Grow Slowly...

Grow Slowly... My Luigi is growing up to be a young man! Say I'm selfish but I wish you'll slow down and be my baby forever. I used here Websters Pages papers and Sparklers, White cardstock, Tattered Angel glimmer mist, Prima flowers, ribbons and lace, Tsukineko inks, Colorbox fluid chalk ink and Tim Holtz Distress Inks. I made some paper tearing and distressing on the mat of my photo. Then, I cut some flower-like patterns from Webster's Pages lefterovers and I had paper folding and layering to give it a 3D look. Overall, I have a pleasant feeling of creating a Webster's Pages papers on a boy layout... it was FUN!

This is my page for Iris Uy's challenge. I hope I did justice using my paper leftovers.

Thanks for looking and Happy LOVE day tomorrow!

Kaya 30!

It's KAYA time once again and this time, Timi is giving the challenge! This preggy mom is super duper in love with laces, which is exactly my opposite. But I must try this one... as I promised my BFF! What can you say about my take?

Eat 'em Up!...Here's a page about Luigi celebrating his 16th birthday with an Eat-all-you-Can blast! Although he didn't have a pleasant experience, at least he experienced one. I used here Fancy Pants About a Boy pps (Chillin' and Rockin'), cardstocks, Daisy D's Family rubons, AC Thickers puffy letter stickers, buttons, DMC thread, Fancy Pants felt arrow, Colorbox gold ink and fluid chalk ink, ticket sticker, Ranger Glossy Accents, MM acrylic paint, Tattered Angel Glimmer Mist and 3 laces colors moss green, cream and blue.

It's good to be back! Thanks for looking...

Kaya 28!

I have a 4-day vacation after my exams and I anticipated it with a lot of SCRAPPING and BLOGGING! I spend the whole day finishing, taking pictures, editting and blogging all these 4 new layouts... whew! And so I'm finally done with my Kaya 28 layout...

Beginning Today... I cannot resist to scrap my FB profile photo, thanks to my cousin Ronald for this hocus-focus shot last month. I have a design layout in mind but I just don't have a title for this one. So, Timi and Yvette thought about the title "Beginning Today" because of my new shift in life and career (kuno!) and that I must continue to grow and find peace in whatever I want to do. Pwede?! I used here Spanish Soccer pps, Prima Urban Cosmo pps, cardstocks, Prima artistry flowers, foam flowers, silk leaves, Hambly transparency, glittered glue, corrugated board, Basic Grey Wilma chipboard letters, AC Thickers foam letters, Ranger glossy accents and distressed ink-antique linen, MM acrylic paint-evergreen.

Kaya ba? Kayang kaya!

Kaya? Kaya!

Here's another Kaya entry... my mistake to post a page for Luigi! Buti na lang Timi buzzed me to check out the requirements and so, since I still have enough time to scrap, I made a new page just for Janis' Kaya 26. Requirements needed a page about yourself and use of pearls on it.

Capture Life's Little Treasures...Here's a photo of me using my cousin Ronald's heavy and loaded digicam... my EOS 350D came from him and he replaced it with this sweet baby EOS 40D. Now, I shouldn't be missing anything, everything needs to be captured... hahaha! I used here Basic Gray Aged and Cofused Vagabond-Fog pps, Love Elsie-Zoe Click Click and Sketch Book pps, rub-ons, KI lace cardstock, Bazzill cardstock, glittered glue, Prima epoxy sticker and flowers, Colorbox fluid chalk ink, Vellum writer pen and AAS pearl conchos.

My sky maybe partly cloudy lately, but I have all the mojos to create and scrap. I have something to do while I steam off, thank God for SB. Thanks for looking!

Luigi's Bohol pages...

I'm a bad SCRAPPER and BLOGGER! I know... I know!

Been so busy adjusting with school or am I just too lazy to move? Hmmm, whatever! I'm back with some fresh pages about our trip to Bohol. I was able to make 4 pages for Kuya Luigi and at the same time, tried to join a couple of challenges with it. Here goes...

Face to Face... This was my first page done in almost 2 week! Finally, Luigi saw these endangered creatures... the Tarsier! I used here WRMK pps, pps from ate Liezl, Kraft cardstock, Hambly transparency, Fancy Pants felt, DCWV cardstock and green stack cut outs, Ranger glossy accents and Colorbox fluid chalk ink.

First Flight... Yup, it was Luigi's first time to ride a plane and he was sooo excited not feeling the air pockets and wiggling... he was laughing all along! I made this page during the Scrapaholics' Pajama Party last weekend. I used here DCWV green stack pps, October Afternoon pps, cardstock, buttons, DMC threads, Colorbox fluid chalk ink, AC Thickers chipboard letters and glittered glue.

Star Strucked! Here's a little moment with actors Cesar Montano and the funny man Bayani Agbayani. I made this layout for this weekend's challenge at Scrappin' Kids Forum... you have to make a layout with STRIPES, STARS and BUTTONS on it, that's it! I used here Pink Paislee pps, DCWV carstocks, AC Thickers chipboard letters, Doodlebug cardstock letter stickers, Colorbox fluid chalk ink, MM brown acrylic paint, buttons and DMC threads.

Chocolate Hills... I made this for the Kaya challenge for this month... PEARLS! I used here Pink Paislee pps, Kraft cardstock, Prima flowers, AAS pearl grommets, Kaisercraft pearls, Doodlebug cardstock letter stickers, Ranger glossy accents, glittered glue and Colorbox fluid chalk ink.

I had the whole day editing photos, hanging out at SK forum, updating my online gallery, blogging and a lot of SCRAPPING! Hope this compensated all my backlog, hehehe! Tomorrow is reserve for school matters and bonding with the boys, scrapping has to be on hold again... sigh!

Thanks for looking!

Kaya? Kaya!

Two Roads Ahead... Here's my Kaya 25-2 entry for this month. This month's Kaya challenge is all about the number TWO, word TWO should be in the title and there should be two elements of each kind. So I used here 2 Patterned Papers- Kaisercraft and Scenic Route, 2 Cardstocks-yellow, Bazzill and rose, DCWV, 2 Fonts- You're my Cupcake and Olivia, 2 Diecut Arrows-Scenic Route, 2 Red Buttons, 2 Chipboard Stickers-K & Company, 2 Stamped Images-Hero Arts and Heidi Swapp and 2 Fluid Chalk Inks-red-orange and brown.

It feels so good to scrap those memorable photos like this one, this was taken by our friend Bill. There may be two different roads ahead for my two boys, but there will always be just one way to Mommy's heart. They have to take their own paths and discover which way back to my heart...

So, you think KAYA ko? Kayang-kaya! Thanks for looking...
