta in viola e solo le lettere in azzurro (per rimuovere le lettere dalla fustella con precisione utilizzate il die brush), eliminate il resto.
Date alla nuvola una forma geometrica irregolare aiutandovi con le forbici.
Incollate alcuni pezzi di nastro biadesivo sul retro della forma irregolare appena ritagliata e fissate le lettere della frase proprio come abbiamo fatto prima con i dettagli delle foglie (il nastro manterrà le lettere in posizione-non rimuovete la pellicola protettiva del nastro).
Fissate la decorazione in carta (nel mio caso un post - it coordinato con il washitape ma potete usare anche un cartoncino colorato) usando diversi gommini biadesivi.
Attaccate i cerchi goffrati usando del nastro biadesivo.
Fissate i fiori posizionato al centro sul retro di ogni fiore 1 gommino biadesivo (in questo modo avrà sia la funzione di mantenere il fiore sul biglietto, sia fissare il pistillo precedentemente fustellato).
Rialzate leggermente i petali per dare più movimento al fiore.
Fissate il ramo con un pezzo molto piccolo di nastro biadesivo (nascondendolo sotto al fiore).
Fissate, in fine, il biglietto su un altro biglietto di dimensioni maggiori con una pinzatrice (4 punti, uno in ogni angolo).

Owl and Fox card

Hello everyone, It's Anna posting today.

I love looking at my dies and trying to figure out different and unique ways to use them.

If you know me then you know I love most things that are animal related but when it involves owls and foxes my interest is really peaked! :D

I created this cards for kids birthday for charity, using more Sizzix dies design by Craft Asylum. These dies are so easy to put together and when you adhere one to the card it’s adorable!

This cute little owl makes me so happy. I sure hope he makes the card recipient happy, too!

The sentiment “buon compleanno” in Italian is “happy birthday”.

 

 

l think he/she is so cute and a perfect companion for my Woodgrain background.

The card front has a hole and you can see the inside owl. I die cut a circle using Framelits to make the hole.

 

 

How cute is this little fox in the tree?!

 

 

The fox is peeking through a hole in an oak tree to ask “Who goes there?”

Per le amiche italiane! :)

Buongiorno a tutti, sono Anna e come ogni venerdì tocca a me proporvi un'ispirazione con i materiali Sizzix.

Chi mi conosce sa che mi piacciono molto i teneri gufi, ma anche le volpi non sono da meno! Per cui quando si è trattato di creare delle card di compleanno per donare un sorriso a dei bambini, ho pensato subito alle fustelle Sizzix disegnate da Craft Asylum, perchè riescono subito a dare un tocco simpatico e dolce a qualsiasi biglietto.

Lui o meglio lei, visto che è una civetta, è così carina e si sposa perfettamente con lo sfondo effetto legno. Il fronte della card ha un buco da cui spunta la civetta, che è invece posizionata all'interno, proprio per simulare il tronco di un grosso albero. Per il foro, ho tagliato un cerchio usando i Framelits.

Per dare rilievo alle sagome ho tagliato anche una base dal cartoncino nero.

Anche la volpe è molto simpatica! Ed anch'essa fa capolino attraverso il buco dell'albero. Questa card l'ho pensata per un maschietto, quindi niente colore rosa :D

Il gufo e la volpe posizionati all'interno sono, così, una piccola “sorpresa” quando si apre il biglietto.

Questi piccoli animaletti mi mettono subito allegria, per cui spero tanto che possano regalare un sorriso ai piccoli destinatari :)

Happy Birthday Mini Card



Hello Sizzix Friends!
Last week was my Daddy's birthday and I chose to make a birthday card for him.
I downloaded the Happy Birthday circles from Sizzix UK site and print them on a cardstock (190g).
You can find the circles as a free spring printable: free floral papers by Sizzix.

You need:
Sizzix Framelits Die Set 8PK - Circles, Scallop (657552)
Sizzix Framelits Die Set 8PK - Circles (657551)
Sizzix Big Shot Plus Starter Kit (White & Gray) (660515)
Sample cardstock (light blue and white pattern) conteined in the Big Shot Plus Starter Kit
Banner Die conteined in the Sizzix Thinlits Die Set 23PK - Floral Wreath (660256)
Sizzix Thinlits Die Set 102PK - Alphanumeric (1" Tall) (660210)
Mini card with a mini envelope
Double-sided tape
Scissors
Cardstocks (light blue and white)

Die cut all the paper decorations using different cardstocks and paste them on the mini card using small pieces of double-sided tape.
Die cut the letters and paste them on the back of the envelope with double-sided tape.
With Sizzix Big Shot you are able to get a lovely customized card in only few minutes.

I realized a very easy card but my dad was very impressed.
He never read my blog so he had no idea of what I can make with the Sizzix Big Shot.
Now he knows! ^^

La scorsa settimana mio papà ha compiuto gli anni e ho deciso di realizzare un biglietto d'auguri per lui.
Ho scaricato i cerchi Happy Birthday che Sizzix Uk ha messo a disposizioni in free download e stampati su cartoncino bianco (190 g).

Ho usato:

Fustellare tutte le decorazioni di carta utilizzando i diversi cartoncini e incollarli sul mini biglietto con piccoli pezzi di nastro biadesivo.
Fustellare le lettere e incollarle sul retro della busta con il nastro biadesivo. In questa fase serve un po' più di precisione essendo le lettere molto sottili.
Con la macchina Sizzix Big Shot otterrete in pochissimi minuti un biglietto personalizzato adorabile che solo il vostro papà/amico/fidanzato avrà.

Ho realizzato un biglietto veramente facile ma mio papà si è stupito molto.
