JAPANESE SOUFFLE CHEESE CAKE

Alhamdulillah... Akhirnyer berjaya gak ler wat ciskek nih... resepi nih kite cilop dari Fotopages akak Rinnchan... Kite c&p je ekk akak...


JAPANESE SOUFFLE CHEESE CAKE
Ingredients
200gm cream cheese (Room temperature)

50ml fresh milk

3 eggs (Seperated)

100gm castor sugar
30gm cornstarch
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspn cream of tartar
Instruction
1. Preheat oven at 175 deg cel. Line 18cm cake tin with grease proof paper.
2. Soften cream cheese in large bowl. Add milk and continue mixing with med speed. 3. Add 1/2 of the castor sugar, egg yolks, cornstarch, lemon juice and cream of tartar, combined together. 4. whisk egg whites in seperate large bowl until stiff peak formed. Add the remaining sugar little by little until mixture stands in stiff peak. ( Petuanya kalau diterbalikkan bowl pun putih telur yg cukup kembang tu takkan tertumpah..cubalah..tapi kalau terkeluar jugak..heh heh heh....kena buat lain la jawabnya..)
5. Fold half of egg whites mixture into cream cheese as gently as possible. Fold the remaining eggs gently but thoroughly.

6. Water bath bake for 45 mins on the lower shelf.
( Pasal masa baking ni mungkin terpulang kepada oven masing2.. )
7. Leave in the tin until cool enough to handle.
For topping, I used my favourite, LEMON CHEESE FROSTING.
Ingredients
125gm cream cheese

30gm castor sugar

50gm fresh cream

2 tablespoon lemon juice.


Beat till creamy and ready to garnish the cake. Chill the cake before serving.

KEK KIWI



...kek tuk Kak Siti... Ptg nih dia ada kenduri doa selamat kat umahnye so boleh ahh kasi rasa kek xperiment nih... Deko pon mmg cam comot je... gomen ne... Kek nih lak campuran kiwi ngan kismis...


...Nih ler rupe sebelum di bedak2 dan di gincu... ahak...


Bahannya

  • 2 biji telur ]asing putih dan kuning
  • 80 gm butter ]dicairkan (darurat myk masak pon boleh)
  • 100 gm gula halus seperti castor sugar
  • 2 s/b honey acerola / masu biasa
  • 1 biji kiwi di potong dadu

Ayak bersama

  • 125 gm tepung kek (darurat tepung gandum pun jadi gak)
  • 1 s/k baking soda
  • 1/2 s/k garam
  • 30 gm kismis

Caranya
  1. Cairkan butter, ketepikan.
  2. Pukul kuning telur di dlm mangkuk dgn menggunakan pemukul telur.
  3. Kmdn tambahkan butter, gula dan honey. Gaul sehingga sebati. 
  4. Masuk kiwi dan kismis, gaul rata.
  5. Akhir sekali gaulkan ia ke dalam bahan2 kering menggunakan spatula kayu.
  6. Pukul telur putih sehingga stiff dan gaulkan ke dlm bancuhan kek.
  7. Bakar pada suhu 160 C selama 40 min (bergantung pd oven tersendiri)
  8. Bila masak...cucuk ngan lidi dulu kat tgh2 kalu masih lembik tambah lagi 10 minit.

Frosting Cheese

  • 120 gm butter
  • 250 gm cream cheese
  • 100 gm icing sugar
  • 1 s/b honey acerola
Caranya

  1. Pukul semua bahan sehingga ringan dan kembang. Pastu leh makeup kek atas tu...
Psss...Cikwan-->> kite dah wat xperiment kek gune madu kat bawah tu...madu tu wat jus pon sedappp...by kak naha.
