I don't always get to play but when I do I love to pile it up. LOL. Sorry just made me think of that dumb commercial about some brad of liquor. Anyway this is for today's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 620 - Twine Inlay and today's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 411 - Hot Beverage which have been enjoyed this weekend with these below freezing temps we are having. I live in the deep south portion of GA why am I freezing? LOL So I think it is all self explanatory but I did use a heart border punch for the small hearts I needed.

I also used all the cut out pieces to help with the inside and envelope decorations. Hope you like it.

A Groovy Beachy Birthday

This is for today's COLOR CHALLENGE # 583 - So Tempted to get out there and Mambo I decided to go with a beach theme. I used my copics for the water portion making random strokes with 4 different shades then topped that off with stickles for wave action and what is a beach scene without a dolphin. For Monday's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 586 = Erasable Ink I inked the upper left corner of my acrylic block with so saffron and used an eraser to simulate sun rays. And for Monday's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 377 - Groovy Elements these colors and the HB cake die are really groovy together.  My layout is from Monday's MOJO MONDAY SKETCH CHALLENGE # 448. 

On the inside I stamped the Birthday Innies sentiment in tempting turquoise. From It's Your Birthday I stamped the HB sentiment on the envelope in melon Mambo. I hope you like it.

Jessie's Birthday Card

This is for today's COLOR CHALLENGE # 579 - I Lost my Honey in a Gray Lagoon, Monday's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 373 - It's About Birthdays and Monday's MOJO MONDAY SKETCH CHALLENGE # 444.
My darling hubby will be celebrating a birthday in August and as I put this together it just screamed for him so I went on and wrote his name on the envelope so I wouldn't change my mind later. LOL.
I used some dp from MME - Home stack for the 3 panels and unusual for me I used the basic gray cs for my card base. I usually use either white or vanilla since they are in more abundance and easier to restock.

I used white on the inside so I could stamp the sentiment and stamped in lost lagoon the Birthday Innies sentiment from sweet-n-sassy stamps.  I love this sentiment and can not believe it is the first time I have used it.  On the envelope I used the balloon stamp from Favorite Teddy Stampin Up set in hello honey ink. 
I lost my SU demonstrator and have to find a new one. I also thought I had lost my mojo since a month had past and I just could NOT get inspired by the challenges. Still not sure I ever had any mojo but gave it a shot today anyway. Hope you like it.

This is for today's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 569 - Gate Fold. You can follow the SCS GATE FOLD CARD TUTORIAL to make yours. This is also for today's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 360 - Snow and Ice and last weeks CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 359 - WOW Them where we were to use only white on white cs and 1 ink color for the sentiment. These 2 CAS challenges just had to be done together for me. My layout is from today's MOJO MONDAY SKETCH CHALLENGE # 431. I have got to stop with the Christmas cards but this was the 1st thing that came to mind.

This is for today's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 568 - Revisiting Shaped Cards fromTECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 315 - That's Odd. I used white on white and the only color is in the sentiment for today's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 359 - WOW them!.
I cut and embossed the heart nestie 2 largest sizes using white cs then cut the sentiment in white and cherry cobbler. I wanted to use the largest scalloped heart for the base but it seems to have grown legs and walked off.

I stamped the sentiment on the inside in cherry cobbler on the inside and envelope. Now let's go to work.

Season's Greetings Silhouette

This is for today's WAYS TO USE IT CHALLENGE # 563 - Christmas Eve where we were to use silhouettes. My layout is from Wednesday's SKETCH CHALLENGE # 572. My color combo is from Tuesday's COLOR CHALLENGE # 562 - A New Year. I cut the focal circle panel from some silver dp and trimmed it with black cs. I used black cs to cut our the trees and deer silhouettes. I used delightful Dijon cs for the gold. I stamped the sentiment and greeting in black ink. Hope you like it.

This is for today's SKETCH CHALLENG E# 568. My color combo is from Tuesday's COLOR CHALLENGE # 558 - Tip top Chocolate Wonder with dessert of die cuts or punches. My cute feeding deer is for Monday's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 352 - Holiday/Winter Critters.  I used the ornament for the circle on the sketch and popped it up. I sponged watermelon wonder and tip top taupe ink on the ornament attached the deer and then added stickles for snowy effect.

I stamped the sentiment on the front in choc chip. The inside and envelope were stamped in watermelon wonder. I hope you like it.

Water Colored Happy Birthday Amanda

This is for today's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 555 - Watercolor Powders. For Today's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 346 - Use Your Words where I used some dp, die cut and stamps. My layout is from today's MOJO MONDAYS SKETCH CHALLENGE # 419. This was a quick and easy create and put together card. I stamped all sentiments in tangerine tango ink and cut the Happy die from tangerine tango cs.  I needed one more birthday card for next Saturday's Fall Festival/Birthday celebration. This one will go to my Step-Daughter Amanda. I hope she likes it and I hope you do too.

Front Fold Up Christmas Card

I found some dp that had 2 inches of dust on it so I used it. I wanted to keep this simple so I used only 2 dies. A Fancy Merry Christmas from Impression Obsession die and a tree from Dies R Us Winter Wonderland set.

Golden congratulations on your special day

This is for today's WAYS TO USE IT CHALLENGE # 546 - Make It Metal and Wednesday's SKETCH CHALLENGE # 555. I was at work when the SC was finally loaded so I didn't get to play but I knew exactly what I wanted to do as soon as I saw it. This card has been in my head since then and today it came to life. I dry embossed the top panel of vanilla with Textile EF, the bottom panel was stamped in versamark then metallic gold EP applied and heat embossed. The inside was stamped in delightful Dijon. The vanilla card base was matted with metallic gold dp. I found some gold wedding rings and tied them together with some gold ribbon.

The inside sentiment from Trust God was stamped using delightful dijon.  The bride and groom on the envelope were cut from the gold dp. I LOVE how this turned out and hope you do too.

Delight in Life even when it rains

 This is for today's COLOR CHALLENGE # 543 - No Gray Days in Lucky Bermuda, Monday's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 546 - Mind the Gap and Monday's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 337 - Waves of Color. You know how when you see a challenge you know exactly what you want to make but can not find a stamp set that matches what is in your head??? GGGRR that was me this morning. I wanted the outside to be rainy and the inside cheerful reflecting that rough times will pass and the God's glory will shine again so I will have to just write what I want for the inside. I used spellbinders umbrella and impression obsessions clouds, sponged some basic gray on the sky and the clouds then Bermuda bay, so saffron on the inside for still some signs of cloudy skies but the sun shining and clearing up.

I used a fiskars tree line border punch on inside and out and for the top panel on the front I free handed the skyline. I stamped the sentiment in Bermuda bay on the front, inside and envelope. I hope you like it and I hope whomever I give this too is encouraged that God is still large and in charge and taking care of us.

Cupcake in the Window for Father

This is for today's WAYS TO USE IT CHALLENGE # 536 - Getting a little grungy, Wednesday's SKETCH CHALLENGE # 545, Tuesday's COLOR CHALLENGE # 535 - Rich Delight in Bermuda, Monday's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 538 - Look into my Window, and Monday's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 329 - Thank You Paula where we could make a thank you card or CASE Paula. I chose to CASE Paula's CUPCAKE CARD. I love how this turned out. I just picked up this Prima Cracked Stencil on my last visit to Hobby Lobby and used it today for the Grungy look sponging all 3 colors from the CC then stamping my sentiment in rich razzleberry. My card base is white and I added a layer of rich razzleberry between my base and top layer.

I made a window card by cutting the open cupcake die on all 3 layers. I used the top layer die cut for the cupcake on the inside. I cut 8 cherries in rich razzleberry and placed them where I wanted them. I hope you like this.

I know there has to be one somewhere.

Make A Wish at the Beach

This is for today's COLOR CHALLENGE - Under a Soft Sky our Blushing Bride eats Crumb Cake, Monday's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 531 - Stencil this or Stencil that, Monday's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 322 - Cupcakes, and my layout is from last Wednesday's SKETCH CHALLENGE # 537. Well not sure this is very simple but not difficult either since I had the dies already cut out. The longest time taken was cleaning up after getting dazzling diamonds everywhere. LOL . I popped the focal panel up and then popped the cupcake up so that it was sitting in the chair. Can you tell my family is a beach loving family? Well we are. This will go to my niece later this year for her birthday. Hope she likes it.

Negative Glittered Diamond Rose

This is for today's COLOR CHALLENG E# 526 - Tempting Red Island with flowers as dessert, Monday's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 529 - Negative Glitter, and Monday's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 320 - Stencil It. I am not sure I am happy with this but the more I tried to make changes the less I liked it so I finally just stopped and said it is what it is. I sponged some Island Indigo on tempting turquoise cs with the MB Diamond stencil in place. I cut the Cottage Cutz Rose trying to just get the flower, sorta worked the 3rd time. I had to use some green for the stem and leaves :( hope the challenge patrol don't get me. I cut the IO Happy Birthday in white and tempting turquoise and adhered the white under the popped up tt layer then the tt on the inside and added some glitter in the open areas for some color.

I used a white and turquoise rose for the envelope.
 Gotta work the next 2 days and then Beach Time. YEAH!! See yall next Wednesday.

Missing You At the Beach

 This is for today's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 529 - Negative Glitter, and today's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 320 - Stencil It. I am taking my 2 girls to the beach this weekend and will be missing my darling husband. I will be leaving this for him. I cut out the chairs on the top panel and marked where to add my glitter, added my glitter of yellow, blue, pink then green to show under the die cut outs. I used the cheveron stencil and sponged some pool party ink on the top layer then instead of popping up the top panel I popped up the chairs hoping the glitter would still show up and it did. I cut and popped up the seabirds.

I would love to see his face when he opens this. The inside is stamped with WISH YOU WERE HERE!

Triangled Happy Birthday box

This is for today's COLOR CHALLENGE # 524 - So many Cantaloupes and Strawberries, and Monday's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENG E# 318 - ABC - Spring Colors. Well nothing shines in our yard and the yards around us this time of year any brighter than all of the Azalea bushes. I love seeing them glowing. Monday's CAS challenge was to make anything but a card in spring colors. I made the box from strawberry slush cs then wrapped some so saffron ribbon around and attached a piece of dp on the front. I cut the HB sentiment from Impressions Obsessions die in crisp cantaloupe cs and attached it across the front. This box was quick and simple and will make a great gift box for a gift card or a box of earrings for an upcoming granddaughter or niece. So many possibilities. Thanks for the fun challenges. How could I resist another nautical creation with these colors? I can't so I didn't. I used a new to me stamp set and coordinating die from Die Versions called Sail Away. I cut the cap and boat out to pop up on dimensionals. I also used a new die from Impressions Obsessions Adirondack chair. I stamped the sentiment in real red on coastal cabana cs. I used reverse masking to sponge daffodil delight for the sun image. Hope you like it. This will rap me up until next week. Have fun in the galleries.
