The finale is now ended at Papirgleder's KortCup (a "big" card contest), and the voting for the best cardmaker is now going on at the Papirgleder forum.
The voting will end at Saturday, 5th of December.
We're 12 girls in the finale, and everyone is so talented, and have made the most beautiful cards - so it's a tough competition :)
For the finale, we had to make two cards each, with different themes and criterias.
Challenge #1 consisted:
Theme: Christmas
Criterias: 3 patterned papers, a colored image, 2 or more embellishment items, and no flowers allowed.
This is the card I made for this category:
Card recipe:
Size: 15 x 15 cm
Ink: Archival Ink - Coffee for stamping, Distress Ink - Weathered Wood and Walnut Stain for inking edges, and Distress Ink - Refills for coloring.
Stamps: Motivet - Children riding kick-sledge, Unik Hobby - Text on the front (merry christmas), Kort & Godt - Sentiment inside.
Papers: Maja Design - Gammaldags Jul, Bazzill - kraft, white and red cardstok, Aquarellpaper 200 g.
Others: MS - Snowflake punch, Unknown - Big snowflake punch, EKSuksess - border punch, Stampin'Up - WW punch, Unik Hobby - Spacers, charm and ribbon, Kort & Godt - pearls, string, gluepads for mounting the panels.
I'll be back tomorrow with my other card for the finale :)
Thank you for visiting!
Hugs, Lena Katrine
