Now for my take...

"Spring Fun!"

Close Up Views...

I wanted the focal point to stand out showing these adorable pictures

of my girl friend's daughter picking tulips.

I applied layers and cute girly accents such as the colors 

and floral clusters.

I created a very soft mixed media background using stencils,

 plant splats and enamel dots.

For wood veneer I applied the cute birdie and cage.

I used these awesome thickers for the title.

I love added the skeleton butterflies and signature use of chipboard

I got from Reneabouquets.

I created a plain and simple style for this fun layout.

I worked on a negative space using a few mist drops and enamel dots.

I loved using the cute emoji flairs by Simple Stories.

I created a winter scene on a mixed media

background.

I applied plenty of texture and ripped layers of paper.

Here you can see a pretty floral cluster along

with microbeads and art stones.

I applied rhinestones to the chipboard and snowflakes. The lace applique holds pretty

pearls and rhinestones as well.

I will be submitting this layout into the LM challenge...

"Sparkles" Scrap Our Stash Challenge

Rachelle here sharing with you my first

DT layout of 2018 for

Scrap Our Stash Blog Challenge. 

Here is the new challenge theme...

Here is my challenge take...

 

"Sparkles"

Close up views...

 I have created a winter theme layout using the rich picture colors.

Here is the floral cluster and a peek on the mixed media background.

I applied gesso mixed with Finnabair mini art stones upon the torn edges.

Next came the application of Finnabair pearl glass glitter and shimmer white glitter.

The torn paper edges are texturized to look like snow hills.

I applied texture to the chipboard trees using moulding paste,

microbeads, and glitter. You can easily see the paint splashes and 

white ink.

Here you can see the layers and texture applied. I love

the pretty trinkets.

As always I used my chipboard from Dusty Attic, pearls applied.

I applied layers behind the picture.

I loved the snow heart on top of the snowy gloves. For this layout I used:

Core'dination~White Wash Collection, Pink Paislee~Paige Events 04, and

Dooblebug Petite Prints~Lilly White Swiss Dots.

I created a light mixed media background. 

Here you can see the layers added and chipboard.

I use gesso on the chipboard followed by inking.

Miss Daisy is such a cutie!

I applied a floral cluster along with tags.

This time I wrote on the journal tag.

Miss Daisy belongs to my girlfriend.

I used the box center row going across...

Journal Card, Holiday Theme, & Something Gold.

The flair button says: FA LA LA.
