This time I've made an Envelope Card, using a supercute image, papers and charms from Bildmålarna, and of course some beautiful embellishments from Wild Orchid Crafts as well ;)

Ink: Archival Ink - Coffee, Distress Ink - Weathered Wood & Stormy Sky.
Stamps: Bildmålarna - Little Winged Friends "Christmas Fun".
Colouring: Distress Markers.
Papers: Bildmålarna - Frosty Christmas "Snow Angels", Bazzill - blue cardstock, Canson - Montval aquarell paper 200g.
Tools: Spellbinders - Nesting Label, Classic Circle & Scalloped Circle, Memory Box - Distressed Tag die, Martha Stewart - Aspen Snowflake edge punch.
Embellishments: Bildmålarna - Charms, Wild Orchid Crafts - Seam Binding Ribbon, Metal Corners, Self Adhesive Rhinestones & Organza Ribbon, foam letters, velvet ribbon, pom pom ribbon.

DT Lili of the Valley Challenge #85 & Square Envelope Card "Template"

Hi again folks :)

Lili of the Valley is having their Challenge #85 up and ready for you today, and this time we want you to play with YOUR FAVOURITE COLOUR COMBO!!

You may think that I've made a purple and turqouise card today, since I've made a LOT of those lately, but...GOT YAH!

I've made a BROWN and TURQOUISE card insted :)

Turqouise seems to be my favourite colour of all times, and almost any combo with that colour

works for me :)

I've played with my new georgeous Pion Design papers, and finally got to try out colouring on Kraft cardstock. I've made another Square Envelope Card, and if you stay with me till the end of this post, I'll tell you how to make those fun and decorative folding cards ;)

Since I've had a few questions about how I make these Square Envelope Cards, and what measurements I use, I decided to share it with you today ;)



Start out by cutting a square of cardstock in size 9 1/4" x 9 1/4".

Score diagonally as showed on the picture, at 3 1/4" in every corner, so you'll have 4 equal flaps to fold.

Cut off the little triangles where the flaps cross (on the middle of each side of the square), so you can fold the card nice and flat. I keep the card closed with magnets, but you may use ribbon too.
