Georgina's 6th Grade

Happy New Year peeps!

This holiday season wasn’t exactly what I’d hoped for, but with the days slowly ticking away until I return to work, I’m doing my best to make the most of the time I have left at home. I’ve already managed to scrap 15 pages of my niece Georgina’s 2025 pictures—such a fun way to relive her milestones and add my personal touch to her memories. It’s always a joy to see how much she’s grown!

With a little extra time on my hands, I’ve also been able to squeeze in some blogging. It feels like the perfect way to balance creativity and relaxation while I count down to the inevitable return to the grind. I’m definitely cherishing these moments, even if the holiday season was a bit rough.

Here goes...

6th Grade.. I basically used SCRAPS of different brands and names, and put together, the harmony begins to mix and match! I used here buttons, DMC threads, DCWV paper cut outs, embossed stickers, thicker letters and cardstocks. Its always fun to scrap school memorabilia and events, I hope Georgina will love them, just the I do.

Thanks for looking! 'Til the next page....

Work and Play pages of Georgina!

I have so much to blog and still finding time to upload them. This time, its Georgina's turn to show her pages. This is actually her 7-8th scrapbook album which I am continuously making, remember she just turned 8 this year... means more memory making to scrap!

WORK Layouts. These are Georgina's school pages. I called it work because school is really work mode for kids.  Grades school is very challenging this days because of the new norm in learning. Kids have so much to adjust from the face to face classes to the use of different online mediums.  Here are some of my favorite pages of her school moments...

Summer School Days!

Grade One

Grade One Class Picture and ID Card

Buwan ng Wika

Field Trip: The Dessert Museum

Christmas Party in the School

Online Learning

PLAY Layouts. And this is what Georgina loves doing! She got to experience outdoors like the beach and summer activities. And because of the pandemic, she has to stay at home and gets to make her own happiness. Here goes her happy pages...

Family Outing in the Beach

Summer @ Mc Donalds

Meeting Bumble Bee

Happy Birthday Cat-cat!

No Wheels!

Turning 7 Years Old

A Year to Remember

Create

Pizza and Fries

Easter Egg Making

OOTD & Play

I used here assorted lines of patterned papers, cardstocks, button, brads, DMC threads, flowers, chipboard titles and letters, Thickers letters and washi tapes.

Hope to inspire more scrapbookers to come and scrap again!

Georgina's New Pages...

I want to share a few of my favorite pages I did for Georgina Marie! This batch was given to me for scrapping last June 2019 and these were her memories since 2017 til March 2019. I am just happy to finish them ahead of time because of the ECQ. Well, this is one happy thought that ECQ gave me and that is, a lot of time to CREATE! Let's go...

Celebrate:  Her 5th Birthday in school.

Turning 6 at home with the whole family!

Cat-Cat: Her favorite company.

Look-a-Like: Guess who's the Mom and who's the kid?

I Love Plants: Learning to love living things.

School Starts: Her learning milestones.

September Celebrants with the Virtucios.

Summer Baking: Another summer activity.

Swimming Lessons: Learning how to be a fish.

Tooth Out: Her first dentist experience was a tooth extraction!

Zoobic: Learning about animals in Subic.

2 Front Teeth: And she is still happy without them.

I used a lot of brands and paper scraps, buttons, metals, ribbons, brads, threads, stickers, chipboards, paints, inks, tags and flowers. Georgina's pages are my sewing series until now. I had the most wonderful time scrapping these girly photos and themes until I run out of foam tapes. I just realized, I can scrap better with foam tapes rather than just plain double sided tapes and glue.

Speaking of Creative Time, I guess this is the best experience and stress reliever this ECQ ever gave me. I got to maximize my time in scrapbooking, organizing, sewing and of course, BLOGGING! I really miss blogging and sharing.

TFL! Happy Monday!

Georgina's 3rd Album

It's a national holiday today in the Philippines and I'm just staying home to mess up my scraproom! Through the long weeks, I finally finished Georgina's tones of photos. Georgina's pages are my stitched series, so you can imagine the time I spent in making them. Here are a few of my favorite creations... only for George!

I used American Craft cardstocks, chipboard for my titles, DMC threads, mists and inks, buttons and assorted pattern papers. I just love being a part of this little girl's memory making. I wish she grows up to be a witty and healthy little piglet, hahha!

I don't know if there are still people hocked on Scrapbooking, well... I just want to wish everyone A HAPPY MEMORY MAKING always!
