Good Morning!

Today I'll show you some Confirmation Invitations my boss ordered for her daughters confirmation.

As my daughter, her daughter loves music, so I thought the invitations should have a musical theme.

So I made 40 guitar-cards - 20 in green and 20 in purple :)

Saturated Canary

I've been dieing to make a card using one of Krista Smiths amazing Saturated Canary images for some time now, and finally I got to do it!
It was so much fun making round cards, so the Saturated Canary Challenge #11: Anything BUT square/rectangle, was just perfect for my card too :)

DT Unik Hobby - T-Shirt Card

Just wanted to show you a card I made for a class I was teaching at Unik Hobby first in May ;)

The class' theme was folding and Confirmation.

Since I sometimes struggle to come up with some great ideas on cards for a bit bigger boys, I was so pleased to get this idea to my card from a tutorial at Create 4 Fun's Design Team Blog.

In the tut there's two tiny T-Shirts used as the main image on a card, so I "blew up" the size and made my own measurements, to create my actual card as a T-Shirt :)

DT Unik Hobby - May Challenge & Kursinfo

Ha - NOT late this time!! *LOL*

For the month of May, Malene at Unik Hobby gave me this charming image by Marianne Design, of a fun and cool chef!

I thought I'd make something other than a regular square card, and created a card shaped as the chef's hat :)

DT Little Darlings Sneak Peek

Woohooo!!!

As I mentioned yeasterday, Angie Hunt's new store Love To Stamp is opening May 16th!
The DT's sneak peeks of her Little Darlings stamp line started yesterday on the Love To Stamp Blog,

WOC New Product & StampARTic Challenge

Wild Orchid Crafts is launching a new product today - Paper Poppies!!

These are so cute and beautiful, and you can get them in eighter white or red in the shop HERE!

DT Sukkersött Challenge #55 & Kort Cup #2

Friday again - I can't belive how fast time flies ;)
This friday's Sukkersött Challenge #55, is a Challenge with a little twist ;) We want you to make a project, that is neighter square or rectangle shaped - and we want it to sparkle!! Please take a peek in the Sukkersött blog, to read more about the challenge, this week's price, and to find out what the rest of the DT have made this week ;)

I decided to make a Cristmas Ball with a little "shabby vintage" look, using my brand new christmas stamps from Stempelglede, and my brand new beautiful christmas papers from Ladybug & Friends - that I got from a friend (thank you Malene ;)!

Everyone in the DT got sponsored with a bottle of Shimmerz Spritz from Shimmerz Paints, so if you click on the pics to get them bigger, you can see that the panels and the flowers on my card, are shimmering ;)

And when my card turned into this "Shabby Vintage" style, I also decided to take part in the Kort Cup #2, where the theme is Shabby Chic or Vintage ;)

Size: Circle 15 cm

Ink: Archival Ink - Coffee for stamping, Distress Ink - Walnut Stain for distressing the edges.

Stamps: Stempelglede - Gledelig Jul.

Papers: Ladybug & Friends - Julefryd "Englesang" og "God Jul", Bazzill - Craft and Brown Cardstock.

Embellishments: Prima - Flowers, Senters Kisses and Bling Swirls, Kort & Godt - Lace and Pearls, Wild Orchid Crafts - Roses and Rosebuds, Unik Hobby - Charms, Schimerz Spritz - Mudpie, Ribbon, Eyelets, String and Golden Tread.

Other things: The christmas ball is made by cutting a large circle, using a devider. Spellbinders - Nestabilities Classic Circles (the three smallest ones), are used to make the ornamentals on the top and the bottom of the ball. The patterned papers are distressed with a Tim Holtz Distresser, to make the shabby look.
