DT card design for the new challenge at

Tuesday Throwdown Blog Challenge.

This week's theme is all about...

Ribbon & Lace.

Being a shabby chic girl these are my favorites.

Here is what I created...

Cute Snow Penguin

Using my spectrum noir markers is added color to this

darling little penguin digi. Then I applied it to a swirl

embossed card. Next I created little snow dots on the background.

In addition I applied white glitter on the digi itself.
Finally, I applied the snow trinket and rhinestones.
