Saturated Canary challenge card

Hi there!

Have an extra day off work, so got some time to craft, hang out, relax, etc. etc.
Today I like to show you a card I made recently for the Kaarten met Tiets-club overhere in The Netherlands.
A special image was made specially for the club by Saturated Canary (guess it's already avaliable to purchase now) and this is what I made with it:

Used some of my untouched paperpads by MME. Totally love those colorcombos in there!
Nothing else much to say, so I will leave you now.

Thanks for coming over and hope to see you again soon! :)

Challenges:
- Saturated Canary: May flowers
- Papertake Weekly: In the garden
- Sisterhood of Crafters: May flowers

Happy Sunday with PTI :)

Hi there! :)

Today I like to showcase a card I made today. It's been a lovely day today as I finally was able to sleep till quite a few hours after 6.45 am, the time I normally go out of bed :)

Here's a card I made with some doily stamps from MME I bought yesterday during a day of shopping :)
I wanted these for a long time, but couldn't find them anymore at shops, so was quite happy when I was able to buy them yesterday.

Anyways, here's the card:

Thank you very much for coming over :)
See you later this week, hopefully tomorrow with some more stuff...
Have a nice evening!

This card will play in the following challenges:
- A passion for PTI: a recipe (3 colors, 2 buttons, 1 ribbon)
- Less is More: one layer card "in the frame"

ABC Challenge: Unusual Fold

Hi there and welcome to another ABC Challenge, this time it's time for U for Unusual fold.
I wanted to make a card I never made before, so I've been googling a bit and came out overhere for the tutorial of my "Spring card".

And did I enjoy myself making this one, it's really easy to make one and I will probably make this one with my kids at school as well. They will sure like it!

Anyways, here's my card, made it a Christmas one and as we're sponsored by Whiff of Joy for this challenge, I pull out one of their stamps to use with it :)
I sooooooooo love these ones (hmmm... I keep saying this of all my stamps *lol*)

And a detailphoto...

Thank you very much for coming over.
Please join the DT at the ABC Challengeblog and leave them some love :)
Would love it if you are able to join us :)

See you later!

DWYT Sketch #77

Hi there!

It's Thursday, 0:00 CET, so time for another DWYT sketch!
This week's sketch is made by Christien. Really loved working with this one. Also used colors I normally don't use that often, specially orange isn't one I like a lot, but think it's festive, so suits this image just perfect :)

Here's the card I created, with a stamp of LOTV I recently bought from someone else. I looooooooove LOTV images :)

And a detailphoto of the image:

I also colored the flowers on the right side of the card. They were white at first, but with a little help of my copics... voila.... orange ones! :)

This is it. Don't forget to hop over to the DWYT-blog for more inspiration from the team. And I'd love you to play with this sketch as well, so I can visit you :)

Thanks for visiting! See you later! :)

Another Magnolia Tulip Tilda card

Hi there again :)

Remember this post?? Where I told you I made another thing with Tulip/Truike Tilda??
Well... here it is... It's really different. I really wanted to challenge myself to a black & white Tilda as I thought this image also could fit a "with sympathy"-card, so I started with the markers... but.... the image transformed in more blue-black than black/brown black that matches the patterned papers.

Ok, I read about this on the internet, but I kept coloring, so I now have a finished image :) Anyhow...

So I stamped another sweet image of Tulip/Truike Tilda and now I started to play with the other markers :)

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I tell ya!! They matched the papers I wanted to use perfectly! *Yahoo!!*

Here's the card I made:

Seriously!!! I didn't make my photo sepia or black-white... these really are the colors of the paper and image!! Cool eh??!!
And did you notice I used the same layout as this post?? It's totally different if you use other colors :)

A shot of the front of the card:

A detailphoto...

Cardstock: Bazzill; Patterned papers: MME; Image: Magnolia; Ribbon: Stampin'Up; Baubles: StampingBella; Ink: Memento; Coloring medium: Copics; Pen: ZIG

Thank you so much for coming, really appreciate it :)

Oh... before I forget... here you can see the difference between the colors used.....

really different eh??

Again thank you for coming and sorry for the long post :)

Teddy Stampers' challenge card :)

Yahoo!!
This is the first card I made as a DT-member for the Teddy Stampers Challenge blog! :)

This time around the theme is "Spring".
Finally spring has settled itself overhere in The Netherlands. Flowers are blooming, trees are getting back their flowers and leaves. It's just a pretty sight.
But, last but not least, temperatures are getting much better :) We had a really cold and long winter, but I just loved it! Never seen so much snow for such a long time.
But now.... it's another great season... Spring!

And Spring stands for me for "new, fresh and flowers", so I used my newest Penny Black stamps and used some fresh papers of My Mind's Eye.

Go check out the other creations the DT-members have made, hop on over to the Teddy Stampers' blog and just make something nice in a spring-theme with a Teddybear stamp on it (yeah, it's a must to do this, otherwise you will be disqualified, sorry).

Stamp: Penny Black; Cardstock: Bazzill; Patterned papers: My Mind's Eye; Baubles: StampingBella; Ink: Memento; Coloring medium: Copics
