Pop up birthday card for a special girl!

Good morning crafting friends!

We are in the middle of our summer vacation as we speak, so this is a planned post. Hopefully I am enjoying lazy, sunny days at our summer cottage by the sea!  

I made this card for a little girl who is very close to my heart.

It was lots of fun coloring all of these cute images. 

This card is for my July GDT post over at the Paper Nest Dolls. 

Here's the front of the card with a pretty Princess Ellie in her gown. I used papers by Bildmålarna, Magnolia heart edge die, La La Land Crafts heart banner die and Filigree corners. Flowers by WOC and ballerina charm from ebay somewhere. 

Copics used: 

Hair: E59-57-55-53-51

Skin: E13-11-21-00-000, R20

Dress: V09-06-15-12, G40-43-46, BG99

Gold: YR 24-23-21-20-14, E35

I also used some stickles on her crown to make it sparckle.

When you open the card two lovely ladies pop up to greet you. I made a little photo session using three different stamps;
Poodle Skirt Ellie and 
Poodle Skirt Avery and the photographer.  Sentiment by Norsk Stempelblad AS. 

I colored the dolls using copic markers. The following colors used:

Hair: Two different combo's

1 and 2: E31-35-37-39-49

3: E44-43-41, W7

Skin: Skin: E13-11-21-00-000, R20

Clotes: 

Purple:V09-06-15-12

Green:G40-43-46, BG99

White: W7-3-1-00

DT Ett trykk: one more pop up card

Hello friends and followers,

Here is a nother one of the pop - up cards I made for Ett Trykk Magazine.

I used papers from Bildmålarna- a cup of tea, the sentiment is byNorsk Stempelblad AS, The stamps around the image is by Stempelglede. The image is Joyful Tilda (fra A christmas story collection 2012) by Magnolia. I colored it in sepia with my Copic markers: Clothes and hair: E44-43-42-41. Skin: E13-11-00-000, Shadow: W5-3-1-00.
 The roses are by WOC, I used Magnolia- Doohickey's heart die, Spellbinder- romantic oval die, Cheery Lynn Designs Pine Branches dies, Pearls by Melissa Frances and pearl ribbon and shabby seam binding in cream from the Live & Love Craft Store.

I used UTEE (Ultra thick Embossing Enamel) and distress ink to create that old vintage look, the talented Jill Hansen has a tutorial on how to do this on her blog HERE.

DT Ett Trykk: Pop up card Tutorial

Hope you are enjoying your weekend. I'm having fun with my latest purchase, a Shilouette Cameo! I just got it today, so I'm trying to navigate and getting to know my new toy...lol 
I wanted to show you another one of my creations for the Ett Trykk Magazine. This is a pop up card I made with a tutorial for the april edition. Warning: Picture heavy! 
 Håper dere har en fin helg! Jeg har tenkt å bruke helgen til å bli kjent med det nye leketøyet mitt: en Shilouette Cameo. Jeg har ønsket meg denne en stund, men må innrømme at jeg ikke har noen anelse om hvordan jeg skal bruke den, så det gleder jeg meg til å finne ut av. 
Her er et av prosjektene jeg laget til aprilutgaven av Ett Trykk. Et pop- up kort med tutorial.

I colored the lovely Lantern Marci by La la land Crafts with my copic markers. 

The papers are by Pion Design from the For Mother collection. The sentiment is by Kreativ Hobby- The corner die is by La La Land Crafts, the roses are WOC. I used a Magnolia- Doohickey heart die and a Spellbinder.die and I used a Stempelglede Swirl stamp on the heart die and some Melissa Frances pearls. I was inspired by lots of pop up cards online making this tutorial, one of them on you tube HERE.
Jeg ble inspirert av massevis av pop- up kort runt på nettet når jeg laget denne tutorialen. Blant annet fant jeg denne på youtube: HER

1. Du trenger skjærebrett, kartong, mønsterark, fargelagt stempeltrykk/ferdig motiv, teip, kopipapir, tekstempel, dobbeltsidig teip, pynt, score blad/bonefolder.

2. Kutt kartong og mønsterark slik:

Kartong 41/4'' x 5 ½ '' til fronten

Kartong 4 1/4'' x 5 ½ '' til baksiden

2 stk kartong i str 3 ¼ ''x4 ¾'' til «innmat» og til å feste motivet på.

Kutt mønsterark som passer til fronten og til kartongen som motivet skal festes på. 

Kutt 1 stripe kopipapir i 1/2''x7''

3. Lim på fronten.

Lim mønsterark på fronten ( 41/4'' x 5 ½' ') . Jeg har valgt å sverte kantene med distress ink. 

 

4. Kutt åpning slik:

Legg kanten på forsiden på 3 ½ ''. Kutt fra ¾'' til 4 ¾ '' på langsiden.

Snu og gjør det samme på den andre siden som vist på bildet.

5. Kutt en åpnigen . Vend fronten slik at du kutter mellom ytterkantene som vist på bildet. 

6. Skår som vist på bildet.

7. Kutt kopipapiret. Fest det løst rundt «innmaten str  3 ¼ ''x4 ¾» med tape.

8 Fest remsen på baksiden av prosjektet som vist på bildet. Sett på dobbeltsidig tape som vist på bildet. 

9 Fest midten av arket i kopipapirfolden. Og lim fast den ene enden mot tapen på midten. 

10 Fest bunnen.

11. Fest den siste kartongbiten med motivet på. 

12. Pynt slik du ønsker. Stemple med ønsket stempeltrykk i åpningen.

Anonyme Timeglass del 1- Pop up card

Dagen er her for en ny runde med Anonyme Timeglass hos oss i Anonyme Scrappere!

Vi har massevis av inspirasjon og morsomme oppgaver til dere, skynd deg over til bloggen for å ta en titt. Det kommer nye oppgaver utover uken, så følg med!

Her er mitt bidrag nr. 1.

 Jeg har brukt ark fra Maja Designs "Skal vi fika"- kolleksjon. Blonder og blomster er fra Kort og Godt, rosene er fra Wild Orchid Crafts. Bokstavene er stanset ut med den gode gamle rosa Quick Kutz tanga (!)

Jeg har dekket ballongen med Crackle paint fra Ranger, og bokstavene er dekket av glitterlim. Perlene er Pearl Spray fra Live & Love Crafts og perler fra Melissa Frances. Formen på kortet er laget med dies fra Quick Qutz.

Inni har jeg brukt Magnolia Doohickeys Dies og litt blonde i tillegg til Maja Design Papirene. Rosene er fra WOC. Kortet er et bursdagskort til min datters venninne som nylig fylte 6 år. La la land craft stemplene er fargelagt med Copics og limt på noen små papirbiter for å få en pop- up effekt når kortet åpnes. Veldig populært hos den lille mottageren!

Stemplene jeg har brukt er Dress up Marci, Ruffles Marci og på forsiden: Heart balloon Marci

Copcs tusjer jeg har brukt er: Hud: E13-11-00-000, Lilla: V08, V17-15-12, Grønn: G94-82-21-40, Hår: E47-44-42-41, "Hvitt": C5-3-1-00

Midweek Magnolias #31

Happy Hump day, friends and followers!

It's Wednesday, and time for a new challenge over at the Midweek Magnolias. This week we a fun theme for you to play with: 

Trick or treat it's Halloween!!

I would like to say Happy Birthday to my DT colleague Chanelle, she is so talented and a very sweet and kind person! Her birthday is on Halloween. Hope you have a wonderful birthday, Chanelle!

Last week I made my first pop- up card ever, and I loved it, so here is another one:

The paper is "Notes" from the Riddersholm, Fleamarket collection. The charms are from the LLC store and from my stash. 

I cut a moon out from cardstock and distressed it with fluid chalk. I distressed the edges of the DP with black ink and used black thread in my sewing machine.

The Halloween Magnolias are: 

Angel Cat, Tilda with spider and Tilda with spiderweb.

I colored them with copic markers.

I used: 

Skin: E13-11-00-000, 

Hair and shoes: E47-29-27-25-31, 

Clothes: C9-7-5-3-1-00, R08. YR09-04-00, W1

The Halloween dies are all from La La Land Crafts: 

The frightful Fence die, the Scary Tree die, the Spooky House die and the Eerie Bats die.

I used the Creepy wine dies and the Eerie Bats Die from La La Land Crafts, 

The sentiment stamp is also from Magnolia, and its called "Here's to...",

Just Magnolia- Something New

Good morning dear followers.

For this weeks challenge #175 over at Just Magnolia and hAnglar & stAnglar challengeblog, we have a lovely new challenge for you:

Use something new on your card!

To be eligible for the prize you MUST use a Magnolia or hAngler stamp!

I have started making Christmas cards, and thought I would have a go at a pop- up card, something I have never done before. I struggled a little, but it was fun! What do you think?

 The NEW stuff on my card is the gorgeous bells and angels charms. Aren't they lovely?, and also the berries from Kort og Godt I put in the middle of the flowers. I used papers from  Pion Design Christmas collection, Ventan på Tomten II, Cheese cloth, Prima Flowers, the dies are Magnolia Doohickey's: Christmas trees and mini doily. I distressed the edges with Tim Holtz distress ink- vintage photo, and used my sewing machine around the edges. I also made little pearls with the Liquid pearl to create some "snow" on the trees.

Here's a closeup of the charms and the sentiment stamp.

I inked up 3 Christmas Magnolias and really went crazy on the reds...lol... 

I colored the images with Copic Markers. Colors used:

Skin: E13-11-00-000, Hair: E49-47-31-29-27-25

Clothes and shoes: R89-59-46-37-27-24-22-20, C5-3-1, E39-37-35-33-31-30

Ornament: C5-3-1/ Liquid pearl.

Here is the front of the card.

I used a Kort og Godt Stamp, stamped with crackle paint, the punch is from Martha Stewart.
