Planner Spread

The Lunar New Year came and gone and I particularly looked forward to the festivity especially the exchange of the red packet. Since this year is the year of the Rooster (which didn't really have any significance to me), I assumed the packaging on the red packets would be more vibrant and colourful. Boy was I right! Not only was it more fanciful than the previous year, it was also much more eye catching.

I couldn't stop when my trusted crafty scissors called my name. It was nice to cut out the motif and stick it onto the planner. Great way to start the New Year! Here, I used the Webster's Pages Fuschia A6 planner for my day to day undertakings.

At any one time, I'll be using more than 1 planner. So many and how would I be able to track, you may ask. I tried dipping my hands into 1 solo planner a few months back. From business, to daily affairs, kid's schedule, grocery, finances etc..... all in 1 A5 planner.

It didn't work. At all.
Documenting the details was a huge mess and even using different coloured pens to highlight different activities didn't help much. So, I tried to use separate planners for different uses. It's working better. We'll see.

Here, I used A5 Webster's Pages Mint Floral Planner. The interior is rich in white, gold and mint tones.

Webster's Pages [THESE ARE THE DAYS] Project Life

I don't usually have a fix style when it comes to Pocket Style Scrapbooking.
Sometimes I create these pocket sized cards/photos in 12" format, sometimes in SN@P format. Just whatever that month or occasion I'm scrapping appeals to me. Really, it doesn't bother me much whether it's chronologically documented or not =)

This month, I decided to play around using Studio Calico's Handbook. I love the size.
Slightly larger than SN@P but smaller than my usual 12" layout size. Lovely.

If you've not seen, Webster's Pages has came up with several new lines (on top of their fabulously designed planners!)
[THESE ARE THE DAYS] collection is simply at one of its best. Fresh with white undertones. Best. Appeals to me greatly!

It made so much difference to a once bleh bleh can to something so stylish.
Further embellish with Webster's Pages motifs and trims - Poof! So pretty! =)

Here's 1 layout using Felicity Jane's Olivia January Kit…. Can't get over their exclusive stamps contained in their kit.

Dress Up my Desk

Hi everyone!

Valentine's Day is coming right up in a few week's and here's a Mason Tag Shaker-Envelope Combo Project created using Webster's Pages Sprinkled With Love Collection: Mason's are such a fun element to play around with!

I thought I'll take a few moments to update what's happening around here.
Organizing and making my surroundings inspiring has been a huge part of my the past few months!
The OCD in me makes it worst. I need to know where my stuff are, where it's been placed.

Right now, I'm glad to have my desk dressed up in a way where I can reach for what I need AND yet look presentable.

So, every other week, the items on my desk play musical-chairs and get switched around.
I thought I'll show you what's on my desk that is inspiring me this week!

My trusted MINT organizer case and my Lilac A5 sized organizer. Essentials! There're some more ready stock available, if you're interested!
Check it out Here and Here….
We've brought them in so many times, it's so popular!

and here's my view the past few days! Pretty Fuchsia and Gold combination makes it so appealing.

till then…. xo,

Here's a layout created using Webster's Pages. Can't wait for you to see what they have in store for next week's big trade show!

here's another layout… using Felicity Jane's November kit. I'm a sucker for stamps and their kits has new stamps included in their monthly kit. SCORE!

hmm… incidentally both layouts have tinges of yellow on it. Love me some Yellow!

The Mint case stores all my crafty tools and supplies and in case you are wondering, you can find one HERE. I'll show you what's in it … perhaps in the next post.

Altered Envelopes

This layout was created with the sudden urge to scrap.
Not with any photos in this instance. I have kept this collection from Crate Paper for a couple of weeks now and waiting for the RIGHT picture to go along. This was it.
Picture perfect shot taken in front of Sydney's Opera House last week.

Here's a Christmas themed embellished envelope created using a mix of old & new Christmas Collection from Webster's Pages.
Simply adore the ingenious invention of die cut machines! My collection of punches are getting rusty and utterly useless from our humid weather.

I'm SO EXCITED about our Christmas Market NEXT weekend (6 & 7th Dec). Details soon! =)
Here's a peak of what's on my table at the moment. MORE GOLD and red. Right for the coming holidays.

Card & Such

Hey all =)

Hope you're keeping warm!
A couple of cards to share using Webster's Pages [Strawberry Fields] Collection.
I LOVE the motifs where I can cut to my heart's* content again! =)
How pretty and sweet , this line of paper.

…. and another piece, several photos documented in my Simple Stories SN@P Binder in Project Life Style.
I don't document on a weekly basis. Documenting MOMENTS works perfectly well for me.
MORE SO for our vacation photos. It means more and meaningful for me.

I can't wait to fill up another SN@P Binder soon! =)

Webster's Pages [NEST] - Layout

Here's another layout created with my current favorite Webster's Pages NEST Collection.
Don't you simply love the teal-ish tinge on this collection.
I DO! =) Add a pop of yellow and the combination is stunning!

The addition of a tag for journaling purposes is quite an essential for me at the moment
It prevents my journaling from getting lost in the midst of all the embellishments.

Duh… I couldn't make up my mind. Is it 2014 or 2013 ?! What's happening to me …LOL

Hope you'll have a hand or two to get crafty this week!
Be blessed.

WEBSTER'S PAGES - NEST

SO Great to be creating again =)
This time, using Webster's Pages newest collection.
Light teal, Home theme and the mix of cool and warm tones.
Perfect in every way.
Check out the entire product range HERE.

Seems so difficult to stop making beautiful things with this range.
Can't wait to move on to other fabulous collections from WP.

Each motifs were cut and layered one on top of another. Teal is such an easy color to work with. Pair it with white - my perfect combination.

Here's another random project created with cut outs.
A couple of vellum white envelopes. The sheerness of vellum makes any project look so feminine and elegant!

Thanks for popping by!

Sadly, our Chinese Lunar New Year break had to come to an end . School resumed for the kids and our home was flooded with food both in the fridge and quite a bit of forbidden (high fat saturated) Chinese New Year snacks. Inspired by many artful assemblage of food online, we had a little fun with the left over snacks :). Of course, it went into our tummies eventually.

The Lunar New Year and Spring Cleaning are synonymous and reorganizing the table brings much sanity. LOVE my display of mounted stamps on the shelf! Easy reach and at least I know what I have already in my stash ....

here's another personal favorite in my store! Check it out HERE!

Can't leave without sharing a layout using Webster's Pages! =)
Here's one recent piece created using Allison Kreft's [RECORDED] Collection for Webster's Pages. Clean, refreshing lines score points these days... Will have share another Webster's Pages project soon! For Valentine's Day this time =)
