I had a relaxing moment working on this card using
my copic markers for the cute bear colors.
Then I applied die cut embellishments.

Clean & Simple Challenge AT Tuesday Throwdown

Here is my challenge take...

"Falling Leaves"
{Eleanor Autumn Days}

I enjoyed creating this design although
I am a shabby chic girl, it is nice the work
with other styles. Clean and simple is the perfect
style to use.
Using my spectrum noir/copic markers 
blending the colors in to get the rich and right look.
I love the beautiful fall colors.

Scrap Our Stash February Stash Challenge!

"Best Day Ever!"

I enjoyed creating this design using black, gold and pink.
I was inspired by the sunburst on the the book cover.

I used 
MME My Story Collection paper with foil accents background.Then
applied layers and added the photo.
You can easily see the hearts along with the other embellishments.


The swans are so beautiful.

Anything Goes Challenge at 613 Avenue Create

Hi there peeps!
Rachelle here today to share my DT inspiration 
for this week's challenge at


This challenge is of course an
Anything Goes/w Twist.
The twist is to use something from your stash and place on your project.
 Easy peasy!!!

Alrighty then here is your view of my design take:

"The Serenity Prayer"

I enjoyed coloring using my
spectrum noir markers.


Then I began applying the metal and rhinestones.
I placed sliver and gold microbeads under the bluejay bird.
I really wanted the rock formation to stand out. Next, it was
time for metal corners, brads and the matching 
centerpiece at the top of the card.
Then I continued with ribbon and lace.

613 Avenue Create ATG/Twist Challenge

Hi there friends!
Rachelle here and I am excited to share my second
 DT inspiration along with my team at


This week's challenge
 "Anything That Goes."- ATG
The twist is Optional:
Create a Stylish/Elegant Card or Other Creation.

Here is my take for this challenge:

"Hello!"

I used the twist for this design. I love creating cards with elegance 
that means using lace, pearls, ribbon, and rhinestones.
That brings out the Shabby Chic girl inside me.


I used my spectrum noir markers to apply the colors. Then added
stickles to bring out the pearls.

Frosted Designs Friday Challenge!

Hi there scrap friends!
Rachelle here and I am up on the
Frosted Designs Blog 
 today with my team mates sharing
our DT inspiration for the Friday Challenge.

  This week's theme is Here Comes the Sun/Son!
Use a Sun or Son theme.
Take a look at what I created.

I really enjoyed creating this layout. I started by hand sewing
 a sun with rays. {see below} Once done I applied texture paste
to bring out the rays more. Next if applied yellow color spritz all across the top. 

 
I applied script writing texture behind the pictures which shows
along the sides.
 
Then it was time to apply the floral cluster, flourish chipboard,
bow, twine, and beautiful butterflies. In addition I paper punched
the yellow cardstock.
