Hello everyone! Welcome to the Scribbles Designs Challenge blog. Whether you are new or one of our regulars, we are so thankful that you are here with us on our little spot in blogland.

Just before we start, I wanted to let you know that I am working on the winner announcement for challenges 74 and 75 and hope to get it posted in the next few days if fortune favours me.

Also, I wanted to let you know some sad news. Unfortunately, Lori has had to leave our full time design team. We hope that she'll be able to come back some day in the future or at least guest once in a while but for now we need to say goodbye to her. Lori is a wonderful designer. Her talent and kind energy will be greatly missed on this team. Please join me in wishing Lori the absolute best!

Right now, it is the 15th of the month and that means it is time to get on with our next challenge! Our theme this month is Make it Square and here is what you need to know to join us...

Hello and welcome to the midway point of our current challenge. Here is a refresher of what the theme is all about:

The wheel has been around since the time of the caveman. It has aided man immensely throughout time making many a workload more bearable and transportation much easier. In the early days there were horse-drawn carts and buggies. From the 16th to the 18th centuries we started to see forms of trains take their place in history with the first passenger train showing up in the mid 1800s. As early as 1817 the first bicycles made their debut and that lead to the development of the first car in the late 1800s. Then, the first aeroplane was created by the Wright Brothers in 1903; and boy, have we come a long way since those very first forms. Goodness only know what is going to be next! The wheel is everywhere and our world wouldn't be the same without it. This month we want to see you using an image with a wheel. Whether it is on an old fashioned cart or buggy or part of some modern day transportation, it is your choice. Big wheels keep on turning...which direction will you roll in?

There are still two weeks left in the challenge and we hope that you will be able to join us here on our spot in blog-land. We have had just 4 entries so far this month so we'd really love to see some more of you join in!
