I love watercolors! and I love my embossing folders! that's why today I want to share with all of you 2 easy ways to create beautiful watercolor effect backgrounds.

Vintage Scale - Birthday Card

Hello there,

today it's Saturday and we are invited again to a Birthday party. 

Our friend likes to cook and we bought a present with special spices. The gift Wrapping I will show you next week but today I would like to inspire you with the wonderful Dies from SIZZIX.

I used for this Card:

SIZZIX ShadowPress Debossing Folders 6PK - Sentiments Set #659859

I created a watercolor background for the sentiment 'happy' and used for 'birthday' a piece of vellum and the Shadowpress Debossingfolder.

I cut out the Vintage Scale two times, first time with white cardstock and the second time, for more thickness, also with cardboard. After embossing the cardstock I fixed it together.

So next week I will show you the gift Wrapping to this card.
