Back to school: Timetable

Hi peeps,

Here's a project I made for the Back to School article in Ett Trykk Magazine this august. I had lots of fun coloring these sweet La La Land images and making the timetable for my daughter. I can't believe she's in 3rd grade already, she was just born 5 minutes ago...lol.

I used papers by Papirdesign, Martha Stewart punch, 7gypsies date stamp, Scissors die by Tim Holtz.
Rest is from my stash. I was inspired by a timetable made by Camilla.

The image is called Qill Pen Marci. Copics used:
Skin: E000-00-11-23, R20
Hair: E29-25-21
Clothes: W7-3-1-00 (White) R89-39-37-35  (red), W7
Shoes and qill pen: BG75-72-70, W7
Book: E35-31-30

Tilda's Town Challenge # 16

Hi, I'm back with my second post today. Please scroll down for the La la land Friday inspiration post!

Now it's time for a new challenge over in Tilda's Town. So many amazing entries in last week's anything goes challenge, it was really hard to pick a top 5!
Today we have a new theme for you:

Back to school!

I made a timetable for my 6 year old daughter. She started school for the very first time last week, and I love seeing how happy and excited she is about it. She loves her teacher, her classroom, her new friends, her homework, everything is a big adventure!
Enough rambling...lol... here is my creation, I was very much inspired to make this by Camilla S in the last edition of Magnolia Ink:

I used Maja Design Vintage summer collection. Magnolia Doohickey's: Scalloped-Stitch-Lace and So Wrapped Swirly. I distressed the edges with Vintage photo distress ink, and I used my sewing machine around the edges of all the design papers.

I used four different Magnolia stamps.
Study Tilda and the School desk from the So heavenly Collection and
Editor TIlda from the Turning Leaves Collection and the Chair.

I masked the Editor Tilda with the Desk and the chair to make her sit behind the desk.I colored them all with Copic Markers. Copics used:
Skin: E13-11-00-000, Hair: E57-53-51, Vest: E74-71-70, books: C3-1, E3-30, Glasses: C1-00, Apple: R27-24-22-20, YG95-91, Desk: E47-44-35-33-31-30, C1-00

Here's Study Tilda. Copics used: Skin: E13-11-00-000, Hair: E57-53-51, Pants: E77-74-71-70, Vest: RV95-93-91, book: C3-1, E35-31-30, Glasses: C1-00

The letters are Thickers, and the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts. The shabby seam binding and the clock charm is from the Live & Love crafts store.

 Some more details :)
