Hi there friends!
Rachelle here and I am excited to share my second

This week's challenge
 "Anything That Goes."- ATG
The twist is Optional:
Create a Stylish/Elegant Card or Other Creation.

Here is my take for this challenge:

"Hello!"

More Views:

I used the twist for this design. I love creating cards with elegance
that means using lace, pearls, ribbon, and rhinestones.
That brings out the Shabby Chic girl inside me.

I used my spectrum noir markers to apply the colors. Then added
stickles to bring out the pearls.

I was inspired to use the colors on the cover, black and white for the picture,
and snow.
I applied white using mixed media on the background, white spritz splatters and
white enamel dots.
I loved working with the colors and then applied snowflakes.
