Tool Time Tuesday...Yard Stick Organizing Rack

Hi everyone! I have mentioned in the past that our house and the things in it are ever changing. Furniture moves in and furniture moves out. Between thrift store finds, saving furniture for our daughters when they move into their own apartments and "hand me downs" from my sister, our house is always "making room" for something.

Well, the littlest of ideas come from the need to squeeze in one more piece of furniture. My sister gave my daughter Courtney a small love seat couch for an apartment she might have in the future. Never wanting to giving up free furniture, I squeezed it into my sewing room for now. I love it ( Courtney might not get it), but things had to change in my sewing room to get it in.

One change was the wall where I had stored a big frame of all my quilt rulers. Move one thing here, move another thing there etc. It's definitely a domino effect of change.

Here's the OLD way I stored them. A peg board frame of quilt rulers.

Hi everyone! Today's Tool Time uses a few different "tools" to organize your quilt rulers...some things you might even have around the house.

The first idea is a peg board.

Quilting Tip...How To Stop Your Ruler From Slipping

I did a little shopping yesterday with my friend Tina, from Seaside Stitches. You know, some "retail" therapy!! I bought new rotary blades, fabric, some crafting supplies for my daughter Courtney and something for my quilt ruler that I wanted to share with you.

Before I do, I wanted to say...I have no affiliation with this product and am NOT getting paid for this. I just purchased it, wanted to give it a try and wanted to hear if anyone else uses it too.
