Open-Minded Crafting Fun Challenge #10 - Thanks / Thanksgiving / Thank You

Wow.. it has been a while since I've been able to craft or post or anything. Working 60+ hours a week will do that to you I guess. I did manage to get this finished this month:








I have used Owl Bet It's Fall from The Stamping Boutique. I printed the image on kraft and conored with my Prismacolor Pencils. I used My Favorite Things die cuts for the shaker part at the bottom, the leaves and the oval around the image. I've added some inking on some parts of the card. Thanks So Much was stamped and then I also added some dew drops. I decorated the inside with additional inking and leaves. Thanks for taking a peak!

A Hedgehog Autumn.

Good afternoon everyone!! I was trying to get this post up this morning, but it just didn't work out. So I'm going to get it up now. I hope you all had a fabulous week! This was the LONGEST week! I thought it would never end! It just kept going on and on and on LOL!!  I'm just glad it is Friday and I'm home. I did get a lot accomplished this week.. so that is something good! It always feels good to have a productive week at work.  And tonight I don't have to go running anyone anywhere! Bailey is riding the bus home, Michael doesn't have to work and no one is going anywhere until tomorrow! Tomorrow, Bailey is going to hang out with her boyfriend all day for the cul-de-sac Halloween get together. That will last from the afternoon into the evening! And Michael works tomorrow. I really don't plan to do much of anything but craft! It should be a good, relaxing weekend :D

Here is my creation for today.. another Autumn card:








For this one I have used Hedgehog Pumpkin from Gerda Steiner. I think he is just ADORABLE!!! I colored him with my Copic Markers. I've done a bit of layering as well. I used a Spellbinders die to cut around him, which I inked with black. Then added another Spellbinders cut behind it in black. The pumpkins and Autumn were cut using the Silhouette Cameo. I've added some twine and dew drops. On the inside I used a Memory Box corner die and added some of those dew drops. The pumpkins have some orange glitter added to them as well. I've used all scraps with this. I've done pretty well using my scraps so far this season!!

Autumn Fairy*

Good morning everyone! I hope you all have a wonderful Tuesday!! I have to get Bailey from school today and get her to the mall to get some shoes for her dance on Saturday. I hate the mall!! LOL I just want to get there and get it over with! Nothing else planned today other than work and craft!

Here is my card for today :)









For this one I've used Sweet Sal The Fairy from Oddball Art Stamp Co. By Lizzy Love. I've made her an autumn/fall fairy by coloring her with fall colors. I've popped her up once over her wings. I've added some Wink of Stella Clear to her wings to give them sparkle. The die cut around the image is a My Favorite Things. I've added a bit of Sepia ink around the die cut and the sentiment. All of the papers are scraps. I've been doing really well trying to get all of these used up! I added some raffia over some burlap, some gems, flowers, leaves and dew drops.

Digital Deedee's!.

Good morning everyone! I wanted to do a digital creation today before I headed off with my daughter to her Lacrosse game. I'm thinking I need to go back in and create it a bit bigger so I can put it on my desktop!! I love Autumn!!

Here it is:


I used some background that I picked up years and years ago. The elephant and the leaves and the sentiment are all from Deedee's Digi's. I love this set. The elephant is adorable!! I added the little pumpkin vines on the bottom. I think this would be great on my desktop!!  :)  Have a great day everyone!!

Pumpkin Patch*

Hi again everyone! I wanted to share another card with you. Then I'm headed to bed :) I really enjoyed being on all my Design Teams, but I am really enjoying just crafting whatever I want to create :)  I have a bunch of challenges I'm trying to focus on. I'm not going to be able to complete all of them I want this month, but I'm having fun doing what I can!! And not stressing :) 

Here is my second card I finished today:








This is using Pumpkin Patch Girl Set that is this month's Digi of the Month at From The Heart. I just love her images! This little one is ADORABLE! I colored her with Copic Markers and I popped up that pumpkin she is holding. I stamped the Happy Fall around her. The papers are all scraps. I inked all of the edges with black ink. I cut some leaves and the square around the image with my My Favorite Things dies, inked the edges of those leaves and added some glitter to each one all color coordinated. I added some ribbon and a bit of bling to finish it off. I added some bling to the inside as well!

Fall Crate*

Good evening everyone! Time to start the weekend. The time off sure goes quickly! I'm hoping to just craft tomorrow and Sunday. We will see how that goes!! :)

Here is something a bit different today. I decided to make a crate:










For my little crate I have used Maggie's Apples from Imagine That!. I just love her :)  I've colored her with my Copic Markers and added a bit of layering. I've cut her with a circle and the scalloped circle is behind her. They are both Spellbinder Die Cuts. The sentiment was part of this wonderful set and that was cut using a My Favorite Things die. The circle and sentiment were inked with sepia as was the entire crate. I've used all scrap patterned papers on this creation and a bunch of kraft to cut the actual crate pieces with my Cameo. I added a little bit of twine to the tag on the one side. There are a couple of vine dies that are on the side, but I can't remember who I got those from.

Nuts About You!*

Good morning again! I have a lot to do today.. so I'm working away, but I wanted to get this one scheduled to post :)  I'm looking so forward to being off for the next few days!! And I think the weather is going to get cool! I love that!! Have a great rest of your day everyone!!!

Here is my card:









For this one I've used Found It from Di's Digi's. The image is printed on kraft and colored with Faber-Castell Polychromos Pencils. There was a small amount of layering and the acorn I covered in Diamond Glaze. The card is a rocker that I cut with the Silhouette Cameo. I used all scrap papers for this card. I was able to use up a bit of fall colors with all the die cutting :)  I cut several colors and a couple of patterned papers for the rectangles layered behind the image cut. Then I cut all sorts of leaves. All of the dies are from My Favorite Things. I inked everything with Sepia ink. The sentiment I created and printed.
