All Year Cheer Chirstmas Dots and Stripes

This is for today's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 503 - Pencil Erasers, CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 294 - Poke a Hole in it, and today's MONDAY'S MOJO SKETCH CHALLENGE # 367. OH I am so thrilled with how this turned out. It is certainly not the high quality of many stampers on here but a step up from my many of my last attempts. I used 2 pencils inked in riding hood red and wild wasabi to make the 2 dotted panels and the same ink markers to make the stripes. I matted the stripes on riding hood red and the dots on wild wasabi paper. I punched 1' holes in both colors of paper and then cut them in half and paper pierced the rounded part. I tied some red and green ribbons. The sentiment is stamped in riding hood red ink. I just love that font and use it more than any of my other Christmas sentiments.

Paper Pierced Father's Day

This is for today's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 432 - 1-2-3-Pop where we were to use 2 neurtrals and one color to pop out at you, today's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 223 - Tool Time where we were to use our paper piercer and my layout is from last Monday's MOJO MONDAY'S SKETCH CHALLENGE # 295.
I used Stampin' Up's DAD'S DAY stamp image for the center diamond stamped in cherry cobbler and the punched out Star. My base is white and I used Sahara Sand and Basic Gray cs. I paper pierced the sahara sand panel. I had to free hand wrote my sentiment as I did not have one that fit my needs.
Hope you like it, sorry I have been MIA. Hoipe to get back into the swing this week.
RECIPE:

Masculin Congrats

This is for today's COLOR CHALLENGE # 397 - Navy Pacific Sand, Monday's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 396 - Make Your Own Polka Dots and Monday's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 189 - Sketch.
I used an eraser dabbed in vanilla craft ink on night of navy cs for polka dots and my crop-a-dile punched circles off night of navy glued onto pacific point cs for the other panel. My sentiment is stamped in pacific point on sahara sand base. I did some paper piercing in 3 of the corners.
I think this will make a nice masculin greeting card. Ya know men don't like a lot of frilly stuff on their cards, it threatens their masculinity. LOL.
RECIPE:
Stamps: Congrats - SU
Paper: Night of Navy, Pacific Point, Sahara Sand
Ink: vanilla craft ink
Accessories: crop-a-dile, pencil eraser, paper piercer
Techniques: paper piercing, polka dots
