This is for today's COLOR CHALLENGE # 561 - A Slate Cabana on the Bay. or dessert I used my white jel pen to accent some faux waves. I am NOT thrilled with this but it is what it is. My layout is from Monday's MOJO MONDAY SKETCH CHALLENGE # 428. I used a punched scalloped oval as a mask and sponged some smoky slate ink for a stormy sky illusions, I used a straight line to sponge Bermuda bay and then coastal cabana on the bottom for a lighter tone.
I stamped the sentiments in Bermuda bay.

CAS Silly Sealife Birthday
This is for today's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 547 - Only One, Monday's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 338 - Cute Critters. My color combo is from last Tuesday's COLOR COMBO # 543 - No Gray days in Lucky Bermuda. CAS is so much my style, the more I add to a card the less I tend to like it. I stamped the whale in momento tuxedo black on white then colored with copics C1,C3, C5. I colored the water below, around and above the whale with BG10, BG11. I matted the whale on Bermuda bay. The tiny bubbles die was cut with Bermuda bay and pool party. I stamped the sentiment in lucky limeade below.
On the inside in lucky limeade I used a sentiment from Sweet and Sassy's Birthday Innies. All of my famiy are beach lovers so some lucky family member will receive this birthday card soon. Hope you like it. Off to work I go.

Wavey Anchors at the Beach with Bear
This is for today's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 546 - Mind the Gap and Monday's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENG E# 336 - Waves of Color. Since blue is my favorite color and the beach is my favorite place to be, well, need I say more. LOL. I used 3 different shades of blue for the umbrella top and 2 for the water. I cut the dolphins out of basic gray cs and the lab from black. I love dolphins so I have a few swimming and jumping out of the water on the inside of the card.
The envelope is stamped with the same sentiment as the top front. My dh is always whining about wanting to bring his mutt to the beach when we go so I am going to give this to him and tell me next time to bring this card and pretend "Bear" is with him. Hope he likes it and hope you do too.
Having computer issues with new upgrade of Windows 10 and can not load pics from home. I will edit pictures once issue is resolved

Summer Cathedral Window of Patchwork
This is for today's SKETCH CHALLENGE # 551, Tuesday's COLOR CHALLENGE # 541 - ROSES and MINTS are a TIP TOE treat, Monday's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 544 - Cathedral Window Patchwork and Monday's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 335 - Let's get beachy. I was so happy to get to play this week and look forward to more daily creations by me again as my job duties have changed back to later hours so I can play again daily. God is so GOOD to me even though I do not deserve His blessings He freely gives them.
I did the patchwork on the slatted panel of the front and the inside as well. I sponged the backside of my dp with mint macaron ink. After stamping the image on the focal panel I colored with copics.
I stamped the inside and envelope with rose red ink. Hope you like it.

Sail Away For Father's Day
This is for today's COLOR CHALLENGE # 536 - Red Night on the Marina, Monday's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 539 - Latch Card, and Monday's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 330 - Stars or Stripes. I went with the stars again today and went nautical for the color challenge. I have really been enjoying my Die-Versions Sail Away stamp and coordinating die set. I love it. I needed one more Father's Day card and will be using this one. On the inside I stamped the fabulous sentiment from SU's For Father set. All images and sentiments were stamped in night of navy. I torn 2 strips of marina mist card stock to make the waves then topped them off with some stickles glitter.
I am so proud of myself for sticking to my goal to complete inside and out and envelope. I love this one and hope you do to.

Looking Through The Porthole
This is for today's SKETCH CHALLENGE # 545, Tuesday's COLOR CHALLENGE # 535 - Rich Delight in Bermuda, Monday's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 538 - Look into my window, and Monday's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 329 - Thank You Paula. I CASED Paula's gorgeous ARIEL CARD keeping with the mermaid but from a different image company.
I mean with today's sketch and Monday's Look into my window how could I resist a ships porthole front? I love making window cards and this was so fun. I punched the hole on the card base the same size as the inside of the porthole layer then stamped my image on the inside panel where the mermaid could be seen. I separated the front base and porthole with transparency. I used some screw brads on the porthole, punched some circles and colored with copics then topped with transparency.
The image was colored with copics and the mountain as well. I stamped the seaweed with the 3 colors from the color challenge and the sun with daffodil delight. The sentiment in the bottom right corner on the front and the boat on the envelope are stamped in Bermuda bay. Hope you like it.

Sail Away In Rolling Waves
This is for today's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE 537 - On A Roll, and Monday's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 328 - Let The Sunshine In, and Monday's MOJO MONDAY SKETCH CHALLENGE # 401. I sponged daffodil delight on the white base using Tim Holz Rays Stencil. The focal image was sponged with tempting turquoise for the clouds. The bottom is pool party cs torn and rolled up on the edges then I used my white jel pen to highlight the waves. The boat was cut using the coordinating die then stamped in black and I used Copic R14 to color the boat and the compass which is popped up on dimensionals. I used some pool party ribbon (which is also rolled up on edges) and real red cs on the right edge. The envelope was finished with the cap stamped in black after cutting the die then colored with R14. I will have to wait until I get ready to give this for the inside as it can be used for many different occasions. Hope you like it.

Missing You At the Beach
This is for today's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 529 - Negative Glitter, and today's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 320 - Stencil It. I am taking my 2 girls to the beach this weekend and will be missing my darling husband. I will be leaving this for him. I cut out the chairs on the top panel and marked where to add my glitter, added my glitter of yellow, blue, pink then green to show under the die cut outs. I used the cheveron stencil and sponged some pool party ink on the top layer then instead of popping up the top panel I popped up the chairs hoping the glitter would still show up and it did. I cut and popped up the seabirds.
I would love to see his face when he opens this. The inside is stamped with WISH YOU WERE HERE!

Transformed Map of Winds of Grace
This is for today's COLOR CHALLENGE # 418 - Midnight Muse Breeze, Monday's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 421 - Transform Map and my layout is from Monday's TECHNOSTAMPERS SKETCH CHALLENGE # 255.
I used my copics and airbrush system to shade in the colors for baja breeze in the center marina mist on the top and midinight muse on the bottom of the focal panel and white base after stamping the main images in midnight muse ink.
My focal panel is matted on marina mist then midnight muse cs. I found 2 gems close to baja breeze color and some blue ribbon.
This will be a Father's Day or Birthday card for one of the men in my life since they all love fishing.

Blue Marbled Birthday Greetings Set Sail
This is for today's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 389 - Blissful Backgrounds where we were to search the Resources here at SCS and select one. I choose to use the ROLLING MARBLE BACKGROUND using pacific point ink on white cs.
Today's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 182 - Color Challenge Dark Blue & White was fun to include. I used pacific point and just to make sure I got the dark blue right my cardd base is midnight muse.
I stamped the image from Set Sail and the sentiments from Birthday Greetings in pacific point.
I have a couple of birthday cards I have been trying to decide which one to give my dh in a couple of weeks but I think this will be it. He loves fishing and just being on the water. He could care less if it is fresh water or salt water just as long as it is water and something is tugging on the other end of the rod. LOL.

Ariel on a Pedestal
This is for today's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 385 - Pedestal Pop up Card and today's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 178 - Fairy Tales.
One of my granddaughters never gets in the pool without asking Nana to sing "the mermaid song" so now it is stuck in my head for the day. lol.
I stamped the images in momento tuxedo black then colored with copics. I cut the focal image without cutting off her tail using out of the nestie technique.

Mermaid & Dolphins
This is for today's COLOR CHALLENGE # 381 - Whispering Island Party and Monday's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 383 - Make Your Own Silhouettes. I still had these 2 cuties from yesturday and they were crying wanting to be used so I did. They are quickutz dolphin silhouettes.
My image is a digi and I am sorry I do not remember where she is from I just know she is so adorable. I colored with BG10 & BG11 copic markers then cut and embossed with Nesties Label 11 and tied some island indigo ribbon. This is popped up on dimensionals.

Coast To Coast Pierced
This is for today's FREE 4 ALL CHALLENGE # 122 - Paper Piercing and Friday's QUEEN FOR THE DAY CHALLENGE # 118 - Stampin' Nana. I chose to CASE Roberta's MY JMU GRADUATE card.
My layout is from Wednesday's SKETCH CHALLENGE # 390.
My color combo is from Tuesday's COLOR CHALLENGE # 380 - Tango Chocolate Artichokes.
I cut my Nestie Oval and embossed it then with the die in place I used my copics and ABS to airbrush the tango and artichoke coordinating colors. With the die still in place I then stamped my image using momento espresso ink.
My dp is from a duce mix I found in a drawer, no idea what stacks they came from. I paper pierced the bottom panel then used my choc chip marker to add some faux stitching.

Seaside Chic
This is for today's WAYS TO USE IT CHALLENGE # 374 - For The Birds. I love to watch all the different birds while I am at the beach.
My layout is from Wednesday's SKETCH CHALLENGE # 384.
My color combo is from Tuesday's COLOR CHALLENGE # 374 - Pacific Celery Cake.
Monday's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 376 - Paper Piecingwas used on the dress and I could not resist making this a CAS creation and including Monday's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 169 - It's Time To Get Chic.
I still had this stamp set on my desk from yesturday and this image just jumped out at me so I took it and ran. I loved being at the beach last weekend and so ready to go back.
I stamped my image in momento tuxedo black on white then on the crumb cake pattern paper. I cut the dress out and attached it to the white image. I colored with copics and added some stickles to the waves of water.
I found this little bird punch and popped one up in each corner.

Monday's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 376 - Paper Piecingwas used on the dress and I could not resist making this a CAS creation and including Monday's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 169 - It's Time To Get Chic.
I still had this stamp set on my desk from yesturday and this image just jumped out at me so I took it and ran. I loved being at the beach last weekend and so ready to go back.
I stamped my image in momento tuxedo black on white then on the crumb cake pattern paper. I cut the dress out and attached it to the white image. I colored with copics and added some stickles to the waves of water.
I found this little bird punch and popped one up in each corner.

Cherished Seaside Chic
This is for today's SKETCH CHALLENGE # 384; Tuesday's COLOR CHALLENGE # 374 - Pacific Celery Cake; Monday's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 376 - Paper Piecing; and Monday's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 169 - It's Time To Get Chic.
I just love this set and had to use it today. I stamped the image once on white and once on Certainly Celery pattern paper. I cut the dress out and attached it to the image on white then colored with copics. I added the blue water and sand with copics. The pacific point cs was dry embossed with divine swirls using my cuttlebug. I used the rest of the pattern paper sheet for panel 1 matted on certainly celery cs. The sentiment was stamped in pacific point.
Hope you like it. It sure feels good to have some central AC again so that I can stamp in comfort. Wheh!!

Coast to Coast with 6 Challenges
This is for today's FREE 4 ALL CHALLENGE # 70 - Stripes & today's QUEEN FOR THE DAY CHALLENGE # 66 - momof5sons where I found my inspiration from her SEATLE BIRTHDAY CARD. I used a different stamp set but kept the same concept, a different layout and color combo.
There is NO white on this (the cording is off white/vanilla for Thursday's WAYS TO USE IT CHALLENGE # 328 - No White Cardstock. I have used Crumb cake, night of navy and non white dp.
My laylout is from Wednesday's SKETCH CHALLENGE # 338 and my color combo is from Tuesday's COLOR CHALLENGE # 328 - Cherry Night Cakes.
I distressed the edges of my focal image circle after cutting with my Fiskars template using night of navy, Ranger tea dye and Antique Photo Aging dyes for Monday's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 330 - Old World Look. My sentiment is stamped in cherry cobbler and my focal panel is popped up on dimensionals.
