Winter is such a beautiful time of year at our warehouse here in Logan, Utah! The snow and frost make everything look magical.

We love to create beautiful winter layouts with cool colors. Snowflake, pearl, and button accents really make these pages complete.

Do you have snow where you live? If not, do you still use snowflakes in your scrapbooking?

Holiday Scrapbook Layout

After the holidays are over, it's time to scrapbook all those memories! We think there's no better time than those cold winter months right after the memories are made.

Here's a quick layout idea to get you started. We used leftovers of our Sweet Yule collection from the December Club SEI scrapbooking kit.

We want to know, when do you scrapbook your memories? Do you try to do it right after while the memories are fresh or do you have a different system? Maybe your idea will help someone with their New Year's resolutions. :)

Scrapbook Layout - Wishes for You

Hi, Connie here with a scrapbook page using the Wishes for you Collection by S.E.I. This collection has bright papers and is full of all kinds of stickers, that work perfect for a scrapbook page or cards!

I love clustering embellishments, like stickers and die cuts, together in group. Over lapping the stickers and popping them up adds dimension to your page and brings attention to the photo.

I love using the Tumble Dye as a mist when I have completed the layout. It gives it a great look and so easy to apply. Just take the lid off and tap with your finger and small drops will come out. Very easy to control the dye this way.

Always Yours Garden Scrapbook Layout

My husband and I recently visited Longwood Gardens, an amazing garden attraction not too far from where we live. Not surprisingly, we came home with a phone and camera full of gorgeous photos. I knew I wanted to scrapbook as many as possible. We had so many pictures, and choosing just one or a few 4x6ers to highlight on a page can be a tough decision-making process!

Although I tend towards mini albums, I wanted to capture this day on a single layout. So I opted to print several photos at 2x3 size and organize them into a grid. I had a few more printed that didn't make the final cut. It's key to make sure that your photos complement each other in colors and styles, especially when they are side by side. The neon-pink zinnias, although lovely, wouldn't quite work with the tones of this page.

The elegant neutral palette and delicate floral details of the Always Yours collection made it a natural choice to scrapbook the memories of this day. I cut patterned papers to fill out the photo grid, adding little sticker details here and there.

I also folded paper then tucked photos and messages inside to create doors and windows. It's a fun and easy way to add dimension to your pages.

How do you fit several photos on one layout? What ways are you using the Always Yours collection? We'd love to hear from you!

Happy crafting,
Stephanie

"Live Out Loud" Summer Baseball Layout

Greetings crafty friends, it's Rhonda here today to host the blog for you.

I have a fun page to share with you featuring the Florets Collection. One of my favorite things to scrap are collage photos. It's a nice way to get multiple photos on a page to help convey the moments you are capturing.

I selected a few photos of our youngest son at one of his baseball games this year. He always has a twinkle in his eye and rosy cheeks. The navy striped paper coordinated so nicely with his uniform it was the perfect base to rest against the green cardstock background paper.

A few of the Floret Circles are used in yellow and the scalloped blue. The small floral accents were a nice soft touch to the page.

Thank you so much for stopping on over to the blog today.

Poconos Adventure Scrapbook Layout

One of the best things about SEI's collections is that many of the styles complement each other nicely month to month. So definitely be sure to hang onto your extra supplies from those kits when you're finished... you never know when you might come back to them!

Case in point for this layout, which combines last year's Summer Woods collection and this year's Cheery Hello kit. The colors and accents go so well together, I bet you didn't even notice they came from two kits, did you? ;-)

I wanted this page to exude all the fun and adventure of a recent biking trip I took with my dad for Father's Day. I saved the trail map we received at check-in and used it as the base for the page, printing mini 2x3 photos to create a collage effect to document each part of our experience on the trail. This creates a fun story being told as you travel down the page.

This page is a bit more "busy" than my typical clean and simple style, but I love how it came together! I encourage you to step outside of your comfort zone for your next project and try something new.

Happy crafting and happy summer,
Stephanie

Summer Fun Scrapbook Layout

Hi Connie here with a scrapbook page using the Cheery Hello collection by S.E.I. I love the bright colors in this collection! Reminds me of summer time and fun. The collection has the best summer time embellishments that look great on a scrapbook page, card or a craft project.

I was able to get six photos, on my scrapbook page, by making a flip up mat. Sort of like a card. The photos were cut down and then matted, two on the front and four on the inside of the mat.

The Cheery Hello embellishment pack contains really cute images. The watermelon made a cute tab to lift up the mat, to show the four photographs on the inside of the mat. The birds, trees and clouds fit in well also.

I love to speckle black Tumble dye on my project, to give it a finished look. Dries super fast and looks great! Have fun creating and be sure to spit those seeds out!

Bright and Fun Boy Scrapbook Layout

Hello and welcome to the SEI blog, it's Rhonda here today to share a project with you. For today's project I used a bright and happy selection of primary colors. Blues, Yellow, Green and Red along with a pop of Orange and Black to make an energetic page.

Most of the pattern papers are from the Sprinkles collection, I loved the black scalloped background paper from the Cheery Hello collection so I incorporated that as well. I've also added in a clothing tag to help create my title work. I don't know about you but I save them from clothing or other items to incorporate into my crafting.

"Number 1 Fun Champion" is what I intended to use as my title, then I saw the "Have A Ball" banner sticker and included it also. You can see by the look on my sons face that he is in his element.

Thanks so much for stopping on over today for a visit.
Rhonda
