Espress Yourself with a Perfect Blend

This is for today's WAYS TO USE IT CHALLENGE # 548 - Coffee or Tea, Which do you drink?. Well I drink coffee up until 2pm after that I have trouble sleeping, and tea only occasionally. Can you believe that I am from the south and I don't drink sweet tea? LOL. Oh well. My layout is from Wednesday's SKETCH CHALLENGE # 557. My color combo is from Tuesday's COLOR CHALLENGE # 547 - Attempting Blissful Pirouettes. I sponged all 3 colors on my focal panel of white cs using Tim Holtz Splatters Stencil then sponged the edges with tempting turquoise. I then matted that on tempting turquoise and then on white card base. I stamped the both sentiments in tempting turquoise. I stamped the to go coffee cup on pink pirouette using blackberry bliss ink then tone on tone with cs and cut out the center section to attach on the cup.
The envelope was stamped with the cup images in tempting turquoise. I am so proud of myself as I have completed inside, outside and envelope on every card since June this year. A goal I set for myself. Now when I need a card I have only to do some freehand on the inside and viola it is ready to go. Hope you like this one.

A Perfect Blend of Espressing Yourself

This is for today's SKETCH CHALLENGE # 525 and Tuesday's COLOR CHALLENGE # 515 - A Really Crumby Espresso. I also did the dessert making 2 cards. I made them in a contrast form. I used 2 of Stampin up Sets, Espress Yourself and Perfect Blend. I used the coffee beans to make my background using tone on tone on the choc chip card. I colored the coffee cups with copics, cut out the middle of both and popped them up after stamping in real red. The hearts were punches and then embossed with my Quickutz goosebumps Swirls then I brushed the tops of the raised portions with choc chip ink pad. Hope you like them. I have a couple of good friends at work that will see these for valentines day along with a candy cane.
